We have been using Xenon Pro HID's for almost a year now. The first set worked well so we ordered more sets for the rest of our trucks but the lasts sets have brought us a lot of trouble. The bulbs didn't always light up on some of the sets and another issue is that the lifespan of these bulb is only around 100 to 200 hours.
Great replacement lights. I usually have a hard time seeing at night, these eliminated that problem. My only complaint would be, it suggested I order the anti flicker for my model and turns out I didn't need it. Apparently, you cannot return just that item.
I ordered some LED headlights for my truck. Then I had brain surgery. Therefore, I didn't get them installed... I'm SO dizzy. After about a year, I got my mechanic to install them... but they wouldn't fit my truck. I've been trying to reach someone who is sympathetic to my situation... but they keep on saying it's been too long. The lights have only been out of the box once. They were NEVER installed. All I want is my headlights to be BRIGHT. I'm 73 and need more light. I think they should have worked with me.
I lowered the aim on my new lights to reduce the number of times I get flashed by oncoming traffic. I also had to remove the anti flicker device because it caused the dimming to take 4 seconds. After removal everything works as it should.
I bought from Xenon Pro a pair of RAM 1500 LED projector replacement bulbs. The bulbs once installed would cut in and out while in the on position. I don't drive the vehicle so by the time I got around to calling XP they fellow told me to take out the resistor paks. When I had time to do this a few weeks went by and the lights without the resistors didn't work. So, I called XP and was told for $40 they would replace my order. What I didn't learn was what caused my problem and without paying more they would not send anything. I have put the original bulbs in and I am left with a set of bulbs/resistors they won't take back so, I guess I bought myself and education. Nice people (they would talk to me all I want but not help me) not so good a product. Buyer be ware!
They will only talk via chat and it will cut off unexpectedly. Not sure but I think they end it if it's not going well. They would rather have you return an item than try to help with an issue and try to make you feel dumb in the process saying stuff like "I'm noting this on your account ".
When I looked them up on google it made more sense. It's a home based business. I don't mind that at all, in fact I like them because customer service is normally amazing. Do research before you buy. Just rude people

I bought as a xmas present and then it didn't fit. I pulled the piece based on their website recommendations. I called and they asked for pictures and video. I was told to send in an email. Never got a response. When I call back now they say it's over 30 days and I'm out of luck. The chat person (Dale) was extremely rude and I'm sure this would not be tolerated by a reputable business.
These guys don't offer anything better than anyone else selling on Amazon.
In fact their product is worse. As others have noted they tell you to plug in two connectors into the headlight plug and then wrap it with tape. When I finally found they were just not going to work. After spending $197 on to sets of lights, I am told that not only am I responsible for the shipping cost back to Canada, but it also has to go back via FedEx or they will not issue a refund. Plus they will also deduct an additional $30 from my refund. Lastly they don't process the refund for 5 days after they receive the product back.
As the title says "Do yourself a favor and buy your bulbs elsewhere".
I did exactly that and the bulb I received actually had connectors for everything. And we're half the cost.

Received HID kit for Xmas 2021, By spring of 2022 the lights started to flicker then went out. If I cycled my automatic headlight control I could get them to fire. XP Techs said light was good but but my vehicle was bad, GMC Tech said the lights were junk. I tossed my halogens so I was stuck so I had to order warranty replacement. Whole kit for $40 shipping What kind of lifetime warranty is that, total rip-off. Installed and they never worked correctly, still having to cycle them on and off to get them to work. Pulled into the driveway yesterday and saw smoke coming from under hood. HID Light started to burn/melt. Time to move on

They lie and advertise bulbs they don't carry, then send you what they want and dismiss you when you try to get real answers. Try calling sales, they're a joke also. Defend the misleading behavior that people on their chat services offer, when they lie to you. Beware, don't buy anything from these guys. I received 4 sets if the wrong crap and they want to deflect it as if I'm in the wrong and they did a good job sending me not 2 but 4 sets of the wrong bulbs. GARBAGE!

I am shocked by how unprofessional they are. Ordered a headlight under warranty after it went out six months into use. Most rude people. Will not talk to you on the phone. Only on website. I don't understand how they are in business. At one point they called me desperate. I paid $20 to get a new one shipped and then they told fedex to destroy it. Now they want me to pay additional $20 for a headlight and hope for different results?

Fast and excellent customer service. Quick response during an installation mistake I made with their online chat. Answered within a couple of minutes and installation was simple. Lights are great. I got the middle brightness. Wish I got the brightest ones! You can see the difference in the pictures. 3 of 4 bulbs in at that time.

The headlights I paid $200 for burned out in less than a couple months. When I went to redeem my life time warranty he would not send me new bulbs. Louis C. Is terrible in customer service and extremely rude! Never shop here again!
Purchased a set of replacement LED lamps for my pick up truck. Spent considerable time with online chat explaining my needs and application. Online chat made a recommendation which generally matched what I had already researched. I replaced the regular halogen bulbs with the LED's purchased from Xenon Pro. The effect - well really not much. Yes, the light is whiter, but that was about it. The high beams? Forget it! Worse than the halogens. Over all, I give them an average rating. Good customer service, helpful installation service. Bottom line, I bought these lights to project light further up the road but all I got was a different color. Doesn't matter much in the city, but on country roads at night - no improvement. Don't spend the money.
If you are sent defected bulbs they will fight you tooth and nail claiming their product NEVER has defects. After paying and extreme amount for bulbs, and being basically laughed at about it, the customer support(dale) actually cancelled our chat mid conversation. Completely disappointed. Warranty is a joke, dont do it. I've had nothing but problems with these lights.

Bulbs lasted 2 weeks. I have done vehicle accessory installations for 20 years. They wanted me to troubleshoot with them because "it can be tricky". If my meter shows power to the wires going into the bulb that means your bulb is crap. My cheap amazon/ebay bulbs lasted longer. Your "lifetime warranty" is a joke as well. They charge you $20 to get another bulb. Yeah so basically that covers the cost of the bulb because they are no different than the cheap Chinese stuff found on other sites. Their warranty should state "lifetime warranty, you just buy a new bulb from us every time yours goes out". Xenon pro tried to dispute this review because it shines a light on their "warranty" and overpriced products. Thankfully I had photos and my receipt to prove everything. Good try though.
I ordered my product with ease, shipped and delivered quickly, was an easy install. The headlights are great, distance and overall field of vision has improved significantly. Am looking into ordering a new high-beam and maybe fog light set now.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
