The experience we had at Wyndham Resorts in Las Vegas turned into an utter nightmare. We lured in by a woman while walking through the property and were enticed to attend a Wyndham presentation in exchange for tickets to a show. Little did we know that this would turn into a four-hour meeting complete with high-pressure sales tactics and manipulation from their salespeople. Throughout the entire process, we were constantly pressured to purchase a timeshare, despite our repeated refusals. The tactics employed by their employees were deceptive and unethical. The fact that Wyndham needed 6 salespeople to harass us throughout the day should have been a big red flag that they wouldn't let up until we bought something, which unfortunately, we did. Throughout the presentation, false statements were made regarding the timeshare. We were misled about the maintenance fee, and told it was a fixed cost that would not change. Additionally, we were falsely informed that we could change the payment frequency from monthly to annually. The sales team also pitched the timeshare as an investment, claiming we could rent it out for extra income. These misrepresentations only served to further deceive and manipulate us into making an ill-informed decision we now deeply regret. It is clear to us now that we were taken advantage of due to our youth and inexperience. We trusted that Wyndham, as a reputable company, would act in an ethical and honest manner. Unfortunately, our experience has shattered that trust. We hope that Wyndham takes this matter seriously and takes steps to rectify the harm that has been done. We trust that you will address our concerns promptly and appropriately.
I reserved a room on the 29th of Dec for New Years, and had too cancel due too flights being canceled, because of the high numbers of covid, And I got sick also so I had too take the test. How do you have a 48 policy and They also have covid policy which I have a copy of and they will not honor it. They took my money and refuse too return it. They are blaming the Rio and the Rio blaming them. And Rooms SUCK
I only gave one star because I can't give zero! I travel full time for my job and stay in hotels 5 nights a week.
I spent the night in a Wyndham in Atlanta. I checked out after a 1 night stay and several hours later I was contacted by the hotel and was told they found evidence of smoking in my room. "I DON"T SMOKE"
They extorted me to pay them $100.00 and said if I didn't pay they would suspend my CLC Lodging card and block me from booking hotel rooms. PURE BLACKMAIL!
I will never stay in a Wyndham Partners Hotel ever again.
PLEASE PICK ANY OTHER HOTEL CHAIN AND PUT THESE BASTARDS OUT OF BUSINESS!
Booked for 3 nights to enjoy 2 free nights as i am a member and responded to an email. Turns out the hotel has fine print embedded in their "terms and conditions" stating you have to book the nights on a separate "members" link-I AM A MEMBER. Another way to screw customers over with a promise, lure them in then hide in fine print in wording that's INTENTIONALLY CONFUSING "member". I called and asked having booked FIVE consecutive nights and the customer service manager would not budge, probably the technology would not budge.
The Mitchell, South Dakota Super 8 is infested with bedbugs. It is filthy, dingy and the staff is not friendly or helpful. The rooms smell. Disgusting.
Using my points, I scheduled a one night trip to Roseville Michigan on 4/23. I tried to call the Baymont hotel FOUR times to cancel/no one answered! I called Wyndham Customer Service, only to have then tell me they had to call the hotel themselves-they couldn't get through either. Now I can't get my points back and I am beyond frustrated!
We were asked to leave and had to sleep outside because THEY didn't have hot water and didn't disclose that before taking my money, the toilet didn't flush at all, and my friend couldn't bring his bike in off the street so that it didn't get stolen BUT THE OWNER HAS A WHOLE MOTORCYCLE PARKED IN THE LOBBY AS IF IT WERE A GARAGE I'm assuming he doesn't want it stolen the place is a joke, staff is rude af, AND the place is dirty, dingy, and outdated, staff included.
RUN WHILE YOU CAN
Our stay was good as we were traveling cross country. However, the Wyndham policy that we encountered is bad. As mentioned, we were moving across the country. We did not know how long we would be on the road per day as we have 2 small children and a dog. As we would get about an hour out from a city we would call ahead for a room. This town in South Dakota had 5 Wyndham hotels. We called each of them, letting them know we were only an hour out and would like a room. My assumption is that all the calls went to a call center and we were informed that all rooms were booked. I had a hunch and we stopped at one of them anyway and asked for a room and was told one was available. So, we were able to stop and did have a good stay. But, my questions are; 1)why were the calls going to a call center and not the front desk. 2)I was told that I could not book a room because they were "full" for booking and only had room for "drop-ins". We were between 20-60 miles from the town, so essentially we were a drop-in. 3)Why I could not get any discounts whether is was military or for being a Wyndham rewards member? Reason, I was told, is that it is hunting season. Really?
My wife and I were travelling in West Virginia and had a mechanical failure with our vehicle. We pulled off of I64 in Beckley, WVA. The Microtel Hotel at 1001 S. Eisenhower Dr, was the first hotel we came to. I went in and spoke with the desk clerk, Bekah, and explained my problem and why I was stopping there. This was on a Sunday morning and I wouldn't be able to get my car into the service department at the dealership until 8:00AM Monday morning. Bekah said they would have a room available for us. Bekah was very professional and polite and made a bad morning a bit better with her attitude.
The place is clean, customer service was great. Edwin at the front desk was very helpful and pleasing. I would recommend this place and will be back.
Thank you… PC
Travelodge Casper Wyoming - 2325 E Yellowstone Hwy
YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO EVEN RENT THESE ROOMS.
I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND. HALF THE PLACE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, (NO MENTION OF THAT WHILE MAKING RESERVATIONS). TOTAL SKETCHY PART OF TOWN. THE ROOM IS GROSS!

We have been staying at the Days Inn, Selma, NC for the last few years and found the accommodations adequate for the cost. However this past weekend has been the worst! Following is a list of things we found unacceptable:
The check in clerk was dressed in a white tee shirt. We were given one door key. Didn't have a room on the 1st floor that we requested. What appeared to be a homeless man drinking and smoking at the entrance door. Carpet was absolutely filthy on the staircase. Electrical outlet wasn't working in sink area. Had to ask for a shower curtain. No ironing board. Cushion broken on the chair with wheels. No alarm clock. No fire escape directions on rear of entrance door. The bathroom door had an electrical outlet cover plate screwed to it to cover up a hole, we guess.
No coffe maker in room. Frige freezer was solid ice and in desperate need of a defrost. Finally at checkout, the desk clerk had his dog in the lobby and it rubbed against me. Did it have fleas or ticks? Never will use this place again on our yearly visit to the Selma, NC area.
Stay away from ANYTHING WYNDAM! Endorsing dumps is what they do! Not a company, not even a franchise, just a "Label" to hang on a dump after reputable hotel chains have dumped them! If it's LaQuinta, BAYMONT, Super-8, Hawthorn, wingate, anything Wyndham, You'll be sorry!
Had an issue with a double booking and Wyndham Rewards customer service straightened it out and removed the charge. Hotel is very convenient from Paddington Station (where Heathrow Express ends). Decent breakfast is included (often not included in the UK). US visitors, remember to bring your own washcloth (not usually provided in the UK). This hotel fills up quickly and you must book far ahead, especially families. If available, check out Wyndham Reward points for the "go faster" award, which makes their rate a real bargain, especially with the free breakfast. This is a good hotel to use the "go free" award. If you have enough points, you will be getting a good value for your points. If arriving at Heathrow, make your Heathrow Express booking over 90 days ahead and on a weekend for dirt cheap rates and a quick, convenient, comfortable way to arrive at Paddington Station in London. Non air conditioned rooms can be stifling in hot weather. Ask for the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel for better circulation. Very glad I made this reservation for a party of 4, primarily for price and location.
It's an ok rewards program until you try to get the best price guarantee. Found better rate on hotels and booking and they still refused to honor best price.
We had a two night stay at a Ramada Inn by Wyndham in Bismarck ND. I called the 800 number who quoted me $129 per night for a two night stay. The total would be $258. I asked what the total price would be after two nights including taxes and fees. They told me it would cost $354. That made no sense to me, so I found a local number for the hotel who also quoted me $129 per night. They said that after a two night stay with taxes and fees, the cost would be $282 and some cents. I booked the hotel directly, but called the 800 number back thinking someone had made a mistake. Again, by a different person, I was told that after two nights the cost would be $354. Today I called customer service because this angered me. I was basically given a non-answer. I am assuming someone is getting a service fee, a hefty one at that. If at all possible, I will never again book a hotel through an 800 number that isn't the hotel itself. We had a great experience at the Ramada……. Not a good experience with the Wyndham corporation. I gave a three star rating to find some middle ground. The hotel itself definitely would have gotten a four star rating, and Wyndham would have gotten a zero or one star. The only caveat I have is this: would this have been a middleman between the Wyndham corporation and the local hotel?
Upon check in 2 clerks not wearing masks in spite of sign posted stating masks are
Mandatory.
Clerk processed paperwork without wearing gloves and later that evening we requested extra
Pillows which came from clerk.
Again clerk not wearing gloves.
We called customer service who forwarded our concerns to the general
Manager who in turn sent us a response indicating her displeasure at us
And specifically accusing us of " disrespecting " her staff which was
Unbelievable and also untrue.
Again we called the supervisor in customer service and they
Couldn't care less and didn't know CDC guidelines for wearing
Gloves.
IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AVOID THIS CHAIN
WHICH INCLUDES LA QUINTA

I booked a room on May 27th for my Anniversary, I was told that parking wasn't available because of Covid 19. We were advised to park adjacent to the building in a parking deck. I was never told that the parking lot closes at 9:00 pm. We arrived back to the hotel at 9:30, I advised the front desk that the lot was closed. She advised me to park on the street but we couldn't on Wednesday because the street sweeper comes between 3:00-6:00 am. I was then told, I am not sure what to tell you. I requested to speak with the Manager S. Johnson but was told to call in the a.m. I had no where to park myvehicle so I requested a refund and was told that will not happen. I had to find another Hotel on my Anniversary.
I recently attended a Wyndham resort presentation in Panama City Beach. I paid a $75 non refundable fee to attend the presentation. I attended the entire presentation and opted to not do it. My friend attended the presentation with me. While the sales person Rosie went through the numbers you could expect to pay for a week's vacation without using Wyndham, my friend and I were doing the numbers on our phones. When my friend showed her the numbers we came up with, based on numbers THEY provided Rosie became visibly angry and told my friend to let me talk. Rosie was rude and unprofessional. During the presentation I was asked for my social security number and my mother's maiden name, to do a credit check. The next evening I received a notice from Discover that a credit card was opened in my name. As I stated previously I did not opt to buy or agree to opening a credit card. When I called the credit card company I found it was affiliated with Wyndham. They had the audacity to open a credit card without my approval. I attempted to call Wyndham no one was available. I called a supervisor who reported she was not involved with the resort sales. She advised me to call the original number and ask for a sales manager. I called that number and had to leave a message. I explained what had happened and requested a call back which never came. Even if I chose to buy a timeshare I would never ever go through Wyndham.
Answer: A little of both... Beware. Only use cash... NEVER give them your credit card or debit card! They stole $50.oo dollars from me... and I proved it... but they don't care and they won't give it back. Other problems too... like broken stair cases with yellow crime tape wrapped about them. Don't go there!
Answer: No sure what this question means and who is asking is this what Wyndham thinks of us?
Answer: A member and believed they would back us up but guess we were wrong
Answer: Customer Service! Non existing... They literally just don't care
