A little of both... Beware. Only use cash... NEVER give them your credit card or debit card! They stole $50.oo dollars from me... and I proved it... but they don't care and they won't give it back. Other problems too... like broken stair cases with yellow crime tape wrapped about them. Don't go there!

Most horrible chain for hotels...not one staff person cared about the condition of the service,,,
