My first hotel was the super 8 in Grants NM. Dirty, run down and in need of TLC. $97 total for the night. Next Ramada in Santa Fe. Nice, clean good quality. $154. So while I think before you put the Wyndham name behind a hotel you should check it out.
We stayed at traveled in Spearfish SD and had to cancel last night due to bad weather coming in. We gave hotel 24 hrs notice on this change. Once we checked in the manager would not give us a credit for the last night. Buyer beware they have "whatever" cancellation policy. Look it up. Never had this lack of night's credit happen in our lives! Won't be staying at a Wyndham Hotel again.
Their website and app both don't work, and their rude foreign "customer service" is the worst I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER book with a Wyndham hotel, and I suggest you don't either. I got hung up by some overseas call center after 25 minutes, bc she couldn't figure out how to honor the advertised 20% off since every time you click on "book now", it just makes you sign in over and over. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Stayed 3 nights, crappy grab and go breakfast, no room service, low toilets, thin towels. Beds just ok.
Will never stay at a hotel linked to Wyndham again! We cancelled a reservation with a Mictrotel in MN. The GM allowed us to cancel but said we needed to call "corporate" which was Wyndhams customer service. The customer service rep never opened a "customer care" case and we were charged for the 3 nights 2 and half months later! It took us weeks to find out Wyndham dropped the hotel because they filed for bankruptcy but no one at Wyndham told us this or tried to help in any way. We now have to get our bank involved. Shady shady shady all they way around!
The experience we had at Wyndham Resorts in Las Vegas turned into an utter nightmare. We lured in by a woman while walking through the property and were enticed to attend a Wyndham presentation in exchange for tickets to a show. Little did we know that this would turn into a four-hour meeting complete with high-pressure sales tactics and manipulation from their salespeople. Throughout the entire process, we were constantly pressured to purchase a timeshare, despite our repeated refusals. The tactics employed by their employees were deceptive and unethical. The fact that Wyndham needed 6 salespeople to harass us throughout the day should have been a big red flag that they wouldn't let up until we bought something, which unfortunately, we did. Throughout the presentation, false statements were made regarding the timeshare. We were misled about the maintenance fee, and told it was a fixed cost that would not change. Additionally, we were falsely informed that we could change the payment frequency from monthly to annually. The sales team also pitched the timeshare as an investment, claiming we could rent it out for extra income. These misrepresentations only served to further deceive and manipulate us into making an ill-informed decision we now deeply regret. It is clear to us now that we were taken advantage of due to our youth and inexperience. We trusted that Wyndham, as a reputable company, would act in an ethical and honest manner. Unfortunately, our experience has shattered that trust. We hope that Wyndham takes this matter seriously and takes steps to rectify the harm that has been done. We trust that you will address our concerns promptly and appropriately.

First, pictures don't match the hotel/ room.
Second, they taped a notice to my bike, threatening to tow it, because o left it in the one spot cameras covered it.
Wish I could use more than 100 characters to review.
Booked a 4 days/ 3 nights with Wyndham resort. Cost $149 plus listen to timeshare presentation.
Scheduled in fort Lauderdale and paid room taxes and fees...$98.00.
After reviewing itinerary...not resort...hotel room. Resorts have kitchens...not just coffee maker and small refrigerator. The find out I am responsible to get to the office site presentation. Decided to cancel. They wanted to charge me another $19.95 for canceling...don't sign up for this! It will end up costing you much more, you will have to listen to presentation and eat out every meal.

Baymont Hotel Evansville In. Location was great. Had a pleasant stayed there 5 years ago. Had reservations for 9/28/23-10/5/23. One look at the room and found it totally disgusting. Elevators were out so only using rooms on 1st floor. Bathroom ceiling paint and part of ceiling peeling away and hanging down, black mold (could actually scrape it off) around tub. Had Gregg come down to room, he looked at it and said why should that bother you, I see no problem. Other people don't complain. Beds looked slept in with just sheets pulled up. He showed us another room, no better. We spent the afternoon calling around and going to different hotels as this was the weekend of a marathon and just prior to fall festival. We found another hotel and went back to Baymont. He said we owed for that night because after checkout time and he did not have housekeeping to "clean" the room and rent it out for the night. After much going back and forth and him telling us we were rude the charges were taken off. Defintely does not conform to Wyndham's standards.Had also received a call the day before telling us their credit card machine not working and to bring cash. Unbelievable experience!
Read other reviews regarding this hotel. Pretty much say the same thing.

Hotel is disgusting, terrible service. Hotel is literally falling apart. There is a member of there staff that entered our room and stole a bottle of expensive perfume. The hotel did not believe me and said that they "knew" their staff. The person in question that entered our room to clean it has worked for them for almost a year and they said that they didn't take the perfume. Hotel confirmed only one person entered our room while we were out. The bottle of perfume doesn't cover the cost we paid to stay at the hotel and there has been no offer to fix the issue only denial. A bunch of thief's at this hotel. I should also mention that our sink wouldn't drain in our room and the response I got for that was that they fixed it! Wow great service and great response to issues! Days inn in Kingston and Wyndham resorts are absolutely horrible and I would recommend every one avoid both brands and especially the Kingston location.
I stayed at the baymont inn and suites in Robinson illinois before my company rented space for our workers during the annual Marathon refinery shutdown. The room I stayed in was for 2 nights, it was decent enough the first night. The next morning before I left for work I asked the two ladies at the front desk if they had a conference room available for worker training, I was told yes by a very gruff and seemingly insensitive lady, she told a younger lady after this that it was now her shift and she needed to help me. The younger lady that seemed very mature for her age gave me a key card and told me that the conference room was in another building on the lower floor. So I went to where I was told the conference room was located and believe me, the photos I took do not do justice to what I saw and smelled in it. It was horrible there was food laying out molded, there was lady garments on the floor and in chairs. There was makeshift beds on the floor, toys and paint on the tables. It was filled with a horrible smell of body odor and trash. Needless to say I left the room to take another shower before going to work because it seemed to just stick with you. After work I returned to the front desk to return the key card given to me, I was greeted by a middle aged gentleman that was very professional and polite and whom I truly thought was the hotel manager until I read his name tag. I the returned to my room only to find the trash wasn't emptied and my towels hadn't been changed. I then returned to the front desk and spoke to the gentleman again, who offered to clean my room and change my bed linens and towels and wash cloths. This was possibly the best part of my stay, I didn't expect to be offered this kind of service from any employee after my previous encounter with the front desk staff. I did have him empty my trash and change my towels and wash cloths, which he seemed happy to do. The next morning before I left, I turned in my key to my room and was greeted by another middle aged man whose name tag stated he was the manager. It was very obvious that there was no sense in telling him my complaint, he seemed to be very complacent and non confrontational for guests or his staff. Needless to say neither myself or my company staff will be staying at this hotel. After thinking about this incident it's my belief that either this was due to staff, staff family or friends of staff members. I do believe if this was due to a guest they would be responsible for cleaning this room or charged for this incident.
A Wyndham Rep made us a reservation in late December for Jan 13-15, supposedly. I was supposed to pay out of pocket for Jan 13-14 then check out and check back in using my points for Jan 14-15. But when we checked in to the hotel it was all chaos; the Wyndham rep scheduled both reservations for the same day and it's been downhill since I checked in. Now we have to pay out of pocket $300 plus for Wyndham's error. Totally messed up our weekend. #HEADACHE
My daughter booked a room on line, st the Baymont in North Dartmouth, MA, paid for it with credit card. When she got there because she didn't have her they refused to refund the money and wouldn't rent the room.
Calling attorney generals office this is stealing. Never stay in one of there hotels ever.

None, they took her money and wouldn't let her rent the room.
You really cannot expect high quality American values when most of the Wyndham hotels/motels are owned by middle eastern people. They have a much lower bar set than Americans do. They get by with hiring low cost labor whether for housekeeping or trade work. I'm a licensed contractor and the things that I see in the 2 to 3 star hotels are disgraceful for the price we pay to stay in them.

DANGEROUS, DRUG ADDICTED NEIGHBORHOOD! Do not stay or park anywhere near this Vienna House, Bremen, Germany. Our car window was smashed and the POLICE were not surprised, confirming this is a bad area for tourists or anyone. The Vienna House manager was informed about OPEN DRUG ABUSE WITH NEEDLES in the secured parking structurea and asked to call the police. The manager said "It is not my problem!" with no concern for our safety.

Save your money, and don't stay here. Website failed to disclose that La Quinta in Burlington VT was undergoing major renovations. Also, there is no parking at hotel, had to park at Price Chopper parking lot. Incessant loud noise all day. One of the managers is very unfriendly and unpleasant. Terrible experience.
Tip for consumers:
Do not stay at La Quinta Burlington VT.
This property was beyond discussing. I Don't know how it is still opened. Reserved for may 4- 9. None of the amenities were available and the room we had had a major leak on our 2nd floor not our room but one close by. When ask about if it was safe the manager became very rude and told us to get our stuff and leave. Bug infected dirty carpets no smoke alarms pool 2 ft of muddy water, electrical problems light would go on and off when you moved in the room. No phones in the room breakfast consisted of breakfast bar and sunny d.really disappointed

The hotel have some people to make fake order to shower the customer. Very cheater hotel management team
Disaster of business systems integration between Wyndham,
Get A Room and CCI.
Gross over billing and absolutely 0 customer service, every company above pushed me off to another "Help" line, (well over 2 hours so far), where, naturally, no one could help.
Currently working with my bank to dispute multiple charges.
Very disappointed in Wyndham for partnering with companies of questionable ethics, morals and business practices.
My experience is that their hotels are run down, poorly managed, underpaid with poorly trained employees. Rooms are often dirty with beat up furniture, tvs and microwaves that do not operate. Sad to see old good brands such as Ramada and Sleep Inn lose their good reputation to Wyndham.
Traveling Romulus Mi. And Ocala Fl. Properties wete filthy and broken. Switched rooms 6 times. Management doing a horrible job.
Tip for consumers:
Whatever you do, if it does not look right, smell nice or work properly, tell management you want another room, a refund or take videos to share with the next traveler who is expecting to stay in a safe, clean and operational environment.

Had an issue with a double booking and Wyndham Rewards customer service straightened it out and removed the charge. Hotel is very convenient from Paddington Station (where Heathrow Express ends). Decent breakfast is included (often not included in the UK). US visitors, remember to bring your own washcloth (not usually provided in the UK). This hotel fills up quickly and you must book far ahead, especially families. If available, check out Wyndham Reward points for the "go faster" award, which makes their rate a real bargain, especially with the free breakfast. This is a good hotel to use the "go free" award. If you have enough points, you will be getting a good value for your points. If arriving at Heathrow, make your Heathrow Express booking over 90 days ahead and on a weekend for dirt cheap rates and a quick, convenient, comfortable way to arrive at Paddington Station in London. Non air conditioned rooms can be stifling in hot weather. Ask for the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel for better circulation. Very glad I made this reservation for a party of 4, primarily for price and location.
Made reservations at super 8 in Indianapolis. The place was disgusting. The smell when we walked in the room was enough to make you puke. Stains all over the bedding, molding coming off walls, missing dresser drawer, wash cloth bar ripped out of shower, scum in shower. And let's not forget the bullet holes thru the window! We put our luggage back in the car and drove to the holiday Inn. Will never stay at another Wyndham property again
Tip for consumers:
Stay far away from a Wyndham property
No refrigerator or microwave, ice only at front desk, shower hung from ceiling so you can't adjust, $25 for parking to stay at hotel, rooftop bar unavailable to patrons because general public let in, front desk manager doesn't even ask how your stay was. They suck, stay somewhere else

I have been a customer many times over the years. I want to share with you my experience on August 7th and 8th at your La Quinta property in Ventura California located at 5818 Valentine road. I found the property to be in dire need of heavy maintenance and cleaning. Walkways and railings were dirty and deteriorating; Obscenities were spray painted on the main entrance sign; Only the first floor ice machine was operational. The second and third floor machines were not; Broken air conditioners; Vandalism inside elevator; Very loud water hammer problem in the toilet plumbing; Bathroom mirror needs replacing.
I have to say I was very disappointed in the overall condition of this hotel. See attached photos.
We are Wyndham Rewards members. We stay at a lot of Wyndham hotels. We realize that there are better hotels within Wyndham but it doesn't seem to matter. Overall, the hotels are run down, do not deliver what is promised, have staff that is worn out and overworked. We get our rooms "free" with Wyndham Rewards but we are seriously thinking it's not worth it. We may go to a different credit card that gives us cash back so we don't have to deal with Wyndham. AND, here's a little tip, if you get that invitation to visit a Wyndham resort. RUN! They are horrible to their owners, fees keep increasing and little by little, they add expenses and take away points thinking we don't notice. The customer service at Wyndham is non existent. They have this thing called "Wyndham Cares" lol...here's a tip; they DON'T.
