I stayed at the Bristol hotel, 26th June and had a room right above the main entrance, room 122. Well the standard was poor with poor maintenance, I had a broken window, which you could not shut correctly, so at night you could hear people coming/going and all the smokers talking. Tried to let reception know in morning on 2 occasions but one one at desk. You complain online and you get a standard email with no thought into it. Don't stay at this hotel.
Desk staff was great.
The roaches, shower mold, large discolored brown mystery-stained bed sheets on the fully made bed, not so much.
I wanted to at least shower and have a nap. After seeing the gross bed stains in a bed with supposedly laundered & clean sheets, then made up and left for the next guest,
I was out of there.
I have pictures of everything and showed them to front desk clerk when I checked out- shortly after arriving. Front desk clerks (both that I dealt with, checking in and out) could not have been more friendly.
One additional note- guests with noisy dogs.
I can't imagine trying to even nap with the dogs barking. Not just little yap,yaps. The dog's I did not see but consistently heard, didn't sound like small dogs at all.
I have stayed at Wyndham hotels in the past. I will never again, book a hotel room, without reading the reviews. I trusted their name only because I was never burned in the past. Never again! I checked into the Super 8 Allentown Airport. This place is beyond filthy. I checked my family into another hotel after seeing the inside.
For the record, I love to rough it and go camping.
This place would be best described by saying, camping in a dumpster, full of rotted food.
Horrible we had a meeting can you see the little girls in the back banning on the Prino turning flips in the lobby or better yet when you walk up to check in the smoking and I'm not talking cigarettes no food no pool nothing
Baymont hotel on sixth Avenue Golden Colorado needs to be closed! Room smells, smoky and musty, carpet is worn furniture is worn rooms are outdated. It's obviously that the current ownership of that hotel cares about their guests! And by the way, where is the elevator?.
If this is an example of Wyndham hotels, avoid them!

The first room I was given had bloody vomit in the bathroom sink. The second one had a terrible odor, but I was so tired I just wanted to sleep. The bathroom light didn't work which made it down right dangerous. On top of that, the TV didn't work and the ice machine didn't work. This place is a dump. Stayed on 4/19/22.
Any Wyndham resort, hotel etc…. Will quote you a price and promise it won't change only to go there and it goes up! You call Wyndham customer service they will either hang up in you or refuse to do anything to help you! DO NOT stay at any of these places they are all just scammers! And Wyndham supports them in doing so!
Bedbugs! Bedbugs at the filthy Super 8 in Socorro, NM. After contacting Wyndham I received an email basically stating it is not their responsibility and to communicate only with the hotel manager. I left the hotel full of bug bites and am presently hoping I have not taken any home with me. Wyndham has not even investigated to make sure the bed bugs have been treated.
I booked a night at the Chicago O'Hare airport by calling their 800 number and explained that I would be parking my car for 10 days. When I arrived at the hotel they charged me an additional $15 a day for my car plus my night stay. I have been using this hotel for over 10 years to park and fly and I have NEVER been charged an additional $150.00 to park my car. I was charged over $315.00. On my return I had to walk-in the rain to go get my car as I was told they were only running one shuttle. I have always recommended this hotel to my friends and family but now if this is how I'm treated I will not! And of course there was no manager available to speak with. The rooms are nice and clean but the service and desk help not so much.

But have not been able to make any progress at all with our situation. It is sad to see that they
Can be so shut off to the idea of someone not being satisfied with their company, but we will
Remain persistent and will not change the way that we feel about this. There has to be
Something out there that we can do to fix all this, and we won't stop trying to find it.
Sick of you out sourcing you phone service to $#*!ing foreigners that can't speak English. I'm a diamond member. But I'm done screwing around with you. Take your cocktail sucking business elsewhere. You deserve to be spoken to like that $#*!s.
I am discovery client for Wyndham resort. I bought this package for my honeymoon.
This package cost us for 3k. It was before the pandemic and of course, with travel restrictions, I tried to extend the package for 2 years. And they don't want to refund the money finally in 2022 they don't want to deal with the issue. They don't want to extend anymore and give us a voucher worth 600 for that. What a BS and at least give us something that's worth more at least we won't feel bad.
So regret purchased this terrible contract. Should have research this resort before hand. Now i literally check on reviews before going to the resort and thanks to Wyndham give this opportunity
Well where do I start... I hope to get a full refund. Although the heat is working cold air still flowing in the room because of the cracks in the wall. Of did I mention the faucets in the bathroom. Oh boy, The health department needs to be called in for sure. Dissatisfied from Texas.
DANGEROUS, DRUG ADDICTED NEIGHBORHOOD! Do not stay or park anywhere near this Vienna House, Bremen, Germany. Our car window was smashed and the POLICE were not surprised, confirming this is a bad area for tourists or anyone. The Vienna House manager was informed about OPEN DRUG ABUSE WITH NEEDLES in the secured parking structurea and asked to call the police. The manager said "It is not my problem!" with no concern for our safety.
They deactivate your room key card a day early then give you a hard time letting you back in your room because your I.D. Is locked in. Then they tell you that you can leave if you do not like the policy while my things are still in my paid room being held hostage. They won't refund because I used priceline its a 3rd party purchase
Wyndham used to have a good name. We made reservations based on attractive photos. When we arrived it was not even close to the pictures and descriptions. Garbage in hallway, stained carpet, burn marks, smell of cigarettes, door to our room had big gap at lock- not secure. Air conditioning units were old and some out of commission. Needless to say, we did not stay there after prepaying a month prior. Sleezy corporate Mgmt would not refund our money. Never again!
Room and linens were not thoroughly clean. Hairs amongst clean linens. Hairs stuck to walls in bathroom. Bathroom door was cut to fit around the tub. Breakfast sucked big time yet was inclusive. When asked they said its because of cut backs from the owners. Hair dryer not working. Chain lock on door was hanging by one screw. Noisy. Poor internet connection. Sounds as if staff is not happy as the new owners cheap out on everything. W8ndow ledge had mold and I have allergies. Not much sleep due to people slamming hallway and outer door next to our room. Beds were terrible, we could feel every spring in the mattress and the list goes on. Messaged corporate and they say someone will contact in 48hrs. They did via email. Then sent another rmail adking me to list the issues to which I did. Its been 2 weeks and nothing...
I travel for work and learned very quickly to stay far away from any Wyndham owned hotels. I've ran into bed bugs and roaches a 2 different super 8 hotels. The days inn I stayed at they gave us someone else's room at 1am! My dog wouldn't go in the room, police were patrolling. Ton of drug addicts there it was just very horrible experiences. I can't understand why Wyndham would put their name on such nasty places... I will never stay at one again, I'd rather pay 50 to 75 bucks more for way better...
Worst experience ever! At super 8 in DesMoines Iowa. I can't believe Wyndham even represents this place! They are false advertising and hosing people for money! When you complain they kick you out make up stories call police and won't give you your money back! Blood bullet holes no dresser drawers dirty carpets paint a mess no towels or toilet paper stains on furniture lamp shades wall's bedspreads the place was disgusting!no pool no coffeemaker no working tv no front deck no breakfast no friendly staff. All of which is advertised in their admen ties on the website.

If something goes wrong with your stay and you call customer service don't expect any help.
I arrived in Toronto at 2am in the morning to find my hotel had been turned into a homeless shelter. After paying a fortune in Uber fares and additional hotel costs I found a safe place to stay. It took me 12 phone calls and 10 hours to contact customer service. Ultimately, after several follow-up conversations initiated by me (no one follows up) Wyndman thought one nights free accommodation was sufficient compensation for the dangerous and expensive situation I was placed in - an offer I refused. Do yourself a favour and book with a company that will help you out when things go wrong.
Answer: A little of both... Beware. Only use cash... NEVER give them your credit card or debit card! They stole $50.oo dollars from me... and I proved it... but they don't care and they won't give it back. Other problems too... like broken stair cases with yellow crime tape wrapped about them. Don't go there!
