The LaQuenta Airport hotel EAST needs new management. They allow scammers in yo cheat and basically rob their guests. Call on a menu they supplied, after waiting an hour, the delivery guy shows up, hands me a bag and said he had to run. I gave him $40.00 ($34.00 & $5.00 tip), he takes off, I ho into our room to find 2 very small pieces of chicken, some rice & French fries.
NOT yhe 2 dinners I ordered! My issue is the front desk said they they know nothing! So either the counter person was busy on her cell phone and not watching the door. These thieves have keys or, the side doors were left open.
If you and your family are not safe in a hotel, DON'T EVER STAY THERE. I know I won't.
Company offered me enough points for a free rewards night if I stayed two nights. It so happened that I needed to be away from home, as my home was under repair, so I booked into one of their local hotels. Then after I checked out, I ended up needing another night away from home so I booked into the same hotel for another night. Later I noticed they didn't give me the reward. When I asked why, they said it was because it was two consecutive nights in the same hotel, and they only count that as "one stay." I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, but I feel like they didn't honor the spirit of their offer. They wouldn't budge on it - no flexibility at all. That doesn't bode well for dealing with this chain overall, so I'd rather stay and collect my points elsewhere.
I stayed at the AmericInn Hutchinson for 14 days in December! The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff at this hotel is the best! They were customer friendly, helpful, and efficient! The daily morning breakfast was very satisfying and ready to eat and enjoy 6:00 AM. The pool area was clean and the water was winter weather warm! The location of this hotel is excellent, because it is on a major road that enable one to get to Minneapolis, St. Cloud, or Mankato with ease! Will definitely book this hotel again when return to the Hutchinson area!
Stayed at Wyndham in Natchez, MS The room was disgusting. Booked online to get a decent price and when my husband checked us in he noticed a sign that said No Refunds. The room had a musky oder, there appeared to be splatter from toothpaste still on the faucet of the bathroom, the floor was not put down correctly and had gaps between the planks, AND, there were crumbs in the bed when I pulled the covers back, there was also a ring in the tub, apparently no one there knows how to clean a toilet. I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again. With all the bad reviews I've just read (wished I'd read them sooner) clearly this company is only out to make a buck off hard working Americans. Traveler Beware!
We stayed in a Days Inn for the Forth of July weekend. We were charged double the going rate for rooms. We booked at a price and come to find out that price was per room, which we were not aware of. The room had mold and did not even have enough toilet paper for our stay. These rooms were not clean. We reached out to the hotel to be criticized by management and above. Wyndham customer service refuses to help in anyway yet their name is the one that will be dragged in the mud.
The desk clerk was so rude that we went on Expedia and canceled the reservation. Tried to check in at 1:30 property was empty the clerk said no matter what we could not check in until 3:00. Told us they were fully booked the night before. We do not believe this to be true. My understanding of a 3:00 pm check in is to be certain room has been cleaned; I have never been told I had to wait until 3:00. The rooms are usually always ready sooner. After listening to this clerk being rude we went next door checked right in at Quality Inn. The folks over there are super nice and very inviting and helpful. No more Super 8's by Wyndham for us! We are very surprised that Wyndham would even have their name connected to the property. I don't think they deserve one star
A Wyndham Rep made us a reservation in late December for Jan 13-15, supposedly. I was supposed to pay out of pocket for Jan 13-14 then check out and check back in using my points for Jan 14-15. But when we checked in to the hotel it was all chaos; the Wyndham rep scheduled both reservations for the same day and it's been downhill since I checked in. Now we have to pay out of pocket $300 plus for Wyndham's error. Totally messed up our weekend. #HEADACHE
Upon entering the room we found marijuana on the table and a pill on the floor. There was feces in the toilet, food in the microwave, crumbs on the counter, blood on the bed and blood on the curtains! The manager had to come down and help us try to clean the room before we could even put our stuff in there. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had in my life I can't even believe It. Will never use them again! We stay at the one in Kill Devil Hills NC. The Travelodge. Very dirty. The man at the desk did get us another room but we list time moving and was late for a meeting... they didn't care about any inconvenience it caused us. no discount or anything given... just oh sorry! What is this world coming too!? Ppl just treat ya any way! I probably got Covid from that room!
If I could give 0 I would. I'm not one to complain online about places (in fact, I have maybe twice in my life) but this hotel chain is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service is absolute trash. I was issued a refund back in September 2021 after months of calling back and forth (our room wasn't cleaned before we stayed and they had no other rooms available) I received the check, deposited it, and then they took it BACK out of my account. The check was bad. Now corporate refuses to give me my money back. I have proof of what happened and every single person I have talked to has been rude and has 0 idea what they're talking about. I'm convinced they hire people, give them 20 minutes of training and call it good because they are are ignorant as all hell. Do NOT stay in one of their hotels.
This is an amazing hotel with amazing staff, nice large beds soft very very clean and the front office is so great they go above and beyond for their customers which is amazing in itself but to make you feel like you matter is all that you need as a business - from what i hear this property is under new management and wow just wow- Mosty definitely stay here and the prices are great! Go Travel lodge Pueblo
Made a reservation today on Expedia. Went to check in and the hotel clerk says how old are you. I am 20. Oh sorry you have to be 21. She said well I need a refund then. Clerk says oh no you booked through a 3rd party website you will have to get it from them. Called Expedia they said you only need be 18 to book a room. It's too late to get your money back as you had to give us more 48 hours cancellation notice. Called hotel back said oh sorry we just changed our policy. This is tantamount to highway robbery! Asked to talk to management. Oh they are not on the property.
Where should I start? From the hotel giving us a double bed room when a king size room was reserved, then moving us to a room that had an infested, soiled, disgusting bed, I literally sat on this bed and my clothes were ruined. The room they moved us to was slightly better, meaning no soiled disgusting mattress, this hotel needs to be demolished, upgrading will not do it any justification, The rooms smelled, bathtub was disgusting and old. If we did not purchase Lysol wipes and spray, we would not have been able to stay there. Our room had not been cleaned. Only towels given and trash taken. Bed not made, bathroom not cleaned, floors not vacuumed. Only sanitizing practice was done by us! Not sure how they are allowed to stay in business let alone call themselves a Resort! It dishonors Resorts that go above and beyond to keep there business clean. Disgusting place! Wyndham on International Drive, people please do not waste your time and money,
You must call up and wait 20 min. To cancel a reservation or make changes! And then, you get a person that you can't understand at all, with very thick accents, that are not at all knowledgeable about their program, and refuse to help. And, then, when I asked for a manager, they slammed the phone down on me! And, I have had to wait now about an hour and a half, to cancel a reservation, and I keep getting disconnected, and I havent' been able to do anything!
Had timeshare at bonnet creek for over 15years. Only got to stay there 2 times. Always booked but when friends called they got in. Fees kept going up. I decided to sell. Would cost me money I used the exit mode. Still had to pay monthly fees till they sold. They also lied when we first bought about the golf course across the street. Would not recommend. Now they sold and made money on my share. Would not recommend.
I attempted to reserve and pay for a room for a friend in a different state. I made the reservation clearly explaining that the person checking in would not have a credit card. I also explained they a second person would be dropping off some belongings. When the person arrived to drop off the belongings the staff was rude and stated they could not find the reservation. I called and gave them the confirmation number and the reservation was found to be in my name. I again explained to the staff the situation and the belongings were dropped off. When the guest arrived they would not let him check in and after I called they wanted me to email a photo of my credit card an driver's license. For security reasons I did not want this much of my personal information in an unsecured email. They were rude and cancelled the reservation. The next day I called the customer service line and they used the excuse of new people. If you want this level of service stay at a Wyndham hotel.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kirkland Lake. Even though I canceled my reservation on time and provided evidence of the cancellation, the hotel didn't process the refund promptly. The lack of communication and delay caused me inconvenience and financial stress.
Moreover, the customer care and central office displayed a shocking lack of concern and empathy towards my situation. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns, making the experience even worse.
As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and respect. However, the hotel's handling of the situation left me deeply dissatisfied and disheartened.
I hope the hotel management takes my feedback seriously and works towards improving their customer service and refund processes to avoid similar issues in the future.
I don't have the words express my review! I was at the days inn in Ogden Utah, and I stepped on a used drug needle, I immediately checked out, I didn't stay the night, I went to the dr to get tested of course all without health insurance, and wydham comes bk and offers me 1000 points?! Are u fu***** kidding me, not the $70 reimbursed cause I didn't stay the night, not the $250 Dr fee for no health insurance! Straight slap in the face, thanks Wyndham excellent customer service and level of concern displayed!
We had stayed 2 nights and in the morning we had cold water to shower. We had never received clean towels. We had to put our garbage outside our door every day. Our family had come with and had 2 rooms and check in is 3:00 and did not get a room until after 6:00 pm. Not what I expected when room is over 600.00 a night
To I had the pleasure of speaking with Tasha, what an amazing experience that was. During my call, she was able to answer all of the questions and booked my reservation. She was also very courteous and polite. She ought to be rewarded for the amazing service that provided.
In this case there was more dirt on the floor than in the parking lot. The only good thing about this hotel was the lower cost and a nice shower. Other than that, gross. The floor had not been cleaned, probably since Covid required it, or longer. Even after two requests, it was still filthy. Two pairs of sox were ruined and could not be cleaned. No maid service, no food, coffee was mediocre and weak. Won't be back.
Answer: A little of both... Beware. Only use cash... NEVER give them your credit card or debit card! They stole $50.oo dollars from me... and I proved it... but they don't care and they won't give it back. Other problems too... like broken stair cases with yellow crime tape wrapped about them. Don't go there!
Answer: No sure what this question means and who is asking is this what Wyndham thinks of us?
Answer: A member and believed they would back us up but guess we were wrong
Answer: Customer Service! Non existing... They literally just don't care
