Customer Service! Non existing... They literally just don't care

You can get a hold of them doesn't mean they will help

It's relatively easy, what's frustrating is how often you're redirected because it's never anyone's department.

It's not easy at all. I called the 800 number, put on the automated system then it dropped. I tried the customer cares and they haven't reached out yet.
