I ordered one of the Fine Line Custom Iphone Cases in the colorway Hot Pink/Orange back in December, and with the 3 week turnaround I got it mid-January. Now, 2 months later, the plastic around the letters is peeling up. Considering this is a custom order $75 case I waited week for, I was frustrated and reached out to their customer service team via the website. I got a response within one day, and within 2 hours of the initial response I have a confirmation receipt for a replacement and it should arrive mid-April. I am concerned about a possible repeat issue if this is just something that happens with these cases, but if that happens I'll reach back out. They did offer me a refund but I preferred the case. This is the only item I've purchased from them so I am slightly skeptical of the product quality as a whole, but I've seen a lot of other reviews complaining about their customer service back in December and I wanted to share my experience in a non-holiday season when they are less backed up.
My necklace broke but then it was replaced and Jamie was so helpful in getting me a new one! Very happy with the costumer service!
Product arrived over a week late, the quality was horrible for a necklace that was almost $100. Quality was similar to that of costume jewelry. Would not refund my money after it arrived late and not in time for what I needed it for. Do not buy from here!
Ordered these cute Eagles NFL earrings for the superbowl and one of the silver eagles immediately fell off. (The detailed part is stuck on to a silver outline). They are just stuck on with a little glue…. Was expecting better quality for the price. Probably won't buy from baublebar again.

Two stretch bead bracelets began tarnishing. Customer service was outstanding and offered to replace both items.
Purchased 2 bracelets and both clasps are broken. I tried uploading photos to their site to print a return label and receive an error message. I emailed the company and received a generic reply. I tried to contact them again on 2 separate occasions and no one is responding back. They do not have a phone number so I have no other way to get in touch with them. I would not recommend their products.
I've ordered a few times from Baublebar and generally been happy with the merchandise. I chose to order two personalized ornaments for Christmas gifts this year and ordered on November 15. They did not ship until December 18 and won't arrive in time for me to re-send them to the recipients. I could not believe that an item I ordered November 15 would not arrive in time for Christmas. I tried contacting them numerous times and when I did get a response, their reply was that they were busy with lots of orders and I just needed to wait. The item page said it would ship in 2 weeks, so I thought for sure I had enough time. Instead, I had to scramble to get something different at the last minute for the two people I had bought the gifts for. I am extremely disappointed and won't order anything I need by a particular date - just for myself if I like it and don't need it for any special occasion.
Very disappointed in the 4 bracelets is purchased. They are cheaply made, plastic looking beads, bracelets not even all the same size. To think regular price is $34 each is crazy. I wouldn't take them again if they were free. I will never be purchasing from BaubleBar again! Don't get sucked in by the Cuteness.
Extremely disappointed. Ordered a chain and 2 charms (no custom names!). They arrived 5 weeks later and looked not as pictured. I contacted customer service and was told that I could not get a refund because the order was "custom." WHAT? I just selected charms from the website. Nothing was made custom for me. The chain is so thin that I don't understand how they can lie like this.

The company kept canceling my order that I placed for my bridesmaids and would not assist even though they were the issue. There is no number to contact and every email I sent was met with a generic automated response that would never actually help address the issue. After several attempts to reach them, they never responded.
I've ordered many pieces from here and spent over $100 on their custom name necklaces. I kept my pieces in jewelry boxes and never wore in water and they've tarnished. I reached out to customer service and they said they can give me a discount to buy another one. That will never happen. Never buying from here again. There are better retailers that have 2 year warranty and guarantee no tarnishing. Do not buy from here!
They recently released their St. Patrick's Day collection and several of their pieces quickly sold out. I reached out to them back in February to ask if they plan on restocking as it was clear I was not the only person interested in purchasing these sold out pieces and they were very insincere when it came to responding. They also stopped responding to me after I suggested they do a limited restock or a pre-order. Why should I support a business that ignores their customers? I am willing to bet money they are going to raise the price tenfold on these same pieces next year given the demand but do nothing about the limited supply. They are definitely in it for the money and not about the customers as a whole. Poor excuse of a company if you ask me. Explains why you can't leave reviews on their products.
I got 3 charm necklaces for Christmas gifts and they did not arrive in boxes. I asked for boxes they told me "Our items do not come packaged in boxes. We do have boxes/pouches available on our site for purchase" when I tried to order them shipping was more expensive that the actual cost of the boxes … very disappointing
Received a Baubelbar bracelet for Christmas. Took longer than expected to be delivered. After wearing the bracelet for 2 weeks the gold plating over brass beads has completely worn off. Not worth the money.
The person who gave me the bracelet is totally embarrassed.

Purchased a personalized blanket 1 month ago. Still no update or tracking info on purchase. There is so much marketing on social media and influencers pushing this product but for regular people like me, we get no updates and no information on orders we actually paid for. The money has been posted already to my bank even before the item is shipped. Do not trust this company!
I decided to try out Baublebar since they have a bunch of cute styles. The quality is quite low for the price, and the sizing is inconsistent. All the rings ordered in my size were too big - I tried ordering a size down, and they were still too big.
Both of these orders were returned, but I did not receive a refund. I sent them an email, but got no response. I ended up disputing the charges on my credit card - hoping those will go through.
Buyer beware! I spent over $400 on Christmas gifts that I ordered on November 23. It is January 5 and I have yet to receive the items that I ordered, or a response to the 3 emails I've sent as well as multiple Instagram messages. Also of note, there is no phone # (sketchy). Stay away!
