Not sure about the above replies but I had amazing customer service with Andrea and email was replied to on the day I wrote it.

Almost impossible. The only way is email and they don't always respond. Also you can't reply to the person who sent the email - just a general email team.

Customer service is non existent! There is no customer service number, you have to email and they don't respond
