December 12,2022 - 24 items were stolen from my order. BaubleBar will not reply to requests for assistance with the theft of ALL my Christmas gifts by handlers. I would never buy from BaubleBar again. Poor Customer Service related to packing, shipping, theft, nor taking responsibility to investigate my case.
I'm so impressed with my new baubles! They looked beautiful online, but they're even more amazing in person. My order was shipped and delivered very quickly. I plan to order again - their pieces will make great gifts!
Bauble Bar has the best customer service I've ever experienced before. I had an issue with a purchase and they fixed it in about 5 minutes including a new order for no charge. I'll be happy to purchase from them again!

I would give this company a 0/5 if I could, 1/5 is too nice. I got my girlfriend a necklace for our 1 year anniversary, she loved it. The necklace clamp broke when she adjusted it around her neck, the necklace didn't even last 4 days. I spent nearly $100 including shipping for this product, I regret it. Jewelry shouldn't break so easily and the pieces shouldn't be so thin that a damn little pull could break it. I should've trusted my gut and bought jewelry from trustworthy brands NOT this company. This company doesn't even show reviews of their products on their website which should've been a red flag. I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.
I ordered two rings that were each originally priced at $44. After a promo they came out to $55 total, so I thought it was a good deal. When they arrived they looked like Forever 21 quality if not worse! Also the sizing was terribly off. I returned immediately... these rings look like they cost $4 max. Nothing like the photos on their website!
I bough a pricey customized bracelet and waited a long time for it. I loved the way it looked but it's impossible to get on by myself. It tarnished quickly from simple day to day wear, then broke after a few weeks. I wish I could get my money back.
However, I have a different type of bracelet that's slip-on and beaded and it's held up.
I purchased the pink/orange alpha blanket. The true color of the product is neon orange, not a true deep orange shown on the website. When I reached out to the company, they said that there was not a production error and that I could have a discount on my next purchase. I won't be purchasing anything from this company that does not have integrity and stand by their product. I can see why their reviews are now 2.7 out of 5 stars.
So I ordered the most amazing pair of earrings from Baublebar. Unfortunately I lost one of the earrings after only a month. I contacted the customer service to know what could be done for me (the earrings was a bit loose so I held them accountable for it) and I had the pleasure to chat with a lovely representative. They told me that they would love to send me another pair for free unfortunately the product had sold out. Nonetheless they offered me store credit at the amount of what I had paid for the earrings. And they replied so fast all the time! Everything was resolved within a few hours! They even gave me a list of other cute earrings which resembled the one I lost and were at the same price.
Plus their jewelry is so cute!
Overall great product and FANTASTIC customer service! I highly recommend it!
I ordered 3 bracelets shipping was not as expressed and the bracelet that was a gift was made wrong! It was supposed to say "Jesus" but it said "jusus" now I'm waiting for a reply let's see how long that takes and also have to return so I won't get a replacement fir who knows how long.
I have made three purchases so far and for the most part the items came fast and were as nice are even nicer looking then on the website. The customer service, aka SWAT team is superb an go over the top to help you. I just think maybe some of the policies should be improved. I had bought a piece recently and when i received it, looked differently so i had issues with it. Instead of looking into what the website actually had pictured they told me ways to "fix" the jewelery to get it to work. My main issue is, is once you buy something the company should stand behind the product and quality control should be a priority. What if i was buying the item as a gift, it would have been embarrassing if it wasn't as it was pictured on the site. Although i think they have great and unique jewerly i do think they need to improve their policies.
With the holidays this year I tried several new websites in search of unique gifts and this was one if them. Bauble bar is a jewelry website that offers unique or designer styled costume jewelry. Prices are moderate.
I ordered 2 bracelets for my Mom. The quality was pretty good for costume jewelry. The items were well packaged. The bracelets were unique and that probably made them a good value although I would likely have not purchased these items had it not been a gift. I felt they may have been slightly over priced.
I requested a gift receipt, message and that the items be shipped to my mothers addressed. Uncertain if it was the vendor or user error but the package was delivered to me. I think it was received w/i 14 days which was reasonable considering the winter storms that contributed to delays this year.
You also get points shopping on this site or referring friends which add up and you can use them towards purchasing items.
A return shipping label was included in the order which was nice.
I had problems navigating the website with my ipad so they need to make some updates to accommodate mobile devices.
Overall I was pleased with the purchase and will make this a go to site for unique or special occasion jewelry purchases.
I ordered a customized bracelet intended to be a Christmas gift. I ordered weeks before the their stated date cutoff for Christmas delivery. It took the company weeks to ship the bracelet. By the time it got delivered, it was a week before Christmas and the bracelet customization was wrong. They are going to send a replacement with the correct customization, however, there is zero urgency and it will not be here until AFTER Christmas. I would have expected priority production and priority shipping, given the company's mistake. I will never order a customized item as a gift again.
I recently made a purchase but accidentally shipped to wrong address. The person in customer service corrected it immediately and now the item is on its way to me! Thanks to Malachi in thier customer service dpt. :)
As of now, I've made several purchases with Baublebar and have never been disappointed with the quality of the product. Yes, some items are pretty expensive, but they often have sales/codes for 15% or 20% that make something you've been keeping your eye on more reasonable. Also, twice a week, they mark down an item to either $10 or $20, which can sometimes be a great steal. None of my items have ever broken or shown any sign of wear since purchase.
My first purchase was pretty large and Baublebar actually sent me a free necklace with my order. I thought it would fall apart or be of poorer quality since it was free, but I wear it nearly every day and have been for almost a year without any sign of wear. Otherwise, I've gotten other gifts with purchases from earrings to nailpolish. It makes opening their packages even more fun.
I'm sad to see others having poor experiences, but I can't complain one bit.
I ordered 3 custom "multicolor" Pisa bracelets as Christmas gifts. Two of the 3 are super cute. The one for Lilly has only green and yellow beads--so much for "multi colored". Very disappointed that Bauble Bar will not do anything to rectify this. So sad--who wants a multi colored bracelet with only 2 colors?! Photos include what I received and the example on their website--very different. Probably won't order from them again.
Buyers beware, if your order gets lost in transit, they may not replace it. To quote them "typically their hands are tied once a package ships". If they do be prepared to send them an alternative address & then to passively get blamed for slowing down the process by responding on the same thread! This was my 2nd & last order purely because of their horrible customer service.
Spent over $200 on an order over a month ago, was charged immediately, and haven't heard anything since. No order updates or shipping notifications and multiple attempts to reach their customer service through their website, email and IG page have all gone unanswered. If you read the hundreds of comments on their social posts, you'll see this is happening to all of their customers. No one is receiving their orders and no one can get ahold of an actual person to help resolve the issue. Most likely just going to dispute the charge with my credit card company as fraud as I don't know how else to rectify the issue. It's not looking like I will ever receive my order.
I ordered the Caesar ear crawlers for $32.00 they look beautiful on the website; gold earrings, described as "plated base metal". They arrived after about 3 business days, and I was impressed with the packaging, but when I opened the earrings, they were literally bendable plastic, that looked like they had be spray painted gold. I was furious. I am completely turned off by this site, and I will never order form them again, this site is a sham. If you're comfortable paying for cheap, disposable jewelry go for it! Otherwise, shoppers beware.
I ordered 2 necklaces off of BaubleBar. Wore one once & then it broke, emailed their customer service about it & they refused to replace it or refund me. It was a $38 necklace, so not fine jewelry, but expensive enough it should last many wears! Very disappointing since BB has such cute stuff, but plenty of other retailers offer much better/kinder customer service & provide products that are worth their cost. Will not shop here again or recommend it to anyone.
