This company is probably the worst store online or otherwise that I've purchased from! Ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift, paid extra for guaranteed delivery by the 23rd. Didn't come, no correspondence from them. You can't call them so I emailed and no response, it's been a week. They took their money the day the order was placed, $109! My only option is to dispute the charge with my bank. Do not order anything from them! Absolute scam!

Be warned that this website is a scam. I ordered a necklace in March and still have not received it (over 2 months late). I have reached out multiple times over email and left several voicemails to have them call me back and they are ignoring everything. I cannot emphasize enough to stay away from this company. There customer service is nonexistent and their promises and follow through mean even less. I'm writing this review in hopes of someone from the company actually reaches out.
I purchased $50 earrings in November and they already broke after wearing them 3 times. I contacted customer service and asked if they would either refund me or send me a new pair and instead, they sent me a 15% coupon for my next order. Why would I order from them again? That approach just confirmed my decision that I don't want to buy anything else from them.
I purchased some earrings for my wife for Mother's Day. I requested a note saying wishing her happy Mother's Day. There was no card but it was on the receipt. Thanks for making that present special. Will not order again
I had a concern with a piece of jewelry and sent an email to bauble bars team not expecting a response but within the first 10 minutes Abby from the customer care team responded and was very helpful. I will continue to buy from this company
Terrible customer service! I placed an order and it took three weeks to receive a partial order! Did not receive updates or tracking information! They ended up cancelling a portion of my order only after I asked for a refund! Do NOT listen to online influencers!
Wow all these negative reviews cant be wrong! I ordered a pair from baublebar recently and I was so surprised at how much the quality was so cheap for the amount i paid $35! I was so disappointed it looked like something from Forever 21... if you want to pay $35 and get ripped off go to baublebar. Returns arent free for me as I ordered from Canada so it wasnt worth paying the shipping back when i already paid shipping to Canada as well. I went on glassdoor to check out the reviews on the company after i received my cheap earrings and out of the 77 employee reviews only 5 were positive too! They also talk about the cheap quality and admit the bright pictures and packaging is what makes the sale but not the quality! Save your money and dont buy! This company will be the next nasty gal or gilt...
The jewelry falls apart, and they don't care. A stone fell out of my earrings the first time I wore them, and Staci refused to help, offering to help me select my items for my next purchase... Like I'd ever order from them again. This is why they have such crappy reviews. Zero customer service. Wish I'd read the reviews BEFORE I ordered.
I just placed my first order with BaubleBar, and I couldn't wait to receive my new tassel earrings! My earrings arrived so quickly (they came just a few days later!), and the earrings were perfectly packaged. I've already worn them a couple of times, and I've received so many complements each time. I'll definitely be ordering some more pieces soon!
I just received my order and one bracelet broke within seconds of trying it on. The other two were of horrible quality! I'm so upset because I was so so excited about them! Literally wrapped right back up in the wrapping and sending them back.
I bought 6 different rings, both the round Alice Zirconia ring and the mini Arcadia stacking rings. Every single ring lost the stones within hours of wearing them. Customer service was fantastic and immediately sent out new rings, however this happened even with the replacements. Really pretty, inexpensive rings, however just not worth it.
Adorable jewelry. Ordered a necklace and a pair of earrings. I realized it had not been shipped out a couple days after I ordered so I contacted them and they responded immediately and apologized due to the delay of holidays and shipped it first class so I received it first away. Packaging they send it in is beyond cute and the little details really make a difference. Jewelry was in great quality and as pictured. You get what you pay for and more.
They canceled my order due to their own technical error. I am extremely disappointed they offered me 20% off my next order which is not even close to enough. I'm going to Mickey's Christmas and wouldn't get these in time now. They were rude and did nothing to help me with the cancellation and getting me my order. I will never place an order with them again and reading other reviews really solidifies that.
Ordered a necklace 8 days ago and it hasn't come yet. They say 3-5 business days. The customer service is ridiculous. They call their customer service "the Swat team". When I emailed to inquire about the necklace the "team" replied that it generally takes 3-5 business days, but they are very busy. I bet they won't be for long.
I purchased a ring using a Black Friday 30% off coupon on a sale item that was listed as unreturnable so I knew it was a gamble -- THEN I read all the horrible reviews of the site and was convinced I had made a horrible mistake...!
I was pleasantly surprised though when my order was shipped almost instantly and arrived in TWO days?! [I did not pay for expedited shipping] and the ring fits great and I love it.
Please know that this is a cheaply made item with fake [cubic zirconia] gems and I am not expecting it to last to be handed down as an heirloom to future generations, lol. But it's just the little bit of gaudy bling I was looking for to cheer up the place, and I keep admiring my twinkling finger.
The ring was listed on their site as originally 48 bucks on sale for 18; with the coupon it was 12.60, and my cc had a code for an additional 30% rebate - so in my case it was worth the cost, to me.
The colors and look of my phone case were amazing! But the screen is not even covered by the case. I thought it would be more protective and better quality than this considering how expensive it was. I could have bought a better case elsewhere. The cuteness is not worth risking having to fix my phone.
I ordered a bracelet last year. Took forever but I expected that. I felt something was wrong with the bracelet and emailed. No help. Contacted through Instagram and they said to email. The emails never go through! Here a year later and can't wear the bracelet still. Cute bracelet but flimsy and keeps sliding and falling off. Would nor order from here.
I bought a $37 pair of earrings and wore them about 4 times before they broke. I thought that BaubleBar would either offer to replace or refund me for the earrings that broke, but they said I was "outside the window for returns". But then, they made a special exception and told me I could pay to return the earrings for store credit. Horrible customer service!
I was charged 88.00 on my card before I even submitted my 18.95 order. Of course there is no one to help you on their customer service line. I had to cancel my card and dispute the charge. Thanks for the pain in the $#*! of not having a debit card for a few days!
