BaubleBar has some of the trendiest jewelry. I have such a massive collection, and have always been known for my accessories. I have the most beautiful earrings from them and necklaces. One time, a necklace arrived damaged and I was so bummed as it was for my 30th. They took care of it immediately, and sent me a new necklace. Needless to say, I looked perfectly put together for my 3-0. :) I definitely recommend BaubleBar to all my friends and family.

I recently placed an order for a necklace, and couldn't wait to receive it! When it arrived, there was a very small scratch, so I decided to send an email to see if I could get it replaced. The customer service team was amazing! So quick and so helpful. Now I have a brand new necklace and it's perfect! Thanks Baublebar!

SO SLOWWW

Maybe amazon has all turned us into righteous instant gratification prime "I NEED IT NOW" mentality when it comes to shipping but baublebar seriously has THE slowest logistics process EVER.

It takes more than 24 hours to get a shipping notification, and the worst part is it takes 6-12 days via USPS. Wtf?! Even my first class mail to michigan from california only takes 3 days max. Are our packages from baublebar literally carried by snails across the united states?

Anyways, terrible logicstics process to say the least... for a jewelry business that probably has many "i jewelry for a wedding in 2 days" or "i need jewelry for an event in 4 days" won't fly with baublebar. Good luck planning in advance.

But really, how hard is it to warehouse jewlery in multiple warehouses that would be more feasible for quicker shipping?

It's been 4 days since my order and still no tracking information even though a tracking number has been assigned. Wtf?!

I had a question about a promotion before placing my order and a customer service rep helped me within the hour AND on a Sunday! She even included a handrwitten note once I received the package. A+ customer service right there :)

I purchased some jewelry from this site and was totally disappointed. The bracelets were very small and then I purchased the iced lariat necklace. It was very pretty, but then it fell apart. Don't waste your money on this jewelry, it's made very cheap and won't last.

I was excited when I found a necklace on their site that looked so cute! I received the necklace in a super cute bag, with decorative tissue paper. I was sure the necklace would match the packaging. I couldn't be more disappointed by the quality of the necklace. The metal was the close to the same quality as jewelry purchased for half the price. The necklace easily knots, and looks cheap. I returned it.

I was incredibly disappointed in bauble bar. I ordered a pair of clip on earrings and received them farely soon after, and loved their appearance. However, as soon as I opened the clasp the right one broke off. Amazed at the poor quality of the earring I contacted the company, and they were very accommodating and sent me another pair. I just received that pair tonight and opened them to find the same pair, the packing decorated to the max. Checking the clasps and earrings, the tiny jems began to fall off as if they had been glued on with Elmer's. All in all, bauble bar's jewelry is adorable, and therefore tempting to purchase. To say their prices are outrageous in comparison with the quality would be an understatement. They hold up like a five year old'd costume jewelry and cost you more than cheaper and more durable products. I was extremely disappointed with this company and will not be purchasing or reccomending their products in the future.

I ordered a Christmas gift on November 13th. Still hasn't shipped and their customer service response was like, "hehehe sorry oops. It's soooo busy with the holidays. Should ship soon."

Like. What. The turnaround time for custom orders is 3 weeks which have come and gone.

And it's not like their stuff is cheap! I spent waaaay more on this garbage than I would have liked and I literally still have nothing to show for it.

Avoid at all costs. Such a scam.

At a loss

I ordered my customized bracelet on March 21,2023. It said the expected delivery was April 29th. The shipment tracker says that it in still in transit but in my town. I checked the post office and my mail box throughout the day and nothing. I've reached out over email, on instagram and tiktok. I was hesitant because of the reviews I've seen and now I wish I wouldn't have ordered. It wouldn't be as aggravating if someone from Baublebar customer service would just answer my messages. I paid and did my part- now they need to do theirs.

Be careful when placing orders online, especially with this company. I wanted to love baublebar because their jewelry is so precious, but I shouldn't have to fight as hard to get what I already paid for.

I was so excited to receive my Disney Bag Charm! I received an email from UPS that my item was delivered and never received it, wasn't delivered to any nearby neighbors. After contacting Customer Service I was asked to wait a week to see if it showed up! After waiting the week, still hasn't showed up so I email the rep I was "working" with and no reply, so I send another email to customer service and they said "Oh that item has since sold out" and well give you a refund! I wanted the item not a refund! Will never order from them again EVER!

SCAM

I was completely scammed. I ordered a bracelet and was told there was an 8 week backorder. Bauble refuses to send me any order confirmation of any sort, so I had no proof of purchase. Once my bank statement came and I had proof of purchase, they finally conceded and sent me an order number. 8 weeks came and went and I never received any package or email. 3 weeks after I still have no package and have filed a dispute claim with my bank to get my money back.

Poor quality

I ordered crawler earrings. They were very poorly designed and had to be clamped painfully hard in order to stay on my ear. The clamp broke while adjusting. I will not purchase from there again.

Horrible customer service

I ordered a pair of $70 earrings on December 2.27 days later I have still not received my earrings. Despite the many emails no one has helped me at all. I will never order from here again!

SENT ME AN EMPTY PACKAGE.

I ordered a package from Bauble Bar and it was completely empty! The box had no signs of being tampered with at all. I emailed two times over the span of 4 days and finally received a reply. The lady told me she was sorry and would help ASAP she just needed pictures of the package. I sent her a reply with the pictures immediately and got no response. I waited a few days because I am sure they are busy during the holidays. I emailed again three days later to see if she had received my email and pics, NO RESPONSE. I have since sent 3 more emails trying to get a response, but no help. I have given multiple days between emails to see if they need time to process. I AM OVER IT. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER. For real, this is the worst costumer service I have ever dealed with. Christmas is around the corner and I was planning on giving this bracelet to my sister who asked specifically for this bracelet. Please do not give this "company" busy they suck and are a scam.

Don't buy from them!

Don't order anything from this store. The descriptions don't match the product. They are selling these rings for $44 dollars. I bought them on Black Friday for $12. They are plastic! Total crap.

Overpriced, poor sizing

I was won over by their constant social media ads and placed an order on Black Friday. Every item I ordered was 50% off and final sale. The final sale is there because the quality is just not there. I ordered 2 Kayden bracelets which have the toggle tie closure. When expanded fully they did not fit over my hand. I tried it on multiple people and it fit on only one person- my 9 year old. On top of the improper sizing, it looked cheap. I could find better quality on wish.com. Final sale of course. I emailed them about the bracelets and they said final sale. Buy your bracelets at pura vida - much better quality and the adjustable toggle actually works, what a novel idea! I also ordered an earring set that had the full price of $98 - "18k gold" with coupons I got this "down" to $68 and for 3 pairs of earrings and a cuff, I thought this was ok. Same thing as the bracelets - they look like painted metal but when on they did look nice. The full price is joke for these though. Bottom line a do not purchase online. If you see something in Target then go for it. The final sale is there for a reason- the quality is not there. Gifts for teenagers who are not paying and dont care. Spend your money elsewhere.
