First of all, when you try to send emails requesting information it always says this request cannot be preformed, and second of all the shipping outside of the USA is absolutely ridiculous. I priced it out on a $28.00 dollar item and the shipping alone cost over $17.00. I don't see how this company can get away with this… oh wait yes I do, they just get every Youtube person to hawk their crap. I would stay away from this company with a ten foot pole if I were you.
I placed an order for a Christmas gift in late November but it never arrived. When I first contacted the company they responded quickly and were helpful... I thought. After stating they would reship my order 2 day priority and credit my account for an item that was no longer in stock I never heard from them again. I have not received my order, my online credit or a refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact with no reply. Do not waste your money ordering from this company! Their customer service is a joke.
I've ordered a few items from this website previously and never had a problem. Everything has been really beautiful, and I wear the pieces a lot, receiving compliments on them. I recently placed an order that the USPS did not deliver. They were extremely responsive and helpful, and they offered to send a new one free of charge!
My husband ordered me a bracelet I saw and thought was cute. (I never checked reviews and it looks like we're lucky we even received it!) it was the Kayden bracelet for $58. It's lovely in the picture but teeny tiny (thickness of a toothpick) in person and the texture and weight seem to be painted plastic NOT metal at all. Extremely disappointed but not going to return because reviews indicate problems. I'd steer clear as the images are deceptive and quality extremely cheap!
I have only purchased two items from Bauble Bar that I was truly happy with and that were two "minimalist collars" that didn't have any pieces or clasps that could fall off or malfunction. Many reviewers on this site are right that the quality is the lowest you can go: gems are plastic, metal is frail, don't last longer than a few wears. I ordered a ring and the plastic "pearls" on it came off with just the sheer force of being removed from the bag.
These pieces can cost up to 60 dollars are more and even with specials and coupons these are no worth your time or money as they will not last. Do not waste your time or get sucked in by the cute pieces, price specials, offers or pretty website. Most pieces don't hold up, customer service is slow and loath to replace or refund their poorly made products. You deserve better.
I ordered 2 custom bracelets for my wife for Christmas. I ordered on 11/30/2019. It says to allow 2-3 weeks for custom work. I have yet to even receive an order update, tracking number or anything. Trying to contact this business is next to impossible. The phone number just drops the call. Emails go unanswered. I've tried to contact them through Instagram and Twitter with no response yet. It is now 2 days away from Christmas, and I still don't have anything to show from this "company" I will NEVER order again from them, and from the looks of it, many other customers are having the same exact experience. What a shame.
Absolutely awful. Purchased 5 bracelets for myself and friends only to find they tarnish immediately. I went back and read the description and it basically said that you shouldn't wear it….? Like WHAT? Didn't wear it to shower, work out etc. and it was disgusting in 2 wears.
Wrote to customer service and of course I didn't hear a peep. This was almost 6 months ago and I'm still so angry about it.
This online store I do NOT recommend. Ive been waiting 6 weeks for my case to come in and my mom has emailed them about 5 times with only 1 response to her email. I haven't had this much difficulty with any online store as this one. Don't waste your money buying anything on this website.
Received bracelet today. A miniature of that shown in advertisement. Looks like a trinket bought at dollar store. Would be ashamed to give as a gift. Would never order from site again.

Bought something that said no cancellations but used the wrong credit card and wrong address and they allowed me to cancel it because I got said it right away. Great customer service and such fast support!
I agree with the other reviewer. I order jewelry from Baublebar.com and five days ago and have yet to receive a tracking email from them. They took the money out of my account five days ago. They don't have a phone number so you can't speak to anyone, you can only communicate via email. There website looks very nice and professional, but that's pretty much where the professionalism ends!
I ordered a personalized bracelet for my daughter, who is tiny framed, and the bracelet shows up set for a little girl, not a teenager. I contacted rate turns and they told me because it was a custom bracelet. There's nothing they can do about it. They also mention it's gold however, it looks super cheap, and it's stamped 925 on the clasp.

I reached out to Customer Service and Andie response since it's custom it cannot be returned, regardless of the fraudulent advertising that it's 18 karat gold and its measurements are smaller than their view fit guide if you luck. I have a hard time swallowing the fact that I paid $102.40 for a bracelet that's made for a baby not a teenager and it's not even 18 karat gold. You could find something like this in a flea market.

I have bought several pair of earrings with them. All beautiful and up to now good quality. However, customer service is quite disappointing. Despite attempts at resolution for two of my orders they DO NOT and WILL NOT give you a refund or resolve the issue. I will NOT be ordering from them again, it is not worth the aggravation. They have no desire, as evidenced by their behavior, to solve a customer's issue or complaint or to appear caring in any way.
I was a bit nervous after looking at other reviews, but I'm so glad I took the leap! Bought a few dainty necklaces, and I love them all. They look just like my more expensive pieces, and they've lasted for months now (I wear some of them almost daily). Very impressed so far, and proud to say I've officially graduated from F21 jewelry!
The title says enough. Ordered a custom blanket on 11/24/2022 with expected delivery after 12/23. They weren't kidding. Customer service is nonexistent and after I filed a compliant with the BBB it miraculously shipped with e delivery date of 1/25/2023. That day came and went and tracking shows me it's still in NJ. Will never, ever order from baublebar again. Can't imagine the quality of this blanket will be any good either once I finally receive it but we'll see.

I have emailed back and fourth with the company since ive ordered and they act like they are going to help, and dont. Horrible experience all around. Would never order again.
