Ordered custom hair clips on 11/16/19 - it takes 3 weeks to ship it said. On 12/14 - supposedly shipped a week late - never received until 12/20/19. I contacted customer service 12/9 by the email method - they do not share a phone number - advising I needed it shipped so I would have it in time for my 12/19 Christmas trip to see my family- and got a response 2 days later saying that as I can imagine it is busy this time of year- sorry. No answer to my question given as to when will ship. Contacted them again 12/11 - no response. Contacted them again on 13th asking for manager. No answer until 12/17 in the middle of the night saying it is now shipped via the free method I chose which is regular mail. She added that each time I email them, it puts my first inquiry at the bottom of the list of inquiries for them to respond to. I responded with a suggestion that they fix that issue as most customers who email more than once are frustrated already so it makes it worse when they put them at the bottom of the list again - got no response at all. They don't care about their customers. The products that finally arrived - one is fine and one has a loose spring so hair cannot be clipped. I'm not bothering to contact them. I will NEVER ever order again and spend tons of money Only to be treated like trash and receive crappy products!
Adorable jewelry... not so great on following through with shipping or even staying on top of customer service. I ordered the Thursday (before noon) before a holiday which fell on the followingThursday. I did not hear back from bauble so emailed the morning after the Holiday (Friday). This was a whole week (7 days) no contact.
No response until Monday asking for my email and/or order no. Well... I just emailed from my email... I then typed it out for them and provided my order number. I then received a shipping notification with no response back. Until Tuesday with an email stating "great news, your order has been shipped" at this point I was beyond frustrated. When I Checked the tracking number the package hadn't even departed yet... a label was created (I've worked in a warehouse in my twenties. Package hasn't shipped until label is scanned by carrier) regardless I received my package half a month after I paid for it. The staff there runs on traditional 9-5 hours with weekends/holidays and the day after holidays off (which is terrible for an online business). Products are cute but not worth the bad service.
I bought some Stila makeup at Ulta and received two $10 gift cards to Baublebar.com. I ordered 2 items for my 13 year old daughter. Both of the items were on clearance/sale at around half off the normal price. One was a pair of "ear crawler" earrings and the other a stretch bracelet. After applying my $20 in gift cards and getting free shipping, I paid $4 out of my own pocket.
I'm super glad that I only spent $4 for this garbage. Even my daughter thought the quality was ridiculously bad. The earrings honestly look like something you'd get out of a gumball machine. I'm completely serious about that. They feel like they are made completely of plastic. The website says they are metal, but it's got to be the absolute cheapest metal I've ever seen. The "gems" are definitely plastic, and look exactly like what they are... plastic. Total garbage.
The bracelet is also cheap metal, but seems to be at least "real" metal. The gems are again totally made of plastic. This one is a little higher quality that gumball machine fodder, but not by much. The stretch band holding the piece together is that super cheap stretchy fishing-line looking crap you find on a child's jewelry.
I would have been truly p'd off if I had paid their CLEARANCE price of $12 each. Remember, that's half off the original price! They were selling this garbage *******@24 each!
I went to Kohls and found jewelry for $12 that was 10 times better quality and 100 times better looking.
Do not shop here. Unless you like looking like you bought your jewelry for 50 cents from a gumball machine.
Is Baublebar even a real company?! You wouldn't think it based on how terrible their costumer service is! Zero communication with their customers. No shipping emails, I have called numerous times and no one has ever answered their phones. Ordered a simple bracelet on July 2nd, it is now august 3rd and I have yet to even receive a shipping email, literally haven't received anything after multiple emails and phone calls I have made to them! At this point I'm going to say this company is a scam and I will never shop there again. DON 'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!

What a joke? Even I am not an international order, I'm a US local order and already needed to wait more than 10 business day for them to process the shipment. I am wondering how long will an international order need to wait for receiving their order lol...
Earrings came detached from cardboard backing and floating loose in bubble wrap. Neither will latch closed so they are unwearable. Going back on the immediate.
I ordered custom bracelets on October 20th. After weeks of seeing that my order hadn't shipped, I reached out to the team to see what was going on with my order. I had to follow up several times before finally receiving word that my bracelets would ship on November 28th and that they had issued a partial refund.
November 28th hit and I still had not received a tracking number because guess what, my bracelets still hadn't shipped. I followed up, after a day I still had no answers. The customer service representative issued a full refund (which I demanded and after me having to follow up for nearly a month, it should've been issued without my request). I have consistently followed up to try to figure out if 1. I will still even receive this order (that I was looking forward to, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place) and 2. A legitimate confirmation that they were shipping, as in a date and time to except their arrival, with a tracking number.
This company has thousands of orders a day, I'm confused as to why they can't seem to get 2 custom bracelets to a customer. I would NOT recommend ordering anything from this site and if you do make sure you do NOT order anything custom. There is 0% chance you'll receive it and if you do it will be because you've had to harass customer service for a month via email and then leave a lengthy terrible review. I would stay away from ordering anything! 0 stars!

I received the bubble nameplate what a disappointment so tiny cant even see the name. Dont buy waste not worth the money for a tiny piece of plastic
