I reached out to Baublebar when I realized that my order and shipping confirmation didn't list my address. The customer service rep confirmed that there was no address listed on the order although I had, of course, include one when ordering online. I asked if I could get a replacement since the one shipped out would just get returned to them without a delivery address listed. The rep tried to play me by telling me I should reach out to UPS or purchase a new order. I shared a screenshot from the tracking number that showed there was an error prior to it being shipped out and that falls on the company. With that indisputable proof I was ordered a full refund.

I'm super disappointed that Baublebar would try to play me like that since this wasn't my first online order with them but I've learned my lesson. Avoid this company by all means!

Bar on my initial bracelet became tarnished after less than five wears (didn't wear it because of COVID--wasn't going out). BaubleBar's said it had been over six months since the purchase so their offer to me was 20% off next purchase. How am I supposed to complain about something I haven't worn? Terrible customer service.

11/28 I ordered an item a family member specifically requested for Xmas. 4 e-mails l later and no meaningful response. 11/20 Bauble Bar canceled the order! 5 days before Xmas! Pay Pal notified me of the cancelation. I can hardly walk, so finding a substitute is a hardship.

Finally ordered a few pieces after eyeballing them for a while. Loved the packaging when arrived and was super excited to take on my vacation. How ever after 30 min of wearing one of the new bracelets (only in the airport) it began to turn green. I am truly disappointed with the quality as. Have less expensive pieces from such places as target and tjmaxx that are of better quality. I will not order from them again nor recommend anyone else too.

I have been waiting for my order for over 6 weeks. I have tried to contact customer support on multiple occasions, I have been outright ignored for over 10 days and counting. This was a pricey birthday gift that never made it to the party. I have nothing good to say about their service, absolute scam.

I got a pair of earrings 2-3 uses and the earrings are tarnishing. They were 18k gold paid close to $100. Poor quality.
I received a custom gold bracelet and when I looked at it closely i could see the gold scuffed off. Disappointed.

Had 5 bracelets in my cart on the promise of 20% off with STACK20 promo code offer. However, upon entering the code, they informed me that what I was purchasing wasn't in the promotion…lt clearly stated the items were! Not nice! I also went to the customer help button….it literally went nowhere…lol

No doubt they have some of the cutest hip designs and they are so pleasing to the eye! I came across baublebar on Instagram followed the link saw the items and was sold! I spent $60 on some cute midi single design earrings with the hopes of wearing them in my cartilage. I knew better though and tested them out in my primary piercing hole to see if they would green tarnish or irritate my ears. They did all three. Now I have tons of cute mismatched earrings I can't do anything with. Packaging was also super cute but I'll never buy from them again - especially because I asked if they could be worn in water or if they tarnish and they never got back to me and they do tarnish and can't be worn in water. It's the WetSeal of jewelry. Cute but awful quality. Won't last and should just quit.

Bought the Bauble Bar must have Phlox Earring and Necklace and it looked beautiful in the photos as well as being sold at Bloomingdale's so I was enticed. The packaging is beautiful and handled with care. The problem is the jewelry. The beautiful jewelry in the photos is actually cheap plastic flowers with mismatched glue in the back. It's terrible looking at the end of the day and was never something I would spend that much for. So disappointed.

Wouldn't Purchase Again

Just got mine in the mail and the lines on it are awful. You can see every melt point. So disappointed in the quality. And the packaging was a let down too. No wrapping. Just a plastic bag floating around in the box.

BIGGEST SCAMMERS!

Ordered Bracelets and a necklace. Sent out an email that they shipped my order... waited and never got my purchase. Called the local post office where it was supposed to be shipped, they mailed a shipping label, but then never mailed my package. They are the biggest scammers! This website should be shut down. No one should be able to order from this site if they are going to scam people. I would like to contact the BBB and report them for this activity. This is crazy how they can feel good about themselves after they have scammed so many people. Kristin D.

I ordered a necklace from this site. I never received after e-mailing over and over again because they have no phone, and they take two + days to respond to an e-mail, they sent me a second necklace. The second necklace came with a "stone" missing. I sent it back, payed like $6 to do so with tracking. After they received the item (I had proof they had signed for it) they claimed that they never received the return and refused to issue me a refund. Even after I showed them all my proof, don't order from them, they are the WORSE!

I'm a big Seahawks fan and I really wanted some blingy Seahawk earrings. Hard to find pretty NFL stuff for girls.
Then I found Baublebar and a good selection of NFL jewellery for women.
I placed an order and within a week it arrived. It was the wrong order.
I emailed them with a pic of what I received. It took a couple of days to get a response.
They apologized for the error and told me I could keep the earrings they sent.
They shipped the correct order, it arrived within a week.
The earrings are exactly as pictured.
I love them!
Mistakes happen and Baublebar dealt with it easily. I didn't have to do anything.
I appreciate great customer service.

They admit they are made in China

Know the website in their account says at the bottom:
"Proudly Made in NYC Terms of Use Privacy Policy © 2018 BaubleBar Inc. All Rights Reserved." Straight copy and paste.
They now admit they are designed in NYC but really made in China. This is the reason they can't backlog an order and have pre-orders on some.
Took my order and money then simply canceled the order later on but they did refunded the cost. Problem was the one they canceled was the only one wanted, the other two were impulse buys.
Don't count on getting what you order!

I ordered an item, they processed the order then without notice only shipped part of the order... called and asked about back order, none to be had, refund only. Sounds like made in China to me and not made in NY. I say only because there is no back order ability.
Like I said to them, stop to buy doughnuts and when the retailer says no doughnuts today you don't stop a second time.
Slow to ship, possibly simply taking the money only to cancel the order. Sounds like a PayPal float to me.
Great website but not inventory accurate...
Quick to order slow to ship...
Everyone is so sorry...
Glitz on line is far ahead of the actual ability to process, must be all related...

Huge disappointment
July 17, 2020

Bought a bracelet for my 30 year old daughter. It was so tiny, a child would have a hard time putting it on. The bracelet was beautiful, but since it was personalized with my granddaughters name, it could not be returned.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a child's bracelet for my daughter, so it is too small. My fault. It was personalized. I asked to have the bracelet restrung for a bigger size and I would be willing to pay the difference. They said they normally would do this but they are too busy to accomodate me at this time. Very disappointed, will not be using them again.

Notified customer service that I could no longer track the items I ordered. She verified my address and asked me to wait a few more days.
I waited 3 days and contacted her again. (My order was placed and my bank account was debited on December 2,2022. Today is December 15,2022 and the 9th business day since my order was placed. Shipping was supposed to be 5-8 business days.) Told her the 2 items ordered were a gift, and I've had to go ahead and mail my daughter's Christmas box without them. I requested a refund.
Latakia responded with a "friendly reminder" that the items I ordered couldn't be returned. How the f*** is it a return if the items were never received?
Taking people's money for goods or services and not supply the goods or services is called stealing. Theft is still illegal in the USA.

Ear crawlers in fabfitfun

I was sooo excited for these and so disappointed when they broke on first wear. The post came completely off of the earring itself the very first time I put them on and they are now un-usable. Nice jewelry but unfortunately very poorly made.

Awful customer service

0 stars. Nothing to rate since I haven't gotten the order I was CHARGED for. Placed my order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. They gave me a FAKE tracking number on December 11th. I've asked for order updates multiple times and they are ignoring all of my attempts to resolve the issue.
