They advertise beautiful sweaters with embroidery, gorgeous wool skirts with chiffon underskirts. What you get is felted cotton polyester with the knitted design printed on cheap material. Total crap. They will not refund because they claim the return shipping is too expensive. Look at the pics closely... it's a joke. What I ordered was a knee length wool skirt with beautiful red and green embroidery with a red chiffon underskirt. What I received is an ankle length cotton polyester nightmare.

Rip off- terrible quality even though the photos make their stuff look adorable. Fabric felt like paper. I couldn't get it back in the bag fast enough. Sadly two weeks later and writing them everyday I still can't get a return authorization. No way to call them. And read their privacy policy. No way to opt out. I'm expecting my info to be sold to every two bit company on the planet and god knows about my credit card number. Seriously thinking of cancelling this. This is more than horrible.

This company is a huge scam, you can't cancel your order even within hrs of placing it, and the clothes you receive look nothing like the photos they lifted from other legit companies catalogs. The items I received are made from wierd, slick, thin, fabrics that look so synthetic I would seriously be afraid of standing anywhere near a candle or a fireplace for fear of the fabric going up in flames. And don't expect any embroidery; there won't be any, only an ugly design printed on hideous fabric. I rarely treat my self, but I did this time, and now I'm paying the price for not doing my homework first. This scam artist of a company has no shame, no humanity, and apparently no conscience.

If I had only investigated. Purchased coat; estimated delivery was 7-10 days. What they meant was 20-25 days; the item was supposed to have embroidered designs on it - nope - screened on and done very poorly. Indicated it was shipping from California, but by way of China. Return of $50 item would cost over $75 to ship back. The construction of the item was poorly sewn with two seams already splitting; sizing - a 3x would fit a size 10-12; cheap polyester fabric, not cotton as described... it was so embarrassingly cheap and poorly constructed I would be too embarrassed to donate it.
Eventually returned to address in original package - Kentucky, for $11. Assuming I won't be refunded, but it's a lesson for me and hopefully you too. DONT DO IT!

Saw their Facebook ad which did not reveal that they are in China. 4 orders placed in November. Items came several weeks later (most missed Christmas) in many separate packages and quality is CHEAP/items look Nothing like their online pictures. Still have not received one item - they always reply with "be patient." I would return all of it but shipping to China is outrageous. They offered 15% back to keep the crap. They are also tax evaders as they ship from China to Dubai to USA. Do not make the mistake I did.

Don't do it. It looked cute. So cute, in fact, I paid extra for expedited shipping. Five weeks later, it shows up. I can't even get my arms through the sleeves. And then the option to ship to China, or better yet, they'd send me some fabric so I could make it bigger. For $20! It's supposed to be a coat, but the fabric is more like that of a nightgown. I saw their ad in the Washington Post and have reported them as scam to the Post's customer service. Who knows? Maybe Wotoba will be banned.

Wotoba does have some cool embroidered items, but many are photographed to appear embroidered. Their descriptions are not always accurate. If you should buy the wrong size, you may as well give the item away. You will need to send 3 to 4 emails to get a response, then they will offer 15% to 25% refund instead of sending your item to China, I ordered a belt that was supposed to be 47" long, it was 35". Their mistake. No offer to send the correct size. I will probably never order from this company again. Too many problems. They should just say, no returns because that is about what is the truth.

And it was really painful because I have a TINY income due to disability, and my elderly mother had sent me that sum for my birthday in 2020. I ordered from Wotoba's beautiful looking website photos and received PURE CRAP, just unrecognizable, in the mail... and about 10 weeks later. I literally had to throw it all away; could not even donate it to a thrift shop. I mean, WOW. I contacted Wotoba and they had ZERO help in response, and certainly NOT the return and refund I COMPLETELY DESERVED & NEEDED. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY sad for their workers, too.

If there is a 'Rating' of minus stars, I would definitely go with that.
I placed my order over 6 weeks ago, but Wotoba did not even shipped my product. When I contacted them after 4 weeks, they kept saying, "thank you for being patient, here is a 5% discount". After 4 weeks "being patient", I finally cancelled my order, but now I've been waiting for a refund which is another pain in my $#*!.
Do not order anything from this company. They're nobody but a con artist.

It's true, they send cheap replicas of what they advertise. Delay returns by asking for information that you already gave the, then respond again but still don't give you a return address, and then reduce the time required to make the return. They know that shipping things back to China will cost more than the original item. They offer you a discount to keep the item, but make it impossible to claim it. Not to mention that they take about 8 weeks to do the original delivery. I will ask my credit card company to claw back the charges. They have never failed me.

I buy 5 shirts for $106.2 arrive: 1 is perfect & the other is WAY off in measurement (not as advertised). The other shirts never show up. Paypal wants pics and looking back, i have no idea why. I supplied pics and links. Wotoba wanted me to ship back both shirts which would cost me $180.

Financially, that makes no sense to me but it does to the seller and some Filipino chick from paypal.

They got my $106 and ive got one shirt.

I bought items from this company and they were disgusting and nothing like the pictures. I returned the items as per their request and have been waiting for my refund ever since. This refund process started in September 2019 and is still ongoing. The will not give you your refund back they leave the items sitting in customs and refuse to release them for delivery, I had arranged for signature on delivery so I knew when it was delivered and when I followed up with out postal service they advised me that this company will not release the items from customs to avoid paying the refund. They are thieves and scammers and do not follow through on their refund policy. I will be going to my media outlets with this and also PayPal.
