WOTOBA Will NOT completely FOLLOW-THRU on Order Fulfillment OR REFUND!
Was extremely hesitate to give 1 star, however, reconsidered the RATING for WOTOBA's effort to fulfill at least 3/4 of my order. In late November 2019, carefully curated an outfit meant to be a Christmas Present for a dear friend who LOVES eclectic styling/designs of clothing like WOTOBA's and have YET (as of 10JAN2020) to receive the final two items -- in fact, the MOST IMPORTANT (Jacket and Blouse) pieces of the outfit/order! Have contacted WOTOBA's Customer Care and have NOT received a REPLY! Was willing to overlook their nontraditional sizing, (forced to order a 5X -- based on WOTOBA's Size Chart Measurements -- for an individual that normally wears a USA Women's size 18/1X), and, was appreciative of their vivid colors and ample item descriptions. BUT, bottom line: Don't trust WOTOBA to completely follow-through on their promise to deliver. AND, even MORE IMPORTANT, DO NOT TRUST WOTOBA to issue a REFUND of your money. Will NEVER patronize WOTOBA again and advise ALL to NEVER PATRONIZE WOTOBA in the beginning.
