-Customer service is basically nonexistent
-Distribution center in CHINA= impossible return situation

The clothes are nothing like the pictures. This is a scam. Stay away! And they say you can cancel within 24 hours, but when I tried to cancel, they said the product was already sent. That's just crazy. Well, the product arrived, and instead of being a medium-weight coat, it was a little thin thing with a bit of a fleece lining. Not at all what the picture looked like or the ad copy that described it as a winter coat. It's a light "jacket," if anything. Stay away from this place.

This company advertises in Facebook and uses images stolen from elsewhere online. The items are beautiful and Bohemian style, and in the photos the quality looks great for the price. If you get suckered in to ordering, you will get a cheap screen printed copy on low cost materials. Not worth your time OR money! Beware that they use other company names with the same stolen photos. I've blocked and reported them dozens of times to Facebook to no avail. I'm done ordering anything from a Facebook ad!

This company is an online scam. I never received one item, and every time I wrote to them about it they sent me a stock response saying they "needed more information." The two items I did receive were plus size, which I did not order, and one was a different fabric altogether. Stay away!

Hideous, 2 mo late and then when I had Paypal protest, they sent it, way after Christmas and the BD I got it for. Horrible company, wish I had not trusted a Chinese company. It is different from buying Chinese clothes, etc., which we are forced to do. I will only buy from an American company that may vet the product first. So when the PO said it was delivered, Paypal dropped the dispute and the company got my money! They're a scam. I am afraid to open the package since my relative is sensitive to chemicals and mold.

Will never order from this company again and will tell everyone I know to beware. I ordered a coat on 12-2-19 as a Christmas gift and it was supposed to be 20 days for it to arrive and I still have not gotten it. I've emailed a few times and received an answer that it would be shipped soon. Once I said I no longer wanted the item and would like a refund I've had no response. I order thru PayPal so will also file a complaint with them and see if I can get my money back.

This is a crooked company. Their measurement chart bears no resemblence to what they sent. They sent me a grease-stained shirt (damaged in manufacture). They would not refund my purchase price. They will cheat you any way they can. They did not send one of my ordered items. It took me 2 months I'd hounding them to finally get a refund for that one thin that I never received. They are happy to rob you if you let them. They don't count on individuals pushing them hard and going after them on PayPal

Cheep falling apart printed items not even same cut or design on material like you use for costumes. Not real fabric. The company expects you to pay return shipping. I am a private consumer, not a business. These items are from China and are a printed copy of an original garmet that is designer or art design with leathers and felts. The prices are reflective of a higher priced garmet as shown on their website. A complete rip off.

I ordered 2 scarves and a shirt 27 days ago. Returns are available only under 30 days. The shirt has not arrived, the scarf has not been mailed. I have emailed service and get no response.

The scarf online picture showed a textured, embroidered, 3D look scarf with bright colors. The scarf I received was cheap material, a cheap print, with dull colors.

Better to buy from Chinese companies on Amazon where there is accountability and the sellers will be penalized for false advertising, sleazy ethics, and poor service.

Definitely be wary of this company. Even though their website does not say so, all of the items come from China.The website boasts fast and easy return. It took many weeks and multiple emails to get return label. Then they state all items need to be returned to China.The cost from the post office to return items to China was $60 with no insurance. Bottom line is that if you purchase from them, the sale is final no returns. All items purchased were of poor quality and sizing.

I ordered a sweater and when it arrived, after 5 weeks, it was not what they were showing on their website. They would not pay to ship it back and offered me 15% of my purchase; this was clearly their fault... do NOT order anything from this company... their sizes are really screwed up. If you order a dress that is supposed to be a maxi, I ordered an XL, it was a shirt, not a dress and the lightweight cover up that came with it; was super tight on the arms. Nothing I have ordered here is worth purchasing.
