Do not believe the positive reviews on this website. Unfortunately I did not see the real reveiws before I order from them. To say I was shocked at the junk I received would be an understatement. Not even close to what the pictures look like. Just a super cheap knock off. Read the reviews on Google for a true description of this company. They say you can return an item with no problem, what a joke there is no returning anything to them. Buyer beware!

They charged my account on 1/30/2020, the day that I placed my order - that should have been a tip off as that is NOT a normal business practice. By 3/7/2020 (today) I had not received the order and wrote to demand a full refund since I could not know 1 day after I placed the order that it would take over 5 weeks not to get my shoes so their refund policy could not apply. I have correspondence from them that they send me a tracking email when the order shipped. I never received the email, therefore, the order has not shipped. Since the point of origin is China who knows when it would ship. I'll see how this works out. Wish me luck, please!

I wish I had read the reviews, but I was a sucker for believing the quality of the products. (they look so beautiful). If it is jewelry like bracelets or earrings are ok, cheap but ok. For clothing I agree with the rest of the people, nothing like the pictures and not friendly return policy. On the plus side, this company made me smarter for other line shopping. Too bad they can only get so much when they could have had a lot of business. This company is really the Christmas Grinch.

I am still waiting for an item ordered over a month ago. Each of the 4 items that did ship were shipped individually and the items were not as pictured and the coat was the wrong size. I have requested a full refund on 2 items and the best they would do was a 25% refund and I get to keep the cheap clothes. Normally I buy my clothing in stores but I fell for advertising I saw on Instagram for this company since the clothes looked great and were reasonably priced. Don't be a victim of Wotoba's false advertising like I was.

Most everything in the ads looks really good but WARNING - what you see is NOT what you get! Do not buy from any of these Chinese companies - they all seem to be connected. The fabrics and colors are nowhere near what you would expect - odd and cheap looking. Returns are difficult and the time limit begins from the day the items were shipped to you which is close to the time you are allowed. I could say a lot more but mainly I hope others take these warnings seriously!

Warning! Don't ever buy anything from this web site "Wotoba.com". The quality is horrible and so the styles... nothing look like in the picture or described. I ordered three items, they shipped only two items with poor material, style is not the same, color is definitely nothing like it shows on the website. There is one item left, every time I check the order status, I get the same message "Preparing for shipment" and it has been two months, I still get the same message.
I contacted them and requested the refund for that item, still no respond yet.
Just save your time and money and energy, don't buy anything from them. Very upsetting!

Worst company ever. Their photos of the products are stolen from other legit sites and when the clothes arrive they are nothing like the photo. The quality is terrible. They must be making a lot of money from innocent unsuspecting people. I would never order from them again. Thier customer services insist the product is what you ordered even when you send photos of what you received and what you actually ordered. They say if YOU PAY for the return to China + customs fees they will return your money but their is no guarantee of that and why should you pay when they have defrauded you in the first place. STAY WELL AWAY.

They steal images and try to reproduce the item, this is done without a care in the world. Their legacy Wotoba will be without any honor, morals, pride or dignity at all.

They do not GIVE A CRAP about you or what you think about them. I do not blame this on China, I blame this on Wotoba and who ever owns it, ugly people they know who they are may they never forget what they are doing. There is always time to make a change and do the right thing. Think About IT!

Waited 60 days for my item, never came, guess it was too difficult to reproduce. Had to harass them to get my money back. They do not deserve a 1 rating.

The merchant was very nice in the beginning but... I placed a order for 2 items and one was shipped about over a month and the other which was a Vintage dress, they stopped communicating with me and just totally shut down. I should have known something was when my Credit Union sent me an alert to verify if I authorized a transaction from them. I will never ever shop from Wotoba ever again. They still have not send my dress since September 24th 2019 till now, November 4th 2019. I pray that they lose their rights to sell across the seas to the US for doing others as well as myself like this. Treat others like you would like to be treated, "Wotoba". They should be on the news media so all people everywhere would know how they operate.

Wotoba lacks transparency in that it is based in China and any returns must pay the high postage fee to get a refund on the item... UNLESS you accept the %15 refund on the original cost of the item. On an unwearable, poor quality coat, I received $5 refund. On a sweater that was not in stock {finally found this out when questioned why I had not received it}, I was refunded $4 less than my payment. Inquiries required multiple emails which insisted on repeating information already sent. Orders arrived weeks later and in spurts. Learned my lesson. I cannot wear or gift any item they sent and would not recommend anyone buy from WOTOBA. If the prices seem too good to be true, there's a reason. My $200 paid for a valuable lesson in online buying: read reviews other than those on the company's website.

Wotoba.com dishonestly represented their products! And when I tried to return the items they kept telling me I had contacted the wrong department. Then when I disputed through PayPal, i was told i had to send the item back first and I had to pay the 23.50 to send it back to China! So that's what i did. PayPal then later said my package was stuck at the port in San Francisco and undeliverable for some reason. Therefore since the company did not receive the returned item, I would not get my money back. Thank you Wotoba, and thank you PayPal FOR NOTHING!' So shame on PayPal for supporting these rip-off artists who apparently make it impossible to return items by giving a sham return address! Below are two photos. 1. Never have I seen such a cheaply made article of clothing in my life... and I am 76 yrs old! The $25.00 sweater I had been patiently waiting for, for nearly 6 weeks, arrived an hour ago. The first thing I noticed was that it felt very light in the pkg. When I opened it, I saw a see-thru sweater with a beige spot right in the middle of the white band that goes across the top half of the garment. I tried it on. It is much too tight, even tho I ordered according to their size chart, and I can see my skin thru it! It is a disgusting piece of crap. I will NEVER buy from Wotoba again!
I am going to see if I can get some satisfaction thru PayPal as returning the item is just not worth the trouble or the expense.

If you actually receive anything you order it will be very poor quality, terrible fabric and looks nothing like it looks on the website. I ordered 3 tops 5 months ago. I only received 2 and both are horrible quality. One shirt I ordered is unwearable as the neckline has not been finished off, still has raw edges. I still haven't received the 3rd top and they now will not answer my emails about giving me a refund. Never order from this website.

This is my opinion and my experience. I ordered some silver glitter gym shoes from them, the pictures look great but the shoes look very cheap, they don't bend. The shoes are very cheap looking. I order some boot. They are rain boots. The material on the top is very thin and flimsy. I was also reading other reviews about refunds and they stated that they have not been given a refund. I will not order from them again. I will read the reviews before I order anything from the internet. They will reap what they sow. Maybe not right now but when they least expect it. No more orders from me.
