I would not order from this company ever again. I purchased two pairs of shoes that looked so cute and sparkly. The title on them say they have rhinestones on them. I received them and they don't look like the picture. They don't have rhinestones on them, the toe is pointed instead of rounded, they were two sizes too big. Their site states "Fast Return". I contacted them and told them I wanted to return them and be refunded my money. They told me I had to send them back to China for a refund. They would have cost $17.48 per pair to send back for a $24 pair of shoes. I asked for a US address and they refused to give me one. They offered me 15% back to keep them. Terrible!

I did two orders with this company in November and neither order was fulfilled. A few items were sent after about 4-6 weeks, but the majority never arrived and when I complained they didn't respond. When I disputed on paypal they claimed they were cancelling remaining part of one order and were refunding but I never got a cent back. That was about $150 and now the second order I am tryig to dispute is for about $140 worth of items they didnt send. Items i did receive were terrible quality.

They're HORRIBLE! Product received is NOTHING like what's pictured. You won't be able to return or get your money back. Worst quality product that I have EVER received.

Horrible materials used to make a horrible product and you get ZERO customer service when you want to return an item for a refund. They simply will not respond to you.

I've bought before from sketchy companies before and got less than great service and quality products from them. This though, is THE worst I've ever dealt with. Products received are NOTHING like what's pictured. You won't be able to return or get your money back. Worst quality products and customer experience that I have EVER received.

The merchandise I received were junk knock-offs which do NOT match the photos or the merchandise descriptions. They take weeks to mail out each item out separately. So it takes weeks to identify that you have been RIPPED-OFF. Their posted timeframes for mailing do not match the small print timeframes. In order to cancel, you must cancel within 24 hours of your original order. I am furious at myself for not realizing that a company can use photos from other companies to hook people in. WOTOBA is simply stealing from anyone who thinks the photos will match what they receive.

SCAM ALERT! I would have given this company NO stars if I could! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The clothing looks so nice, but when you receive it, it is the cheapest items that look NOTHING like what you ordered. They REFUSE to answer my emails! Then they finally answer but say, owe, it is over the 7 days you have to notify us of a defect. If they had answered my numerous emails it wouldn't have been! Then the purse I ordered had NO purse handle, they refused to refund me or take the item back. The scarf I ordered had a large tear in it & the didn't consider this a defect! This company is pathetic! I lost over $100. It is a shame! I even refused one of the items so it was returned to them. They still have as of yet refunded me for it! I have never written a review on any company but feel I must with this pathetic SCAM of a so called company!

I had ordered back in the very beginning of Oct. 2019, and still have yet to have my order completed. Also I ordered some boots and the color was NOT at all what was shown. They were supposed to be light blue, but when I got them they were teal! Also their sizing chart is way off! Those boots need to be stretched, and I ordered a size larger to fit thicker socks. Even bare foot I still need to have them stretched. Also I ordered 2 teddy bear hoodies and the pockets were sewn shut! Never order from Wotoba! I'm still awaiting 2 skirts they said would only take a couple more days back on November 28th. They still have not shipped!

... with nice-sounding combinations of words like noracora, berrylook, annie cloth, floryday, airydress, luvyle, letlazy, new chic, chicboho, uoozee, morechoo, petal prim, adoryme, and others. The list keeps growing as I do more research, and as the days pass they just change names. My clothes and shoes went right into the trash they were so ugly and of a quality below inferior. Also sizes were way off; nothing fit, which is moot anyway because I wouldn't be caught dead in anything I bought. 2 month delivery but after the 3rd piece came in I didn't even care if the 4th one did. Returns and refunds difficult or impossible. All pop up on reputable websites (including site jabber!) - all scams. Why are these scams allowed to continue?

Of 5 garments ordered 1 was as advertised. The cotton embroidered tops were neither cotton nor embroidered. They were stamped polyester. The embroidered blanket coat was stamped and nothing like the fabric described. I can't even wear it as a robe as the construction is so shabby.
If you click on the customer service link on the returns section it takes you to another non affiliated site. I finally got to the Wotoba returns section and was told that the return shipping was so exorbitant that it wasn't worth trying to get my money back.
Goodwill can use it all as recycled fabric, because that is where it is all going.
