The quality is not as expected. The embroidered image of the scarf is not what arrived. Disappointed
Nothing is as it looks. Don't waste your time or money. Very cheap and definitely not cotton. They use some weird satin material.
I will Never purchase from your shop again, since I've been waiting since the first day, I researched your WOTOBA, every review I read and I wish I saw BEFORE then. I am so disappointed in myself really that I did order. This is a scam, the items do not match the photos from your shop at all from the real item.
What a scam! And now here you are getting rich on our hard earned money and then will only give us 15% of the full price if we return to CHINA which costs a fortune. The items I purchased, two came from New Jersey, (where I live), and the other two were from New Mexico, and you state if I used those addresses you wouldn't reimburse at all. Talk about SCAMS, WHAT A JOKE!
I am disgusted and our Better Business Bureau will be writing them as well for even more people in the USA who check there before ordering anything from you, you will get your just deserts in the end.
I only need one time to be scammed and will always check stores BEFORE I ever order again... and listen well because you will indeed know that power of the pen (letting people know), will stop ordering from shops such as yours. Read them and weep...

I ordered on the 3rd Dec. And now is 24th February and I still did not get my order. They sell poor quality stuffs. Please do not get from them.
THEY USE PICTURES OF LEGITIMATE GOODS BUT YOU ARE NOT GETTING WHAT IS PICTURED! Do not WASTE your money. Cheap crap.
The items were made with the cheapest fabric in China and they look extremely cheap. I do not want to wear them even once... but it takes much money to send them to China, so I decided to cancel the items which have not been sent yet but they did not reply to me any more and continue to send them!
Due to this disgusting way to compel us receiving all the items, I checked the return policy then found it really strict.(last picture). They tell us to get the authorization but they never reply to us for it, impossible to get it!
Then I contacted another customer center via Paypal, they say "Return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."

They are Chinese who steal other websites' pictures for using them on their Internet site and let us pay American dollars so that we misunderstand that this is an American company. I can say the value of those products is only 3-4 dollars but we pay 10 times more!
For comparing, I put what we see on their site (1st, 4th, 7th pictures) then 2 of what I received. What a difference especially the 2nd product (4th, 5th and 6th pictures) Horrible! The last one, bag might look good on picture but no, it is just printed vinyl bag;(
NOTHING TO SAY OTHER THAN FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!
Do not let then earn more money in this horrible way!

This website hasn't been up for long but advertises beautiful clothing on Google. It actually sells terrible, inferior merchandise that only vaguely resembles the photos on the website. Clothes will be made of thin material, have misaligned seams, and/or unfinished or serged hems like a cheap halloween costume bought at a supermarket.
When you ask to cancel for a refund they make you ship the items to China, which you must pay for, but after weeks the tracking never shows it delivered, because the either address initially provided by the seller for returns is fake or the recipient doesnt pick it up at customs. So you can't prove you returned the items and they refuse to refund.
Most people don't bother even shipping it back and eat the loss, so Wotoba makes money from selling them garbage you wouldn't buy at a garage sale.
If you bought using Paypal, you can go through their resolution center to get your purchase price back, (read the procedure carefully, follow it, and expect to wait 2 months) or you can charge back on your credit card, but either way you will be out the shipping cost to return the goods, and the seller will file a claim with the shipping company to get the goods and possibly the shipping fee returned to them, courtesy of your pocketbook.
They openly state on their website and in the shipping documentation that the sending address is not the return address, and they won't tell you the return address until after offering you 15% or 25% discount to keep goods that aren't worth 5% of the price you paid.
If you try to cancel the order even within a few hours after placing it, they will ship at least some of the items anyway, despite the website saying it has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Just don't click online ads at all! For more info on other websites like this Google "chicv international."
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I ordered gifts for Christmas on 12/4 and nothing arrived in time. Three items arrived 12/28 and are useless. Items were suppose to be plus size clothing but although have label for correct size they are so small that a friend that wears a size 18 could not even get the 3x and 4x on. I contacted the company wanting to return because instructions say you need authorization and I asked for return address and authorization only to get a return email telling me to go to the sight that I already had gone to request authorization. I emailed again and said some instructions said to call if there is a problem but no number is given. The next email I got says you must return item within 15 days which is impossible because they do not send you the authorization or an address to return to. Next I receive info that it goes to China (still no address) and that shipping will take long time and you will have to pay customs charges so "THEY WOULD LIKE TO OFFER YOU A 15% CASH REFUND THAT YOU CAN USE TO HAVE MATERIALS ALTERED". You can NOT make something 5 sizes larger! The order form and invoice have no scu number and now they say items must be returned in all original packing but still no address or authorization is provided. Five Christmas gifts have never even been received and although I received emails saying they are on the way and email included a tracking number if you enter the tracking number you get a message no such number exists. I should have checked reviews before ordering and will never make that mistake again. The majority of reviews are awful and the ones that are not bad seem to be written by foreigners (probably employees) because English is not correct. I have gone online and checked reviews from several sources and almost everyone is bad. Pictures online look great but quality and size issues are constant problem. BE WISE AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Five emails later and still no authorization or return address has been provided.
Answer: In my opinion Wotoba is a SCAM. I am getting the run around because I want to return the 2 items I received out of the 5 I ordered and I want to cancel the order on the 3 I did not receive.
Answer: SCAM ALERT! I would have given this company NO stars if I could! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The clothing looks so nice, but when you receive it, it is the cheapest items that look NOTHING like what you ordered. They REFUSE to answer my emails! Then they finally answer but say, owe, it is over the 7 days you have to notify us of a defect. If they had answered my numerous emails it wouldn't have been! Then the purse I ordered had NO purse handle, they refused to refund me or take the item back. The scarf I ordered had a large tear in it & the didn't consider this a defect! This company is pathetic! I lost over $100. It is a shame! I even refused one of the items so it was returned to them. They still have as of yet refunded me for it! I have never written a review on any company but feel I must with this pathetic SCAM of a so called company!
