Do NOT order from this seller. They are located in China and send you cheap and badly made replicas of the items on the website. They have all counterfeit items that are not wearable. When trying to return items, they give you hard time and want you to pay for return shipping. Cheapest return shipping is $60+ for 2-3 pounds of package (6 top) with tracking. I made the purchase for $99 so how does it make sense to pay for $60 in return shipping. These people are big time cheaters and buying anything from them is as good as throwing away your money and getting yourself a lot of headache.

2/6/2020 - So I am still trying to sort this out with PayPal and my credit card company. But I decided to pay $63 in shipping and ship the items back because these really are not wearable. However, now "Return Goods" Package is stuck with China Customs and USPS does not know the reason. Also, PayPal closes the case telling me that I did not provide tracking. So, I had to call them also and ask them to reopen since I provided what they asked.

I ordered from this company, the product was fine but to large. I contacted them to initiate an exchange. The item was shipped from San Francisco but must be returned to China with buyer responsible for shipping and handling as well as custom fees. The process was a complete run around.

This company will refuse to send you a return label after sending you the clothes that resemble the catalog only in color. They are made from very cheap, materials, super thin fabrics (can see right through them) and yarns. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! These guys are 100 frauds and will not reply to calls or emails that request return labels so you can send their garbage back to them for a refund. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM
Customer service is nonexistent. Clothes look like they were sewn together by children.

Do NOT order from Wotoba. They are very cheap and not even close to what is pictured. I only received 2 of 5 items ordered weeks ago and am getting the run around via email because I want to return the 2 items I received and have cancelled the order on the three I have not received. The tracking info on the package I received shows the 2 items were sent from DUBAI CITY AE, I am told via email that the return center is located in Guangzhou, China and that there are substantial return costs. Not feeling good about getting my money refunded and will take necessary action now.

First my bag arrived late July after ordering May 5th. The bag had a rip in it. My necklace was broke and I went ahead and fixed it myself. The silver hoops need ear rings backs because they kept falling out of my ears. The gold ear rings I got, the clasp was so tight I couldn't get them in the back hoop to wear them. The fabrics are cheap and sizing is all over the board. Two of the dresses are tight in the chest an one is way too long and drags the ground. The other dress actually fits. I'm a medium in most everything and am 5'7. So I love long. I'm tripping on this dress. One pair of pants was huge and the other was cut horrible and so tight in the waist I couldn't breath. Then they were huge in the hips! Those I'm giving away. The two t-shirts shrunk down to nothing and they were perfect when I put them on. STAY AWAY from this company. They're the classic example of too good to be true! I'm with the person that said she will never buy from companies on Facebook again. I would love to add photos of all the garbage I paid for. My photo is the dress with 3" of additional fabric And is cut tight at the top and so odd that there isn't a bra out there you could wear this with. Walking up and down stairs is scary. Lastly ladies, do not be fooled by the photos on the website. The clothes do not look anything like them. I could send this stuff back but I probably will never see my money or it will take 6 months to get that. My advise, make sure your orders are coming directly from China, research every company you purchase from that is not a known company and RUN if they are coming from China! IF THERE WAS A LOWER SCORE I'D GIVE THAT. LIKE ALL THE OTHERS. SENT FAKE ITEM (ITEM NOT AS PICTURED) THIS SITE IS A MAJOR SCAM. YOU CAN DO A RETURN (TO CHINA) AT YOUR COST. THEY USE STOLEN PHOTOS (LIKE FROM MACY'S) OF A QUALITY ITEM THEN SEND A VERY CHEAP COPY YOU'D SEE AT K-MART. THEY WILL OFFER A 15% REFUND AT FIRST THEN UP IT TO 25% OR YOU CAN SEND IT BACK TO CHINA AT YOUR COST. GOOGLE NEEDS TO BAN THIS SITE FROM ADVERTISING ON THEIR PLATFORM. COMPLETELY SCAMMING CUSTOMERS.

I ordered 1 pair of shoes and 5 tops. I was charged for all, but one of the items was never sent and I had to fight for over a month to get a refund for that, and the original price was deducted for a restocking fee. Even though they never sent it... The items were all poor quality, with the cut and color not at all as it appeared on the website. I wanted to return everything because the fit was nothing close to what is specified on their sizing chart, but was only offered a partial refund as the return address is in China - it is very expensive - and TIME-CONSUMING - to send items there. If I had known this was a Chinese company, I would never have ordered from them as it is just too much of a hassle to deal with returns when things don't fit right or are not as described. Please - don't be tempted by the low prices - trust me, there is a reason for this. In addition, all of the items came at different times. It appears that they place orders based on what they get online and then some sweat-shop sews it together. PLEASE - be forewarned, buyer beware. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY-YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. I placed my order in early December and 45 days later later I have only received one item. The item I received does not look like the item I viewed online - it is of a much cheaper quality without the adornments. It is proving difficult to return this item. I have never emailed a company so many times. Their response is always some generic answer saying the order is delayed or it will ship in x' amount of days. The tracking number they send are either from the order I already received or written in German.
