I called customer service and told the person whom I spoke with that the Hydrangea that they sent had many diseased leaves and dead branches. He processed a full refund immediately.

The 3 evergreen "Green Mound" are needed in a new bed to start a ground cover. The Hydrangea was also just what I wanted.

We ate at this restaurant b/c my husband had eaten at other locations in the chain and said that they were good. Well, this one was terrible. Waited 20 minutes for our table even though we had a reservation and there was nowhere to sit. Our order took forever to come and when I tasted my clam chowder it was terrible and had NO clams in it, I sent it back. In the meantime, we ate the calamari we order but just as we started on that our main courses were brought to the table. I told the server that we were still eating our appetizer and he asked, "What should I do with these?" I simply said that we couldn't take them now b/c they would be cold by the time we got to them. He took them back to the kitchen.
We had also ordered wine, which didn't come until we were on to our main course. Service was terrible and the food was worse.

They charged my account on 1/30/2020, the day that I placed my order - that should have been a tip off as that is NOT a normal business practice. By 3/7/2020 (today) I had not received the order and wrote to demand a full refund since I could not know 1 day after I placed the order that it would take over 5 weeks not to get my shoes so their refund policy could not apply. I have correspondence from them that they send me a tracking email when the order shipped. I never received the email, therefore, the order has not shipped. Since the point of origin is China who knows when it would ship. I'll see how this works out. Wish me luck, please!
