I purchased a coffee tent that after taxes and delivery was nearly $100.
I made the mistake of waiting over 30 days to install it and when I did the product was one complete piece of junk. (Imagine the seconds department from a Chinese vendor who has been smoking too much opium) They have failed to refund my money or exchange the item because it is outside their 30 day window.
The product lasted exactly two days after installation before it destroyed itself with water that would not drain off. No wind, properly installed/tied down. The cheap bolts flew apart under the stress of 1/4" of rain.

While they sell mostly knockoffs and cheap products, it's the luring lies they advertise, for example the BaoFeng UV-9S is not capable of 25W never has been and never will be, its sad mainley because they prey upon individuals that have little to no knowledge of certain products, the age of ham radios is on the rise again and scams are about, if you want a BaoFeng and a good buying experience DO NOT PURCHASE from Wish you will only come out with a headache!

I ordered 3 items. One package arrived with two items and waited patiently for the last item to arrive. After a week I realised that the item I was waiting for had been regrouped with the other two and actually wasn't in the package. Support played an empathic game with me that was devoid of simple customer service: I paid for an item plus delivery, didn't receive the sent item and policy will not allow for a refund. They insist on a photo of the package I received which I cannot provide. Goodbye wish.com. I will never deal with you again!

Since it takes over 30 days to receive items ordered because they are shipped from China, having a 30-day limit on receiving a refund is completely unacceptable! I will never, never order from them again. They take your money and after you wait and wait for an item to come from China which takes over 30 days and you never receive it, they refuse to refund your purchase. Terrible business! Buyer beware! If there was a zero star review, they would have received it!

Wish.Com practices deceptive advertising by showing a picture of an item which leads a customer to believe that's what they are ordering but in turn delivers a product associated with that picture not the item shown in the picture. For Example: I ordered what appeared to be an Adjustable Roman Chair Workout Bench but received in the mail a set of Resistance Bands. I contacted them and they said that's what I ordered. They charged an $8 delivery charge and I had to pay for return shipping. To confuse things even more the tracking number shown by Wish.Com was recreated in Jamaica, NY to an new tracking #. Wish.com NEVER AGAIN!

I have not bought from Wish for a long time & won't, however I want to warn ANYONE not to waste your money on them. It took months to receive about half I ordered and it got tossed in the garbage. The site is a bait and switch saying something is $3.00 but shows as $35.00 on the cart. Not only that they charge exorbitant rates for shipping. Good luck returning or getting refunds. Stay away, far far away from this cheap even for China, very cheap products, if you even get anything delivered. Save your time & money.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
