Great site been using it a lot they got many sellers to buy from just watch out on the seller rating and shipping cost there is some bad reviews but if you buy from a seller with a 41% rating you are probably are going to have your order miss up or missing
You know that old adage, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I've only received 2 of the 7 or do items I ordered and these items are complete crap. One clothing item I ordered looks like my 8 year old granddaughter made it. Probably made by someone's 8 year old granddaughter. Lesson learned. Please take my advice and don't be fooled that this is a "app" you can download from iTunes. ITunes, you should be ashamed.
I was having a browse at some watches. I seen a watch for sale that was price at over $2000 but was on special for $58. I thought this can't be right, so I went to the brands website and clicked buy on that exact same watch to see what price would come up. They are ripping people off with these so called lowest prices because that watch you can buy from the business directly for $19.95
Most items can be found at a decent price, but you need to be willing to take your chances. Items come in much smaller than listed, much later than promised, or, sometimes, not at all. Shipping of multiple items is never combined or discounted, and it can get pretty pricey, if you dont watch carefully. While Wish Customer service is very good, the individual stores are not always so scrupulous. Take your chances, and sometimes, you get a bargain.
I ordered. Dog shirts when I first got my puppies, now 2 months later haven't received them by the time. They come, if they ever do they will not fit tried to notify them and they keep giving me different dates when they will come... b. s. Don't buy it's a ripe off!
I ordered a pair of boots for $31 and I got 3 bags of decorator rocks! Have been back and forth with them to either send the boots or a refund. It is now November and dont have anything! They are the worst! Dont spend your money!

Some of my order does not come on the delivery day, meanwhile most end up not coming at all but i was refunded though. I suggest wish to try their best to see if they deliver peoples items because people has a purpose of ordering what they ordered. I hate to be refunded because i love the things i ordered and i have plans/occasions for them.
I bought loads of items the 1st week of November 2018. Some were Christmas gifts. It is February 2019. I 'm still waiting for my items to arrive. Trying to contact customer service is an absolute joke. When i e-mail them i get asked to go to my account and speak to customer service. I have followed all their links but no luck.

Some items seem to get lost in the mail and wish doesn't have any humans responsible for customer service. One thing I ordered was $22 after shipping. The item never came after almost 2 months and wish customer service is automated and doesn't do anything to help customers get to the bottom of items that have been lost. Still trying to get my $22 back but I'm losing hope. I will not risk another dollar with this poorly run company.
I have recently started using Wish. Of the things I have purchased I had trouble with at least 10 items. Seven of those items were the same different color.
I understand that because these items are coming from over seas very inexpensively but if I am buy multiple items from the same seller why cant there be a bundle shipping rate along with being shipped together.
After placing my first and only order at Wish.com, I want to caution others! I placed my order 7 weeks ago; they charged my credit card, and still no package. I logged on today to see where it is, and the delivery date has now been changed to September 15--almost 8 weeks away! Who knows if it will ever get here! NEVER, ever order from Wish.com!

I placed 2 orders for 2 umbrellas back on 08/18/18. Never received a confirmation email, tracking number or the product but the money was taken out of my account ($27.40 & 21.70). Her it is 2 months later and several emails back and forth with customer service (& an attachment of the debits from my account) and no refund. I will never deal with WISH.com again!
Ive ordered quite a few things from wish. They never show up as they are described and often different from the photos. Its disappointing to find something you think you would like, wait so long for it to arrive, and then have it end up being a really cheap crappy version of what you thought you were going to get based on the photos and description.
I ordered a watch back in April and still haven't received it an it's almost the middle of June and the tracking never updates u can't talk to anyone other than a generated robot they are just pitiful and not right. I will not be ordering from them again. If they keep it up they will be shutdown if enough people keep complaining with the reviews.

Ordered around 20 small items and a few not so small, like a mini drone ($80) Most are from China and you get what you pay for, mostly RUBBISH. I had items missing and some items being sent to me that had not been ordered by me, Wish said it had to do with the association of my 'delivery address' from a previous purchase, which was expensive and was OK. If its cheap you will get cheap items, simple. Don't bother asking for refunds, they wont do it! There are lots of disclaimers on the site that you don't see until you need them... Too Late!

I have looked on site several times and the prices advertised are for the smallest size or smallest set, and end up being much more. Add shipping and on most items, I can get in Canada delivered in a couple of days and not have to wait 3-4 weeks for around the same price or a couple of dollars more. For example... 3 way cat tunnel, actually found the exact same one on Amazon.ca for a few cents less, but delivery in 3 days! Not worth it.

Everybody who will read this, do not continue placing your order. Believe me this is totally fraud. They offer you a lot of discount to buy more and will let you wait for nothing! I have waited for almost 3 months now and still not received my orders even my refund now almost 1 month! This is completely insane! You don't deserve even a single star!

I'm starting to feel like wish.com is a shipping scam. When you request an order and it doesn't arrive, they are very quick to refund you the cost of the item but they don't refund shipping costs. Essentially, they can "ship an item", it never arrives, and they only refund a portion--keeping the shipping costs. Makes me wonder if it was ever shipped. I know shipping from China takes longer but when it's consistently over 3-4 months, I start to get suspect.
What are others thoughts on this?
One reason you shop online is for convenience. Not with Wish.com. You have to keep tracking each purchase for WEEKS. I made the mistake of trusting them and about half my orders did not reach. When I asked for refunds, they said I was late since I had not written within the month. Now, they are not replying to refund requests.
I bought a few items from Wish and all OK. But then I bought an item that really was not what I expected so I decided to return it. I had collected the item from one of their official drop off points. The drop off points also deals with returns so I took it to them. They scanned the item and said that was it - the scanned code would be communicated to Wish's system and I should receive my refund in a week or so. It has been weeks now and still no refund. I have contacted Wish's customer service repeatedly and explained the situation. They just send a standard message asking for tracking number - even though when your return using their official drop off points there is no tracking number. They then close the case and I start the whole process over again. They simply will not address the actual issue and so refuse to give the refund. I will never use Wish again.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
