This site is not bad, but do not expect high-end items. We ordered a few necklaces and such and the quality is about the same as a store such as hot topic (jewelry). Shipping does take a long time, almost 2 months for one item, but we have received everything we have bought. Before getting upset about items not coming fast enough, realize most of these are coming from another country!
It's a company based on the idea that people generally don't research purchases. So far I have found every item available from wish on other services that are China based at half the price if not lower. That's the reason shipping takes so long. You order from wish, they order from China companies for way less than you paid them and they just have the item shipped to you.
Basically they are charging you 100 percent or more markup just to transfer your order to a third party.
I ordered several things and thought I got a few good deals but when I checked my credit card I found that I was overcharged. Then all the items that were a good deal suddenly became unavailable. This is very close to bait and switch sales techniques and I find them very dishonest! Check carefully what they are charging you if you choose to go ahead and deal with this company
Product of the website are just absolutely trash and won't last more than few weeks. Look at the true stickers I ordered, it took them only few weeks to get like this.
Doesn't worth the wait and postage fee.
The product might sound cheap but they charge you the real price by adding up the postage fee.
And even if you order few items together they charge you seperate fee for each item.

I did an order in June 2020 supposed to get it 15 days after, I never got it til now, they just adjust the date of delivery each time. When I try to reach customer service, the call fall no way, noone response, the call is cut. I tried to send email and no response, they are just thieves. Don, t drop your money.

I ordered two identical items end of November to have by Christmas. Once I got the confirmation email telling me it would be, at least four weeks, I attempted to cancel the order via email. The response I got was that I could not cancel as the items were with the courier! Well, it's been over 4 weeks and I cannot track this order. My credit card company refunded my money, thank goodness.
I ordered about 5 different items and none of the item nor works nor, is delivered correctly. I am highly depressed with the service. I am looking to post reviews/ ratings as Zero for WISH. I got my packages after recently after about 2 months. Now that i am trying to return or refund, it says, cant return as its been more than 30 days.

I blame myself mostly, because I didn't look at their reviews ahead of time so that's on me. However, it doesn't give these rotten crooks at WISH.COM the right to steal, scam, trick and deceive everyone who wants to seek out a good deal on the web. I have attempted to purchase several items from them. First item I received was broken so I tried to return it but never succeeded mostly because you can't get a human on the phone, another item I received was received in working order but was very different from the picture by trick photography, third item never showed up and after playing the waiting game for 3 months, I chocked up my losses to never again give them my business.
My order was never processed. I have contacted customer support several times to no avail. I sent them proof of order and payment but all I get is an automated answer saying not enough info. I am fed up with WISH and will NEVER do business with them again.

I have been waiting more than 2 months for my order. I checked my account today and there is a further delay by another few days. No option to cancel the order. I think I just lost money as there is no hope for that this product will ever arrive. The site should be shot down!

You can buy dollar store items for dollar store prices on wish, without having to go to the store. Most of the time I am happy with my purchases as they are as realistically expected, but occasionally I am disappointed. Thankfully, wish has a good refund policy, so I still think it is worth checking out.
I ordered 10 items September 24,2016 and as of right now (October 30,2016) I have only received 5 of them. The quality is good on some items and really bad on others. Order at your own risk, it's hit or miss as to whether you will get what you ordered.
You get what you pay for. I have been refunded immediately for shipments that don't come or faulty electronics. Overall 75 % of what I ordered has been to my expectations, a lot arriving a week or two earlier. At the beginning I didn't pay attention to sizing and got clothes that were too small to fit but I later paid attention to both sizes and other customer reviews and this has immensely changed the quality of my orders for the better. I am totally happy with Wish.
I ordered an item from wish on 6/5/20 the item still hasn't arrived and when you go on the tracker the expected delivery time has been extended without any communication

While the contact center is great at refunding actually getting the products is impossible.
I ordered 12 items been refunded for 8 so far I am very heart sore because I really wanted the stuff too. Anyway unless I actually receive something for now it's a load of B. S.

I have noticed a few name brands, although their label is not shown, but at $1?! WOW! Or Free?! Double WOW!
I understand that items coming from over seas it will take a littler longer, however 3 months. This sucks! Plus, there is no mention that the warehouse is in CHINA.
BTW No customer service is available. This website is truly a waste of time!

I've been a shopper on various Chinese websites and apps such as Wish and Aliexpress and I've never had any problems. Also, when I make an order, I keep the following saying in mind: "You get what you pay for." There's a reason these things are cheap. They're poor quality and that needs to be the expectation when you order from these places. Also, I only have a debit card, so when I make a purchase from these websites, I first go buy a pre paid card from Target or CVS and then make my order. You have to be a smart shopper to avoid any chance of extra charges or even hackers. Hope this helps
The worst customer service ever! I sent at least 6-7 unanswered emails to Wish.com asking what battery the watch they sent me requires since it did not come w/one & no reply from anyone, then I tried to place a second order with Wish.com and my account was blocked but they charged my credit card anyway so I sent them a few emails requesting an explanation as to why my account was blocked and I still haven't heard anything from anyone at Wish.com.
I have been tried to get my money back for 3 items i ordered... in March. They sent to wrong place. I also paid postage... its July now... still no money no refund... I keep telling you can't refund prepaid visa card...
I have deleted the app... after 5 months emails back and forth.
Items inferior they don't fully refund your money... 5 months now... very poor service think twice before you use this company

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
