In the beginning Wish seemed to have good products I thought. Now the photos they show for products aren't of the real item you receive. If you want more than 1 of the same item they will charge you postage for each item even if it is a plastic pot and come in the same bag. I've noticed too that when they the parcels leave China they are combining different items in one bag. It's difficult to get a refund as they send you a generic " we feel the store has lived up to expectations however you can rate your experience blah blah blah... I think it's better to pay a little more from a reputable company, get a quality product and pay one shipping charge and actually receive the item you wanted. In the photo I've submitted the shirt they said they were selling was 100 per cotton, the photo had a denim slightly faded look and the material looked tough like denim, they described it as a viking fashion shirt.
I ordered several items through the app and only received a few of them. The rest never arrived. They asked me at some point if I wanted to keep waiting. Since they weren't time-sensitive, I said I would wait. Five months later they are still not here. The tracking number shows that the are still in China! I asked for my money back but they said that they are sorry, since I am beyond the 30 days of shipment that they can't refund my money. I checked their refund policy and it says that the refund request must be made within 30 days of delivery. This is a very unscrupulous business, ripping people off. I disputed it with PayPal. Waiting for a resolution. I will NEVER use this app again! And the items that I did receive were such poor quality that they literally broke the first day my daughter used them.
My item was what I expected. I ordered 3 kitchen tools that I bet they sell at Bed Bath & Beyond and paid 10 dollars for all of them. The packaging was just OK, but I got my items in under 3 weeks and I was informed by Wish along the way.
I find myself having a ton of fun shopping on Wish and have gotten at least 6 friends addicted.
I strongly recommend this app.
This site is so cheap, however the products usually reflect the cost. I have received a few goods that are awesome, so to say it is hit or miss is more than fair. The shipping normally takes over a month because everything comes from China. I LOVE to online shop, so this site is kind of fun for me to find stupid things without blowing a ton of money.
I waited for over 2.5 mos. For several items! Wish used my $$ free of charge! Its obvious Wish is taking consumers $$ claiming to sell products but instead using our money then allegedly give the consumer a refund once they realize they can no longer keep using our funds while we wait for products that were never sent! The deadline dates expire and they just tell you to wait longer. Its not until you complain that they decide to give you a refund. This is fraudulent and will be reported to the Department of Consumer Affairs! Simply outrageous!

I am waiting for my order almost 2 months. Every 2 weeks they change date of arriving. One of item is in UK from 9 of June but still they didn't send it to me! Waste of time. I am really regret that I didn't buy items on eBay. I tried to save a few pounds and now I even don't know if I ever get my order :(

I have been back and forth withthis company for over 2 weeks. They take 2 to 3 business to reply to each question. They refuse to send me a return label unless I provide them with various support materials not clearly explained right at the onset. So I am 2 weeks in, approaching a no return deadline, and they still have not provided me with a return label. Beyond frustrating. The item is new, unused, still in its wrapper. There is no one on the phone. It is all virtual. Never ever again, and I buy a ton of stuff online.

They take your money and then they do not update the status of your orders. I have been waiting 6 weeks for one item and over a month for 6 others that I ordered. All they can say via an automated bot is they're sorry. But no refund has been forthcoming and I doubt I will ever see my purchases and if I do they will be sorely out of date because it is most likely that it will be Fall or Winter before I see my summer items.

I have bought about 20 items basically being tricked out into buying spree (discounts, timing pressure etc). Some items are of acceptable quality but many of them are just useless gadgets with basically not acceptable quality of performance. The worst product I received was "robotic" vacuum cleaner Zhenbao. I have paid for that 60$ but the real value is just ZERO $! Many other items with low price tag (advertised as 90% plus discount) are also of similar value. For example the watch I bought, was just a disaster.

They hardly ever send things when there supposed to. They can take ur money but not return it. And I love how it says have you received an item u put no and it says sorry pasted the 30 days so no refund when the tracking clearly says it's still in China. Might as well just burn ur money
I bought items at a size larger than i needed in case they were too small on arrival. Turns out they were still too small despite having the larger size tag. They made me take photos of the clothes and the tags then closed the case saying they had fulfilled my order correctly. Never ever ever use this company

Wish.com is nothing but a scam. Prices look great, but when you go to order, they increase, then they will charge you delivery fee as much as the product itself. When the delivery date comes they will just change the delivery date without any notice and cherry on the top there is no way of contacting them. No live support whatsoever, their chat bot sucks. When you finally get a refund 6 months later, if you still care, it is... you guessed it a store credit, not a refund at all. They are just a scam. Not ordering anything from now on and i suggest please don't waste your money.

Beware of wish. I ordered on two separate occasions and have not received anything. When it's supposed to arrive on the expected date, it's pushes it back a week sometime two. I'd rather pay a crazy shipping fee from amazon then get ripped off and partly refunded from WISH. When you call no one answers. When you email they always email you back the same thing repeatedly... as if they just copied and pasted it. Scam scam scam please beware and don't shop here. I live in Canada for those reviewing this. Don't waste your hard earned money on some overseas scam. They take your money and you don't get $#*!. I've read reviews on this place and people say if you get the item it's not what you ordered.

Cheap and arrives on time and if something is wrong they take action right away. Unlike some other sites. I do quite a bit of shopping online I tried few websites but i still have refunds that i am waiting for but here they do it fast.
I received notification my item was delivered, when in truth it was never delivered. I was told to give couple more days by wish customers service. Second item same situation. Now I am asking to cancelling all my orders and give me my money back, as I did not receive anything ( I suspect I will not receive anything at all from my orders). So they are just dragging time, saying check your local post offices, give couple of days more. This site is not to be trusted. Do not shop with Wish - ever!

I love shopping in the wish app. Wide variety cheap prices and good quality. Only down fall is you don't always get exactly what you order and sometimes you don't get the item at all.it takes about a moth to get here because it comes from china.
Cheap Chinese crap that took 2.5 months to arrive. Customer service is run by computer-generated responses that provide no useful information and you very quickly exhaust their inventory of canned responses. They pushed back the estimated delivery date for one month in order to avoid cancellation of my order that was "in transit". Customer service representative will ask you to wait until 30 days after the estimated delivery date to request a refund when the website states that refund requests must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. I suppose this is one method to avoid processing refunds. I can't decide if it's fraud or complete ignorance. I would try to return this crap product, but I'm sick of these people and it would probably be faster to bury it in the backyard and wait for it to decompose.

I ordered on line from wish and for 4.95 it cost 5.00 postage.on my small order they took 107.00 out of my bank. I asked to give me a refund and no answer. I guess I will have to talk to the bank.It is one Big Scam.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
