I bought a few items from Wish and all OK. But then I bought an item that really was not what I expected so I decided to return it. I had collected the item from one of their official drop off points. The drop off points also deals with returns so I took it to them. They scanned the item and said that was it - the scanned code would be communicated to Wish's system and I should receive my refund in a week or so. It has been weeks now and still no refund. I have contacted Wish's customer service repeatedly and explained the situation. They just send a standard message asking for tracking number - even though when your return using their official drop off points there is no tracking number. They then close the case and I start the whole process over again. They simply will not address the actual issue and so refuse to give the refund. I will never use Wish again.
