If you are looking for an RV there is no doubt DeMartini RV sales has a great selection. Unfortunately it ends there. I forked over almost $190,000 to these yahoos in January 2021 and that was pretty much the last help I got. I bought the bumper to bumper $6,000 warrantee and the whole nine yards, and yet despite going into the office and talking with the owner, service manager and salesperson together with numerous phone calls, I have yet to be able to even get on their service schedule for deficiencies noted within 3 days of the delivery date. I was told by the Service Manager he is booked out two months in advance and in order to get on his schedule I would have to take pictures of each deficiency, explain what the problem was and only then would they entertain putting me on the schedule? Why is this all incumbent upon me; what happened to service writers? Heck, I even want to buy a $5,000 towing package but they don't care. Their only interest seems to be selling vehicles and there is nothing they are willing to do after that. I have now heard this same story by numerous other dissatisfied customers in RV parks. Word of mouth travels fast!

I was told by the owner that he is too busy obtaining and selling vehicles to service them. Even their "safety inspection" which is supposed to cover all systems was a complete joke. After taking deliver I discovered that three out of four pop outs were improperly aligned blowing out the wood frames surrounding them, the sink and shower leaked, the Chassis (start) batteries were failing, and one headlamp was burned out. I am slowly fixing these items myself out of my own pocket but have to hire a professional to realign the pop-outs at God knows how much expense. I had planned to be on the road by now but that is now pushed back by several months.

I am writing this review because of the arrogance of the dealer who thinks there are no ramifications to his broken promises. He is a big name in town but will soon learn people care and reputation precedes their inexcusable actions (or inactions as the case may be). I hope others read this if they are contemplating the purchase of an RV and run fast and far away From DeMartini RV sales. Sorry Mr. DeMartini, I like you personally, but your customer service sucks!

Buyer beware of lousy after sales service.

I purchased a coffee tent that after taxes and delivery was nearly $100.
I made the mistake of waiting over 30 days to install it and when I did the product was one complete piece of junk. (Imagine the seconds department from a Chinese vendor who has been smoking too much opium) They have failed to refund my money or exchange the item because it is outside their 30 day window.

The product lasted exactly two days after installation before it destroyed itself with water that would not drain off. No wind, properly installed/tied down. The cheap bolts flew apart under the stress of 1/4" of rain.

Tip for consumers:
Wish is not interested in building your customer loyalty. Customer service is zero. The only good thing about Wish is their price, but the stuff they sell is such poor quality that you might as well use your money to light fires in your fireplace.

RUN fast and far from this company as the saying goes, you get what you pay for and in this case two days uf use was an expensive reminder not to base purchases on price but quality.

It fell apart before I could even use it for two days.

I have been a loyal customer of VRBO/HomeAway since 2009. I have been extremely successful booking my property through their site. I treat this as a business not a hobby and have always done the things necessary to keep my listing at number 2-3 in rank (Calendar up to date, quick responses to inquiries, take credit cards, buy the rental insurance, max pictures, etc.)

Now some computer genius is using algorithms to rank properties and I have fallen to number 14 in rank. No big surprise I have not received one single booking after the day they unveiled this great new idea. Not one! Last year I was booked for April - August every single day back to back for five months and now I have not one single booking. They insist that it is nothing to do with their new "Best Match" program. Here is what their web site says, "We are moving away from the current listing quality score and gradually replacing it with best match".

I wrote to their President and reminded him I am actually his customer who pays for his service every year and it is unfathomable to me that he takes control over my ability to keep my property ranking high. No response; not even from a lacky.

Personally, I would highly recommend you use other services to list your property for rent. If things don't change I am going to demand my money back for this year - VRBO no longer works! G
