They also make it so difficult to do returns... with exact demands, exact wording on package, no use of mail packages from your home, must be a selected shipper that gives a tracking number. When you do reach agreement on the shipment coming back, while they list your full purchase price on the online receipt as the refund they will give you... it comes back less than they promised.
