I made the mistake of placing an order for around $150+ worth of items from this website (tennis shoes, jewelry, etc.). I only got like 3 of the 15 items I ordered. I contacted their joke of a customer service department and got a "so sorry" response along with 1 more item that was mine two weeks later! Then I received a bigger package in the mail a week after that and got so excited until I opened it and realized NONE of the items in the package were mine! Wish.com STILL owes me $75-$100 worth of products I NEVER received! And with that, I will never shop there again. Warning- buying from this website is risky with no guarantee you will receive what you purchased! :(
I did receive some things I had ordered. Two purchases never showed up, but they did refund me quickly, hence the 3 stars. A lot of the items are very inexpensive & very cheap. I'm deleting the app. I'm done wasting my time.
Some items on site is quite good quality but one thing that needs attention is the shipping. Shipping sometimes are too expensive and also takes too long to arrive. Some of the items I ordered almost 3 months ago still did not arrived.
I ordered from Wish for about a month about 15 items, most where cheap but for the price ok. Suddenly everything just stopped coming in the mail, I am talking about 15 items that never showed up. I gotten my money back on about 10 items but I am waiting for a few more cause they claim it takes a while. I am also still waiting for about another 5 items that I am pretty sure will not show up. I have no idea why everything just stopped coming in the mail. I am done with this app and it's cheap overpriced garbage that does not look nothing like the picture anyways. Be cautious and DO NOT invest to much in there items.
I ordered what I thought was a rain coat from them. According to their size chart I wore an XXL so that is what I ordered. What I got was a size 6 and not at all water repellent coat. It was a nice coat but would only fit a small person (Think Jr. High). Not good for the rain. And came no where near fitting my size 16 body. When I asked if I could get my money back they replied with "Are you sure the coat does not fit because you have likely ordered things in the past that were the wrong size? " I think something was lost in the translation but still very arrogant and rude of them. Stay away from this company. There are plenty of other sites to order from.
I'm still waiting for my order, an grey jacket... it has been 2 months now... today I received a small envelope and there was nothing in it... guess I lost all my money on an empty envelope... Wish is a total rip off!
I may have been robbed by someone because I received a strap of leather, one. I had ordered a computer part but nothing about it came back. Maybe there is another person with my name in my neighborhood. But it never showed up.
I purchased two items which were supposedly combined shipped. Upon arrival only one item was in the box. I tried to get a refund but was told no refund would be issued because the tracking number stated item was delivered. Total scam Beware.

Wish they would ship an order whole instead of one item at a time.$2.00 for every free item and some are more. Ordered yarn and it came soaked in what I presume was water. It was ruined. Some of that stuff isn't worth
I placed an order on Wish back in March (2020), which I was charged for. Since then, it's now mid-December, my item was in "fulfillment" for the past 8 months. When I attempted to connect to their customer support, my email was either ignored, or I was told that there was nothing I could do in terms of visibility regarding when I should expect to receive this item.
Two days ago I received an email from Wish saying my item could not be fulfilled and I could either purchase a similar item for the same price, or request a refund. I elected for a refund, however because it had been 8-months, my item was no longer eligible for a refund through my customer portal.
I reached back out to customer success (the 1-800 number on their website is an automated response saying to email their customer support) to see if someone on their end can help me - silence.
Glad I wasted money on an item I never received.
Worst experience ever and I strongly do not recommend this vendor to anyone.

Most everything has come on time or before! I did have a pair of earrings come in damaged and they responded quickly and refunded quickly! My only complaint is when a price is listed on a product but then once it's added to the cart the price jumps higher and not because it's a different color or size or something. This is very misleading and a waist of my time. And this has happened with several different types of items. So then I just don't buy.
They have a smart tactic of getting customers at the beginning to trust ordering from their site, they deliver the first 3-4 orders (even in these orders the items where not the right items that I have ordered, and then once we placed another 4 orders we never received them. Never got the money back.

If I could do a zero star I would. I never got my shipment even though shipping says I did. I checked neighbors etc, and customer service basically calling me a liar. Other companies send out a replacement no question and Wish make me look like I'm the horrible person. Don't order from them. Horrible customer service too.

Awful customer service. Sending wrong items most of the time and it takes so long for them to arrive. You have to wait 2 months for a refund if they reply to you. I am just waiting to solve again an issue that has taking already a month and then delete the app. Waste of money and time.

Customer Services do not reply to inquiry but if you send e-mail not registered on their system THEN they will respond & tell you your information is not in our system. Give us your last number of visa.
I had ordered 2 items from wish on June 5 and now it's June 22. Never got an email from them stating what's wrong with my order. I'd called the customer service number but only automate came on and there's no email address to email them either. I'm just trying to cancel my order and get a refund back to me. I will never do business with Wish again. SCAM!

Ive been impressed with Wish and its products. When I had an issue with an item (wrong size delivered) the customer service was brilliant. Ive probably ordered 20-30 items now and will definitely order again!
Ordered items and never received them! Have tried several times to contact support. My daughter lost over $55 dollars on never received items! Can't believe I was ripped off would never ever recommend this site!
I have been ordering for wish.com for over a year. The products are what is described and more. Only had one package that didn't show up and Wish was quick to give me the credit back.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
