I used wish.com services for the last few months.
Their service is getting way better than pre-pandemic.
The delivery time to Canada is way shorter than before the pandemic, and even a refund item was
A quick transaction.
Still, not many items are available than Ali express, but I am happy to use the website for online shopping.
This company consistently takes my money, promises product delivery, holds my money and then refunds it... NEVER do they deliver! I think this is their only plan to profit with no intentions of delivery... EVER.
The shirts advertised where totally different that what was received-different sizes, different material, different style; didn't receive entire order. Price was advertised differently than when you actually clicked on it... waste of time and money.

The products are cheap as you can imagine, dollar store status, always always smaller than expected in anything. And returns are impossible you have to pay more to ship it back than the cost of the item. Their customer service sucks but if you don't plan to return then it's worth the cheap products that take a month to arrive from China post.
Crooks, scammers, worse customer service, it is just a piece of crap. Still waiting for my package or my refund.
If you get mad after all the crap they make you go through and dare to call the customer service guy an idiot (as I did), they get offended and threaten to stop responding. "Here is a Tip" Insult the guy that is handling your complaint and you will wake them up and they will start to move their asses. At least you will get an unscripted answer instead of the same crap they usually answer. Anyway I will never order anything else from those crooks and I am making sure to inform everybody I know and will keep posting the reviews they rightfully deserve. Since they treat customers like crap they deserve every negative review they are getting!
Ordered some stuff, 30 days later the damn package is still in china. They keep postponing the date the package is supposed to get here in the USA. Whish does not want to give me a refund. They are thiefs! Don't ever order from these crooks.
I recently purchased several items on Wish and was highly satisfied with my order. My watch and tank top arrived very quickly, but I was still missing one item. I contacted Wish customer support and received a response the same day with my tracking information.
This was a much better experience than I have ever had dealing with Amazon or other online retailers.
I purchased a few items in November with expected arrival dates for December 31,2017, however i kept checking the site to see where the items were but i stopped getting updates when i contacted customer support after the date had passed. They changed the dates to January 7,2018 with that date closely approaching still no updates to where my packages are.
It pays to stick with the more established sites... so disappointed!
No customer service! Your issues bill be returned with an automatic response. Never resolving your issue! I ordered and paid for 20 garlands for a wedding. I got 6. There response was I got my package! Asked for refund on the ones I didn't get. No resolution. Took my money and ripped me off! DO NOT BY ANYTHING would be my advice! Infuriating!

The delivery date when I shopped says in less than a week but once I ordered, it is showing me more than 2 months. I don't even get any update on some of my orders. I wanted to talk to customer care but they don't provide a clear contact address. It is a disaster but I will still wait fir my items to arrive and update you guys with a final review.

My purchases seem to take a long time receiving and a lot of them I never received. When I complained about some taking over 2 months, the service department said would not refund because it was over refund time.
Stay away from Wish! They will charge your card for things you didn't purchase and then give you the complete runaround when you want a refund! They have no phone customer service, it's all online and a big joke!

Wish showed a picture of a certain product and sends a totally different product. They did this to me and when contacting support it was a waste of time. I will never buy from wish again picture is what they advertised the black clamps are what they send and are only 6 inches long. A very horrible company.

Although the site says that it will take 40-45 days to deliver, my order was already made 40 days back and barring the initial confirmation of order, no further details been received.

Uses your credit card information to steal your money. I have the most reliable bank. Made a purchase and within the day had a fraudulent charge on my account from the app. Luckily I noticed. Trust me stay away!
It takes a while for everything to get here but the price makes it worth the wait. Unfortunately I didn't receive all of my items. When that happened it was handled professionally and I got a refund very quickly.
Why do so many people give wish 1 star?
Any time someone in my family orders anything from wish it is usually fine, we have only returned like 2-3 things but that's only b/c it didn't fit or something like that. Our packages have always been perfectly fine, other than that. I give WISH 5 STARS!

And several times when the item arrived, it was broken or non-working. I had a couple instances where the item was never shipped or just flat out refunded without telling me. Very unhappy with the way things are run.
I tried to buy some stuff that I would need from Wish. I've made my purchase and waited, like expected. I've kept checking the tracking number, but after a couple weeks, the tracking number stopped tracking my order. So, I kept checking my mail and asking the mail carrier if I had any mail. No was always the answer. I even tried using their tracking website, but it only showed the outdated info.
So, be very careful on which individual store the product is coming from. There information may be different from what your confirmation email would say.
I always buy on Wish but each and every time I am supposed to get my item, it exceeds the time and beyond. When I ask about the items, i get the same responses to show t they are copied and pasted then sent to me, the items take very long and the quality is horrible. So clearly wish specialises with false advertisement, they are only good for taking our money but not delivering proper service. As we speak i do not know which item to mention because i am waiting for more than 10 items of which most of them i was supposed to receive about a month ago but that has not happened as usual and nobody bothers to even communicate with me as a customer and i am not the only one with such problems from Wish, at times i want to buy expensive items but how can i do that while not even knowing if im going to get my order on time or in good condition cause most of the time its never like on the pictures or if i will receive it at all!
Many stores take a very long time (a month and a half) sometimes to arrive, packaging may not be proper, may not arrive at all, and product may not even work. This of course has nothing to do with the app, but with the individual seller and Wish will compensate for problems. You just have to make sure that the store and product reviews are good. Very easy to use and secure to pay for, especially with it being so cheap. Overall very well pleased!
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
