What happened to WISH.COM? It has changed to the point that there is no way to shop. Searching for an item will not result in finding that item. I have been a long time customer, but I am not a customer any longer.
Does anyone know of a shopping site like Wish.com use to be? I am on the search for that site starting now.
Don't worry. You won't miss a little guy like me. Just keep doing things the way they please you, not what pleases the customer. Let me know how that works out for you.
I ordered from this company - in the middle of a pandemic and because I had problems finding toilet tissue. They offered 5 packs for $7.00. I waited and waited. I waited and waited. I ordered more stuff. I finally received two bracelets I ordered and they were nice and free. They still owe me about 30 items and I'm not sure I will receive them. Customer service emails me back and forth but I think that is just generic and not someone live. Don't do it. But, if you want to wait six months for your purchase - knock yourself out.
I did an order since the end of March 2020 for three items I got only 1 after 4 months of the purchase date and I did not get the others till today, when I am texting them they are transferring me to the automatic reply, and they are saying you can not open a loser ticket, how it is closed and I did not get my items.
Guys never ever order from them, they are the biggest thieves in the world they will deduct your money then forget about it

Wish.com provides terrible service. I ordered a simple skirt on 5/5/20 and was informed at the time the order was placed that I would arrive by 5/9/20. It hasn't come yet, though it supposedly shipped. I have checked the delivery status and it always pushed the delivery date back another week or more. When I checked again today 6/11/10, the new delivery date was pushed back again to 6/23/20. There is not a live person so speak with to resolve the problem. The customer support phone number tells you they don't take phone calls, the automated customer service assistant just reiterates the new shipping date and is totally non-interactive or intelligent and emails to customer service go unanswered. A total rip off! There is no way to recoup your payment or effectively cancel the order once it "ships". I will have to go through my credit card company and dispute the problem. Don't use this vendor!

This is partly my fault for buying things that could be questionable. Wish has huge shipping costs, and says for example a T-Shirt is 2.99 great deal than when I bought it shipping was $5.00 and shirt price 10.00! What?! Than when I get it it's made of polyester and way too small! I leave a review on their site and it disappears! Here's the old adage folks IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT ISN'T! Moving forward I will shop only at Costco for discounts or a. 99 cent store. They should be investigated for fraud!
I ordered quite a few items from Wish, I needed new clothes and why not order from a site that has clothes for less than $10. I was super excited to receive my items, I am still waiting on the rest of the order; but when I got them, they were pretty cheap looking and feeling. I have had one shirt for not even 4 days, and the seams are already busting (I am not a big girl, and the shirt is a loose fitting sweatshirt.) You get what you pay for I guess. I did receive some items before the estimated delivery date, which was good. But I am not exactly sure I will be ordering from them again anytime soon.
Still trying to get around the excuses of why I was charged for an order that was never processed. They tell me check something different everytime I contact them and never the same person. THEY should be doing the checking, that's what they're getting paid for.
Ordered from wish many times. Ok so not everything has turned up but it does come from China, things are bound to get lost or stolen! Whenever something has not turned up then you email wish straight away and they always reply that day. Refunds are quick and easy. Would definitely order from wish again.
I ordered 2 items, ballistic vests at $195 each. After I hit the submit button, they increased the price to $249 each. Plus shipping and tax! I then immediately tried to cancel the order the customer service line said it wasn't activated and to go to customer support online in which a bot said they had a no cancellation policy. Stay away. Typical scam site.

All their stuff has come faster than it says but they charged my credit card 200 dollars more than the bill and all their stuff is made in china ( not mentioned on the site anywhere) too much money was wasted on this site but super cute stuff and only fits if your a small person
I cant believe they are still in business. I placed an order and 3 days later I get a message to contact them but all you can do is email cause there's no number. Then they tell me that I set off a fraud alert and to allow 14 days for my money to be returned. So do like they are the frauds to me.
The proposal is that support team can remind when product is not received and 30 days from purchasing are coming. I have some cases when product was bought and nothing is result - no product no money return. If provided a lot of purchasing it is difficult to control all terms. In general is good evaluation.
Poor customer service, wish don't response to customers complain, no matter how small in money is paid for a product it should be appreciated, at times product sent is different from what was advertise but when a complaint is sent there will be no response and that allow the sellers to do what they like.
They are so quick when a problem occurs and customer service (at least the Greek one) is awesome! The not so good thing is late shipping! Another thing is the fact that shops don't give a chance for multiple orders (eg. Shame product different size or color) and they charge extra shipping. I believe that makes the buyer to hesitate to proceed to his order!
I have ordered a few things from this site and have basically been happy with them. Everything there is from China, but it's that way everywhere. Remember you get what you pay. I've ordered some memory sticks and they seem to work fine. Jewelry I have ordered looked pretty cheap but other things were great.
I ordered a Christmas gift and after 6 weeks I sent them an email asking where the merchandise was? The tracking they sent me didn't work. They never responded after 4 emails to their customer service dept. PayPal opened a dispute for me and got my money refunded. Do not do business with them!

Does anyone really use Wish successfully? These guys have got to be a scam. If you decide to use this Sucker is Born Every minute website, be careful. The price you see isn't the price you will be charged. I saw an ad for a mouse pad for 5.53, pretty decent price. I clicked on the link to Wish and magically, the price went up to 6.68. Still not a terrible price, but odd. Clicked on the Add to Cart button and the magic happened again, the price went to 9.00 plus 5.00 shipping. So they wanted 14.00 for a 5.53 mouse pad. I know 14.00 isn't outrageous and I could buy it all day long, but just tell me from the beginning that you are going to lie about the price so I can just go to Amazon or Staples. FISH ON? Nope this one got away.

The Federal Trade Commission should shut this scam outfit down. All one has to do is to see how they elevate their prices when you start to add description (color, size etc.) of the item you plan to buy. They must think all consumers are dumb!

I attempted to purchase some skeletons for next Halloween ($63 total). Order placed on Nov. 6. Delivery was set for ~Dec. 11. After Dec. 11 passed, I started checking on the tracking. The order was internally cancelled on Nov. 12, and Wish.com sent no notification, nor did they refund my money. Now, I'm trying to get a refund. They have NO phone support, and NO human support, just a silly 'electronic assistant' WITH NO PLACE TO APPLY FOR A REFUND. I think the whole thing is a scam.

Lame I got hustled, I ordered a wax pot with wax beads, and other extras received an aluminum heart shaped 2 cent pan... I even read all descriptions before purchasing. Ordered a bead curtain received again a 2 cent string with beads, ordered a kids mermaid tail received a seashell bra for my 4 yr old. Hate this site spent over 50 bucks only to wait forever to receive anything and then to be so disappointed that I would've been better just flushing my money

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
