I order about $100 a month from WISH and I have been happy with everything. I love the prices and variety. All clothes and shoes are made differently so sizes vary. If you read the reviews and use common sense you will be fine. Everything I have ordered has been delivered with in 30 days but usually sooner. Delivery costs are between $! & $4 anything over $25 is delivered free. Customer service checks to see if each item is delivered and if you are satisfied with the product. I LOVE WISH AND GEEK!
Very poor shopping place, poor support and they use cheating ways to attract people to buy, one example happened with me, after I bought one item in a very good price as paid money through pay pall I get message that my item will be proceed but after 24 hours I received a message that apology from me that item isn't available and my payment and purchase item is canceled. When I checked the site again the item was available but with higher price tag. No support team to answer my enquiry.
My advise don't bother your self purchasing from fraud places
Wish looks totally legit, the domain itself can testify, if it hasn't been taken down as a scam then it must be legit in some form or another. I just bought a watch for $2, I personally don't care if it comes in the time limit, if I end up getting it it will be a good-looking watch for only $2! If it doesn't come at all then well, I've only spent 2 dollars and that's nothing to get upset about!
I ordered two items in the end of March 2020. I have not yet received them. I sent an e-mail wanting a total refund and they keep stalling that I will be receiving them soon. They do not accept phone calls and website will direct me to someone that will send me another e-mail which I don't want. I have sent them countless information (Order ID, Order #, Item type, transaction dates, etc.). The two items that I ordered don't serve any purpose now. They are a B. S. company and will never do any business with them again. Beware of their advertisements.

I've only had one thing I've bought be wrong. I contacted the seller and they fixed the problem immediately. Some items take a while to get to the USA, like over a month. Some show up in 2 weeks. Not a complaint, just stating how the shipping works. I love this place.
I've placed over 25 orders with wish over the last two years. Every one has come perfect, with varying shipping times. If you're looking for next day shipping, wish is not the place to buy from, because they rely on individual sellers mostly in Asia. If you're looking for decent products, and outstanding prices, it's a great place to buy.
I have been shopping on Wish for some time now and I have always had a great experience and find that items are very similar if not the same as buying from ebay but at a much discounted price. The only issue I have is when you purchase multiple of the same item you get charged shipping on each item.
WISH. COM- I have made 21 purchases from wish.com, all from different vendors. I have to this date received every purchase that I have made. They were exactly as stated, exactly as pictured and received all much before promised receipt date. When you pay 2$ 3$ 5$ or 10$ for a product that you would have to normally spend anywhere from 15$ to 80$ buying somewhere else you know that they are not going to be high end products. Be reasonable! You need to be reasonable with your expectations when making purchases from this company and it's vendors. They have tons of great things that I have enjoyed having and using. I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to be! I guess think of it like buying a bath towel from Belk vs buying one from Wal-Mart. 20$ each vs 5$ each! Different quality yes but still a great product! (I really wish I could add pictures to this review:-/)
Wish is a good place to get things at good prices. Its not usually the highest quality, it sometimes never arrives, and shipping takes forever. But if you don't mind waiting and it's not too important an item, go for it. I use it all the time for ''stuff''.
Everything I've gotten from Wish I have loved except for the rings. They all said 925 sterling silver. Not plated. But after wearing the rings for only a short
Period of time the silver wears off revealing the base metal underneath. Oh well, you get what you pay for.
I bought Aveda shampoos, contacted customer service send various email's to the company, Nobody's cares. It has been long time and I still see the charge from the Merchant, wish company.
Honestly it is a wish company, All bandits working there. Unfortunately it is a scam. Do not buy from them.

The last three orders I placed with them, ended up as follows:
1. Ordered laptop, received remote only
2. Ordered laptop, received nothing. Customer support stated the item was delivered!
3. Ordered wireless mouse, received nothing! Same excuse as above!
Good thing I paid with Paypal, they were gracious to refund full amounts. Never again, "Wish" I had never started!

wish.com is the worst website anywhere. It sets you up with an account when you don't want one and it doesn't let you deactivate or cancel it. Once you are sucked in, it will overwhelm email box with spam. There is no customer service. It's worse than a virus.

I have never been dealing with such lawless, immoral, fraudulent company. My order has been duplicated few time and I have been charged for all the duplicates. I wrote immediately to them to request a cancellation of the all items. They took my money and blocked my account so I was not able to communicate with their customer service (do they have one?) unless I am sending proof of my ID in which case they would contact me within 3 working days. I have sent a copy of my ID but they never contacted me and despite my desperate attempts to cancel the duplicates orders I was not able to cancel it.
I will never deal with them again. I dealt with them in the past and I have to say that their products especially gadgets, are significant lower quality compared to other markets. Honest advise, Deal with someone else more reliable.

I made my order well over a month ago now, I still have only received half of my order and when looking back on my bank statement they charged me twice for my order. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and no-one has gotten back to me and there is no phone number to call them. Very disappointed, don't recommend shopping with this company.
Someone has hacked my account and changed my name and address to theirs and I am unable to correct some of it. In addition, today I was welcomed back after not having used the app in awhile with a request to confirm my identity by sending along a photo of a recent bank statement showing a recent Wish purchase. This was all on my Android 9 phone.

I ordered months ago and have not received my stuff. Worst of all I can no longer track my order because I cant login. They never send the link to reset my password as I have forgotten my last one. Strange thing is that I never logged out in the first place, so I dont know why I can access my profile anymore. This is serious rubbish.
I have ordered 18 items and have received all but 3. The prices are great. Like some have said you get what you pay for. It is cheap, but I have been happy with all. Only one item so far doesn't quite match the picture. Just don't be in a hurry to get it when you order. Mine has been about 3 weeks on the longest order.
I ordered an item in May and was charged same day, and promised delivery within 10 days. No delivery! After I trace order (no human contact available), I am informed a delay of 30 days in place. This delay extends 3 more times. I purchased item elsewhere and received it within a week. Now trying to cancel order and get a refund, reaching customer service was a complicated maze. Finally, a refund was promised, but I only received the shipping amount... not the product. It is now the mid-November... no refund and customer service has disappeared deeper into the maze. The time involved in this is not worth the effort. I've been ripped off!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
