The shipping with this company is just plain awful. I never received a product that I ordered and have tried e-mailing them with no response since you can't call them right now. It is VERY frustrating when you can not talk to a person!. I have many orders that I put in weeks and weeks ago. I'm done with this company after these orders hopefully get here. In the meantime, I better get refunded for an item that never got delivered. Just terrible!
Have 2 pairs of cowboys never show up have been over 16 month now plus have 2 covers for cellphone haven show up for the past 4 months now. Wish will not do nothing about this all these things have fake tracking numbers on them all.

I would like to give this website a 0 but that is not an option. I ordered a product back in Jan 2017 and received it May 12,2017. Because it arrived really late and because the box was really damaged, I asked for a refund and the representative said they could not because it has been more than 30 days. How am I suppose to ask for a refund if I did not receive the package until 5/12/2017. Worst website ever!
The absolutely worst online shopping experience ever... ordered 25 items on November 30,2016 most said I would get by the end of December then when I would check on the orders they had somehow been extended... the one item I did get was way way way to small even though I followed their guidelines of buy 2 sizes larger than you normally would... WRONG! Buy 5 sizes bigger than you normally would... the feedback that is supposed to be from customers is obviously generated by the sellers or Wish itself. They all day the same things... got sooner than expected was on a lot of the items... I think I am safe in saying WISH doesn't get a lot of repeat business., never again will I order from any site that originates in China or close to there... what a waste of time

I've ordered four times:
The first order came on time with all the items.
The second order, was first approved, but was cancelled by the site a week later, because they didn't actually get the items.
The third one, I received only half the items I ordered.
The forth order, appears on the site as if it's been picked up two days ago, though I never got a notice it arrived.

My order was to arrive in 2 months, it did not arrive, I decided to be patient and wait another month, and yet it still did not come. All communication as to the movement of the package had stopped from Wishes side. I eventually had to ask for a refund which has not yet come through. "Cheap" items just wasted my time and definitely didn't save me any money.
Ordered items 9 of them on March 3rd I've got 3 items in April I'm still waiting for the rest of my items. There's no phone number to speak to a person you only could chat online to complain. And to do that you have to do one item at a time. Its been 3 months it's a shame. I'll never order from them again. Once my items arrive.

This site is very deceiving. An item is listed for one price and when you make your selection, the price changes. Many people think the items are shipped from the continental United States. Not so. They are shipped from China, Malaysia, etc. This is why it takes up to 2 months or more to receive your items. I attempted to give them a second chance and attempted to place an order. I was blocked and informed that I needed to send a copy of my credit card and bank statement to them. What kind of nonsense it that? Save yourself money and go to the mall.
I thought i will be saving on wish I placed an order and the total shipping was even more than the items! I then compared the pricing with amazon after shipping and it was only $0.48 less! Totally doesn't pay to exchange good quality and fast shipping over horrible stuff and shipping that takes some times more than three months for just forty-eight cents. I really don't recommend it.

I have Ordered more than 20 items to wish which i have paid all in advanced including shipping which was almost same price of the Product itself. Then it took ages to arrive. Wish is showing the status its now in china then this place and than that place. Finally Items arrived in my country. And all items are separately shipped and the Courier is asking me to pay again each and every item which is 10 times the price of every items more than i have paid to wish. Courier is asking to pay for that. I didn't get the items yet i really do not know what to do. They get the shipping for Express shipping and now again they are charging me for COD.

In Oct 2016, I ordered a product. The money was deducted from my account and I've yet to receive my order. I've emailed numerous times and received a response stating my account would be credited. Never happened. This company is a scam-yes, just downright thieves. I had a very, very poor customer experience, and if I knew where to go, I would pursue legal action. Its wrong to steal from people.
It's impossible to return an item because when you try on the app, it just will not let you type in any information requesting an address to mail back the item you bought. Forget about calling the one 800 number, you will never get a human being on the phone. The shoes I bought are absolutely adorable but far too small and too narrow. I will never shop from them again
I ordered 5 items, they all get put thru on one payment bt through different stores. Only one showed up (nothing like what was pictured and quality is garbage) the rest I can't get refunds for because it is all on one order. It is a sham, who ever is running this is counting on people getting too frustrated at navigating the horrific customer support and giving up. They get your money, you get nothing. Avoid at all costs
This is a all made in China website, the clothes are extremely cheap looking, I ordered 2 sweaters which are really small, I am 5' 1" 105 pounds and even tough the clothes are small, the sweaters are also literally paper thin, I don't even know how they could be called sweaters, they put the pictures of really nice clothes that looked great but what you received is horrible cheap. I think the reviews on the website are false, that can't be possible!
I have no idea what half these reviews are talking about! I have shopped with them for about a year. If i bought it i got it and in timely manner and in good shape. One time a ring was taking too long and i decided to get a refund and they did give me my money back immediately. Then the ring came following week. Never no more said about it. I guess its just a matter of opinion like everything. BUT I LOVE WISH SHOPPING!
Having a lot of problems with clothes. That I've been buying off of this app. I've had to return six pairs of pants and articles of clothing and I have four more coming already paid for and I'm afraid that they're not going to fit and or their foreign country size not US size because I really took time to pick out the style you have a lot of choices on your app.
Pictures shown on a lot of items are not wat you actually get, you have to actually really check to ensure its wat you want before purchasing other wise you get sent something totally different. Like pic of pressure cooker n only actually get rubber ring? Need more clarity if wat you are actually buying or an item not arriving at all or feed back process takes just as long to get answered
Most of the things I bought from Wish were great. The last item I bought was a baby doll. Not at all like the picture. I want a refund but Wish says I need to reply with my user name and password to the account that I already provided my credit card number and the code. This is the only business to request all this info.
Wish says they offer a 30 day return and refund. Will not buy anything from them again. Not worth the risk. Martha Bowers

Horrible customer service. I waited 2 months and received eyebrow pen instead of a pants. Contact customer service more than 3 times they keep asking me to send pictures. I did 3 times and it has been over a week without any response or update I don't know who to contact or what to do I will never order with them again.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
