I am very sad to say I believe Allstate is a crooked company. First of all they want one to use their select remediation "experts" who just happen to be three times the cost of others. What is worse is their "experts" disappear quickly after they are paid. Not much left to repair the problem. Are there kickbacks? Naturally I don't know but I trust Allstate about as much as I would trust Murdoch to "help me". Good luck!
Ordered item paid for quick shipping never received the item. They also bombard you with emails once you give them your address.

Easy to sign up but almost impossible to cancel. I have tried 3 times and still have access.
The worst part of all is the information is so inaccurate its no help what so ever.

Ever call with a question? Just call back and you will get a different answer. While I can't explain for certain my belief is they want to hide things from their clients. They have added services to my account which I never asked for or cared about and lied about it for months. Try and get the same person on the phone, it's impossible. You can't email them, I imagine they don't want a record of their answer. Worst customer service of any major corporation!
