Dollar store junk!

I'm pretty sure they hire people to write fake review to get the items to a 4 or 4.5/5. I have received nothing but dollar store items. The clothing had been especially cheap and looks nothing like the pictured item. Shipping has been pretty good. I have just had to wait 2-3 wks for my dollar store items to arrive

SCAM!

After creating my account and having a look, Wish.com looked amazing. On my first order, I ordered and paid for 6 items. 3 days later after hearing nothing, I began shopping on Wish.com again as I am new to online shopping, a little naïve and didn't think twice about the silence on Wish.com's behalf. I went to check out with 11 more items; after clicking check out, Wish.com refreshed to a page that stated my account is blocked and I must contact them to resolve the issue. I sent two emails before I received my first reply, which contained NO answers to my questions and nothing specific to me: obviously a copy paste. I then sent two MORE emails with information and more questions about what went wrong, including their phone contact number (which is missing a digit and doesn't connect). 1 day later, I still hadn't heard from wish.com so I called my bank and filed a dispute for the purchase of 6 items I originally made.
2 days after making the dispute with my bank, I receive a second reply (from a different person), again, not answering any of my questions and nothing specific to me: another copy paste email. In this second reply, they attempted to excitedly tell me my account has been unrestricted and I can continue shopping. Um... NO!
Wish.com is definitely out there to take from the quiet people who don't dispute things they are uncomfortable with.
I have just deleted my account and don't ever plan to sign up with them again.

L waste my money

I have ordered at least 7 times with over 7 or 8 items each order only received one broken item and received a refund immediately. I don't know what others are talking about if you pay a dollar for a item do you expect it to come from Zales jeweler seriously. I am very pleased

They'll suck you in at first by delivering your first few items (I went 6 for 6 to start) and now the last 11 orders placed over the last 2 months, I've received NONE. Quick to refund though. Likely a scam to take money from those who don't go through the trouble of requesting refunds for low value items.

I have ordered over 50 some items on this website, that was around mid-November. Considering that I have received all but 11 items so far I don't think I will be complaining. The only time I have had an issue so far is when something was supposed to arrive and it did not, I then requested a refund and put in that it had not arrived by the given date, the next day I had my money back and a pleasant message telling me that if the order should arrive to simply keep it as an apology. For those complaining about the difference in size, there is such thing as a description tab and 9 times out of 10 they give you the dimensions of an item. If you don't look before you buy then you should not be complaining about it, that is called user error. Also as for the fact of items looking different on occasion, hate to break this to some of you but this also happens at big stores as well. I have gotten plenty of items from legitimate stores that have issues. However, the biggest difference here is you are not paying an ignorant amount of money for most items for it to not be correct. With all honesty do not let the negative reviews scare you away. I have ordered different variations of things from this site and I love it. Allow me to break it down however, always check the description tab for dimensions, some items may appear a little cheap although it was so, many items I have bought from there (including charms, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces), look like legitimate quality item sometimes even better than the cheapie looking ones you can buy from stores around you. Considering the amount of money you pay for most of these items, and as long as you are not in a huge hurry to get them, then I would definitely suggest using this site! As previously said I absolutely love it.

WHAT I WISH IS THAT I HADMY $176 BACK BECAUSE ALL I GOT FOR IT IS JUNK, JUNK AND MORE JUNK. NOT EVEN GOOD JUNK. WISH I'D READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED. DUMB OF ME. THIS IS ALL CRAP FROM CHINA OR SOMEWHERE SIMILAR. THE PICTURES SHOW ONE THING AND THEN YOU GET SOMETHING ELSE THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU THOUGHT IT WAS. IN THE PICTURE THE STUFFED GIRAFFE IS AS TALL AS THE PERSON WHO APPEARS TO BE AN ADULT. IN REALITY, THE GIRAFFE IS ABOUT 6 INCHES TALL AND IS AVAILABLE IN THE CLAW MACHINE AT THE ARCADE. I'M ANGRY AS THIS WAS CHRISTMAS MONEY AND NOW I HAVE NO DECENT GIFTS TO GIVE.

I ordered my daughter an over the head wooly hat with ears. The ears were upside down but unless you knew they were upside down, you wouldn't really notice.
I also ordered her a red dress up dress. It looked beautiful in the photographs but when it arrived it was nothing like the photographs. It looked cheap (it was £11), there were pulled threads and the most dreadful beads on the bodice. I contacted Wish to say I would like to have a refund and there was no quibble. A refund was issued.
For quality of products I give 3 out of 5 but for customer service I give 5 out of 5.

Do not order from Wish

Do not order anything from this company because if you need to return it getting a refund is impossible. Like others have already said it's a total scam. I must have sent 15 emails and they always end respond with another question. I realise now I am never going to get my refund - just want to warn others.

Up until now I have never had any issues with wish... I have ordered items before and they cam in and were great! Except I made quite a few purchase from October-December 2016 and out of about 10-15 purchases (most christmas gifts) I have received about 3 of them... most of these items were supposed to come in on one day and when that day came the arrival date changed to a later one... needless to say I was not pleased... however support at wish is great... they have given me refunds on all my items that were not delivered on the expected dates and if they do come in I get to keep them for free... which one item did about 2 months later though -_-... anyways ok app, but be prepared to not receive your item on time or at all... but if it does happen just message the support and you should have no issues in getting a refund. If your items do come in they ten to be great (sometimes a little bit less quality then other things) but they are super cheap.

I love this site! I have ordered over $200.00 & have never been disappointed. There was a problem with one order & it was taken care of immediately. What are the problems the people are having. Just remember you get what you pay for.

I have received every item I have ever ordered and it has all been fine. You must check the sizes and in most cases order a size or two up. I have had no problem with this company. Yes items take longer to arrive but they are up front about it.

Good and bad

I have had good luck and bad luck- some of the 925 jewlery was beautiful and surpassed my expectations however i have also received dollar store quality items too. All 10 orders i did in october are awol some they refundered me for some they changed the deliver dates. Dont order clothes or electronics

This is a joke! Horrible do not Oder it's been a month and they gave me a bogust tracking number finally after I emailed at least six times they sent me another tracking number and resent my order. Here's the best part the new tracking number they gave me doesn't work on the website "not found" and in USPS it states it in there faculty processing. Save yourself this is a total scam and they will respond back with we are doing everything to make you happy, but your stress level will go through the roof. It's driving me nuts that I fell for this I normally am very careful and read reviews this was the first time I didn't and BAM out over $150 and a month of BS.

I only received 1 out of 4 orders. The provided tracking is useless. But they refunded me the money on the same days as soon as I made the requests. So customer service is fine, but I would prefer to receive all my items.
