Uses your credit card information to steal your money. I have the most reliable bank. Made a purchase and within the day had a fraudulent charge on my account from the app. Luckily I noticed. Trust me stay away!

Worst first time online shopping experience ever! Waiting on $100 worth of stuff. I keep being refunded as my package is lost in transit. Over it, went out today and bought the one thing I ordered as my kids asked santa for it. I thought score, they saw sucker. I really hope I get all my money back or the items. I just hope it's not a credit card scam.

They don't tell you where the item is shipping from until you buy it and then after they actually process the order which could be another few days.

There is no way to contact the seller directly.

They do not offer expedited shipping because you can't contact the seller, so your item is scheduled to arrive anywhere between 1 week and 2 months after you order it. I'm glad I only bought one Christmas gift off this site because it's SHIPPING FROM ISTANBUL? AND ARRIVING JANUARY 3RD AFTER INITIALLY TELLING ME IT WOULD ARRIVE AROUND DEC. 23? Dumb. I never buy from overseas, at least not by this method or for a product that has no exotic value coming from Istanbul. This site is worse than Alibaba (which is why I don't order overseas anymore)

I asked their support team a couple questions (regarding paying for expedited shipping and I requested that there's no receipt in the package). It takes them a couple days to answer and they didn't even answer my question regarding the receipt. I have no idea what is going to arrive at my friend's place (based on all these other reviews that my dumbass is just Now reading, it seems that 2/3rds of everyone's order is totally incorrect or damaged).

I get it, you want something that's $50 for like $10. Whatever. Not worth the wait time and the frustration of not knowing if you just threw your money away anyhow.

I have order alot of things from wish half of what I order was good and I receive it on time. But other half was either damage or receive it real late. For a example I order a few rings and it was supposed to be deliver on July 23 but I didn't get it until about two month later. Then their was some item I never got. Also some item I order when I got them they did not look like what I saw in the picture. I use to love wish because of their price and the item look nice. But not anymore. I have delete my account because I got tried of my order being late or not receive it at all.

There is a need to do a little light reading for the true description of the item, pictures should should never be the sole basis for determining purchase as models always look different in the clothes and items... The description of the items are point on they even give you measurements for clothing. Their tech gadgets are awesome and super inexpensive and if you don't receive the items they take no time to refund you. They also have a great turn around for replying to you. Im sure I have ordered more than 50 items from them and any issues I had were met with apologies and refunds...

After almost a month, only one of the three items I ordered arrived, it was poor quality, the wrong size (by almost three sized) and delivery was later than advertised. I still don't have the other two items I ordered. I will never order from them again

Never get Item or info

I ordered my first item almost 5 weeks ago and yet to receive it. I even received a message asking if I received it yet and when I said no it said I'd have the next days date. Few days later when I asked about the expected arrival I was given a refund and no answer to my Question about its arrival. I again responded and asked again and was told again my refund has been issued, but never answered my Question about arrival. So I guess I'm not getting it. I knew the sight would be a joke.

Cheap quality items

Scam... items are of the poorest quality! I bought six items, some clothing & misc items... all junk paid over $40 for the items, cheap but damn I could of purchased better quality at Walmart and spend the same $$. Shipping charges is what gets you! Buyer beware!

Both Wish and Geek are a terrible place to shop. While both Wish and Geek try to gain empathy for the merchant but stating in emails back after inquiries held up at customs or possibly held up at your postal service it boggles my mind how they show no empathy for the consumers.
The time to get a refund is at times ludicrous. The quality of a lot of items makes jt reminiscent of clearance items at a dollar store. Truly an experience you do not want to have. Avoid Wish and Geek like the plague for it truly is an experience as painful as going to the dentist and having all your teeth pulled out with pliers and no freezing!

Did not get one item

I restored my phone and lost my account noway to reactivate as unsure of information and no way to contact over phone as I could prove my name address phone number etc to figure out where my package is... This is on of the most expensive items I ordered out of the 3 got the other two item

Time, you why you guys don't have a customer support over the phone? We want to talk with real people not and answer machine. And people make orders, and never deliverer on time, you guys solved issues by refund the money, people order because they want the product, what a shame.

Cheap murch!

I ordered a purse, blouse and a coat and watch back in Nov. Just received the purse and watch and OMG they are plastic! They smell like something that's been hidden away in an attic for years! Not worth it at all! The blouse I bought, has threads hanging off of it and if you pull one the whole seam comes out. Can't wait to see this coat I bought. LOL I learned my lesson. I have been had!

I have ordered 18 items and have received all but 3. The prices are great. Like some have said you get what you pay for. It is cheap, but I have been happy with all. Only one item so far doesn't quite match the picture. Just don't be in a hurry to get it when you order. Mine has been about 3 weeks on the longest order.

Really like this app!

I've boughten so much stuff from this app! I did have one problem with not receiving an order but I wrote to the customer support people and I got my refund a couple days later. Yes if you order clothes they are smaller than American clothes because they're in Chinese sizes. The shipping isn't the fastest either.
But personally I really like this app. But like any shopping app order at your own risk.

I placed 3 different orders from sept 12-sep 18 and only recieved 1 item. They still owe me like 26 items. I am tired of waiting so I requested refunds and had to go through a ridiculous process to request. I know 2 other folks that got their orders although delayed no problem. I am truly upset about this site. Will never order again! Very doubtful I will ever see a refund

Wish is definitely a place to go for cheap prices, but you have to read a lot of reviews on the item so you know you're getting the legit thing. I have had a lot of success ordering from wish, but there has been difficulties. Just be careful! :)

I've ordered several items from Wish, some good, some disgusting. I feel like China is having a huge laugh on the West! They obviously copy original designs, use the photos but send crap to buyers. Their attempt to cater to western sizing is a guess to say the least. ARE THEY USING OUR $ ON THE STOCK MARKET and sending us their rubbish to gain $$$

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

I placed my first order with Wish the third week of October 2016, I ordered a total of 7 items and received none. With all items I checked the tracking which said "arrived in destination country" but nothing after that. I contacted support to see if they could get any updated tracking information and received the same reply for each item, insuring that my items would be delivered on time and that they have checked the sellers reviews. When the delivery date passed I received an email asking if the items were delivered, I replied saying "no" and the full order was refunded within days, which I was really happy for but not with the merchants.

I placed a second order a few days after I placed my first for 5 items and only 2 showed up, but I did receive proper tracking information from both merchants, both items arrived within two weeks and both were great quality. I have to say that response time from support has been amazing and every item that has not been delivered has been refunded just as quick.

With this site it's really hit or miss, but I do love the money I would be saving if everything actually arrived.

Don't order

I ordered back on November 18th. Still nothing. I checked my order of about 11 items & it has said that all of them are to be refunded. It says before I get a refund i have to prove the transaction on my credit card.
