I ordered an evening dress for my daughter in late Oct of 2016. They changed my delivery date twice and two months later (Dec 2016) I still haven't received it. Sure they offered me a refund for the inconvenience, but they didn't offer to send another dress. I wanted a dress for my daughter. The've lost me as a customer. I finally got it just before the New Years holiday. The dress that was delivered didn't look like the one I ordered. The color was the same, but there was no beading. The quality was terrible. I'm so done with Wish.

I contacted support and they tell me all packages got lost in transit. How does that happen? I feel like they never shipped them out... Okay, I'll be honest, I loved their pricing! I kept hearing about WISH from my kids (who had never ordered from them) so I decided to place an order last April for the first time. I ordered three items and received one. My mistake in not keeping track (they were gifts for my daughters birthday). I didn't remember that two never arrived so this Christmas I made another order in November for several items... I received one about two weeks later... it was the completely wrong item. I waited to see if perhaps the other items would come... I'm still waiting on three of them. One bathing suit that was suppose to be her by Dec. 17th is now not coming until AFTER christmas! One sweater dress shows it will be here on Dec. 18th... yet it's not here yet! And two other items show coming on Dec. 23rd... Everything I check on the delivery date it just moved father away! The prices are good but the most items are made in China and the sizing is way off. You have to order XXXL if you are a us medium. And the customer servicer is horrible! I've been trying to get refunds on the two items that never came in April and the items that was entirely wrong and can't seem to get any help! Net/net if you are on a budget, very small, and can wait 8 months for your items to arrive you are okay to use this site. But if not it will be WISH-full thinking to get you items correctly and in time.

It's fraud if you take funds for something and do not provide that item or service. So I will be calling my lawyers! STAY AWAY! I ordered some bumper stickers and a hat. Never got the hat. Got some bumper stickers and they were the total opposite of what I ordered. Plus they had foul language on all of them. This website is a scam. Not only did they steal money from me but I'm also losing money because I have to mail these disgusting stickers back to these clowns. I ordered lots of items from Wish last year for Christmas presents. I ordered them in October, and some items did come in until AFTER Christmas. They said it takes about two weeks for orders to arrive (HA!). The two pairs of leggings I ordered were sized for a toddler (and I'm only a size 4) and ripped the first day I wore them out. I ordered a Kailijumei lipstick from Wish, thinking that it would be a very cute Christmas present for my friend. I was very happy about how inexpensive it was to buy the lipstick, but when the lipstick arrived i was very shocked. I received a very different brand(Rosetime). Not only was the brand different, the lipstick was not clear(tinted pink) and it had no flower in it. The lipstick was smudged on one side and it smelled cheap. THis website is too good to be true. The prices are only low because you will not get what was advertised. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. When i called costumer support i got no human response and i have tried email, but so far I have not been answered.
I placed an order on 11/14 and the tracking shows it arrived to the carrier on 11/28 and is still sitting there. They said they have no control over the carrier which is USPS by the way. I have asked for a refund but totally expect that I will have to contact the credit card company. I'm worried about fraud at this point.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
