Ordered 2 mos in advance b4 christmas and 24 orders unaccounted for. Knew I should have went retail but tried to put more under my tree and thought Wish/Geek could help me with that. Had 1 issue previously with an oder not coming thru while rest of order was fine. Now 24 out of 35 orders are missing. Don't be fooled in thinking u r saving money when u need to turn to retail to get what u need. Only good thing is refund and keep what u get if still refunded. Let's see how many of these 24 still come thru. Sad!

Worst site ever they are a rip off. Ordered pokemon figures and card's along with a pokemon ball with figure in it.
Well the figures only got half of the order the cards were opened and crushed bent just horrible.
The ball was open and in a little bag. This was Christmas gifts my son wanted. I really thought I daw amazing deals, but people don't order from china they rip you off. I'm never shopping there site again. Go to your store and just buy them. At least they will be nnormal and what you want for your child. They won't even take them back or replace them. Im only into today. Well within the 30 day's and customer service line tells me to except it for the price and it will cost me again for shipping and for additional work. Well if it was the product I ordered and it was right that your idiots new how to handle ther job's not ripping people off because of there greed, I wouldn't be complaining.
WISH YOU SUCK, YOUR PEOPLE SUCK. QUITE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

Wish is amazing

I love wish, they have always been fair and upfront with me. If something comes damaged/ wrong size/poor quality they ALWAYS refund promptly. If something does not arrive, they again refund promptly. I have received some amazing dresses off this site. Love wish

Scam? Maybe?

Ordered and received a ship date of just over a month. Too long but I was told up front. Date came and went and then I saw it was bumped. Second date came and I see they were looking to bump again but offers the option to cancel which I did. If the package wasn't already almost here there was no way I would see it for another 4-6 weeks. Since I used PayPal I was secured my return of money. I don't think they ever intended on filling my order or they were going to ship in a 2 -3 mos wait time. Not worth it.

The send some thing else, I pay 35 $ for flash camera and the send some thing else and if I want to resend it I have to pay for that.
So they know how to scam, and some one have to stop them

I commended 2 winter men's coats... I payed them for the two coats. Now they just sent me only one coat... and I cannt even contact them... I think they blocked me... everything says"error loading".

Very frustrated

I have been shopping with wish for over a year. Yesterday I changed my credit card, the name and address is the same as the previous card, yet they flagged my card and now I cannot purchase anything. Finally after several weeks, and sending in a copy of evey card I own they unblocked my account. They are ridiculous, and their customer service is non existent. You can never talk to the same person twice so everything just gets looped... Their customer service number is just an automated loop telling you to email them.

I have every reason to believe this is a scam website. I have not had any joy regarding a portable Bluetooth speaker I ordered on Wish. The item never worked and I am just being lied to and tossed around with the promise of a replacement item. All I want is a full refund - simple!
I will never encourage anyone to buy stuffs on Wish... what you see is not what you get.

I ordered a gps for a Christmas gift and paid 60 bucks for it and when it came in the mail I found that there was this heavy metal car rack or something that wasn't even nice. Not happy at all.

I ordered a vest off wish. According to the shipping it said it should take a month. The delivery date goes by and i get a e-mail saying my item has been sitting at us customs for 3 weeks. Are you $#*!ing kidding me? I got my money back but still pissed. This site is a complete $#*!ing joke!

I ordered 5 brand name lip glosses and 2 "elf on the shelf" dolls. 5 weeks later and never received anything. The date that they promise the items will be there by keeps getting pushed back farther and farther. What a scam.

Ordered over $100 of stuff for my kids for Christmas. Recieved email confirmation and a preauthorization debit on my card. Within 2 days they credited back the funds and two days after that they sent an app notification that my order was refunded due to issues with my account and now they are asking for me to upload a photo id and a copy of my bank statement. WTF?!?! Umm... no thanks!
