You get what you pay for

I started using wish in October and found a lot of name brand makeup products for extremely cheap prices. Most of the items I ordered have came in (after like a month-long wait) however it is clear that these products are indeed not name brand. You have to check which store you are ordering from because the majority of the stores on wish are based in China that make knock-off items. There have also been a few items that I have not received but when I requested a refund I got one. I definitely would not save any credit card information on here. It's just an overall sketchy site.

I order intems 10/26/2016 total $96 Canadian I'm still waiting on my order delivery dates keep changing and no ph# to call I wish I had actually look up theses reviews before I made a purchase I will never order again you just lost a potential valid customer

Use your head

If your paying $3 for something that would cost you 30 here use your head. As far is shipping is concerned remember this is coming from China with the cheapest possible shipping method. That's why it takes 2 or more weeks to get here. Yes far is refunds go I have S for and I have been giving refunds. Use their sizing charts.
All the products that I have purchased they are worth what I paid for them or more

Here's a copy of the letter I sent them after waiting months for my order which never arrived and waiting three weeks for the credit I was promised. Thank goodness I payed through PayPal and never gave them my card.

"Yes you just refunded my money after keeping me waiting for 12 days and only now refunding it because I wrote and told you I would give you bad reviews if you didn't refund my money. How about all the elderly people or sick people or way too busy people or young people who don't have the knowledge, time, ability or strength to fight back people like yourselves who post these bogus web sites and represent yourselves as having real. Business with real products but in fact you are scammers that sell products in China that you may or may not ever send to us and are usually worth a fraction of what we paid if we ever get the items. You think by communicating in emails that are polite and professional you are convincing me you people are anything less then the next bunch of creeps who exploit and steal from hard working folks. You make me sick!"

Slow boat from China

I would strongly advise you not order from this site. I got an email 11/8 that my order was shipped. Pretty sure that was false. Still waiting. At this point I doubt I will ever receive my order. Gives new meaning to slow boat from China.

They have these shirts for really cheap that are supposed to be ivory Ella brand. I know people that have ordered it and it ended up being paper thin and the neckline of it was giant. Also it pulled so easily it was obviously FAKE. Definitely order it off the official ivory Ella website and NOT HERE.

I have nothing good to say about this company. Shipping is expensive. I ordered a bunch of items and within a month have only received two. And those both went in the trash because of quality.

I ordered from the Wish app for the first time last month, it tells you the timeframe to expect the items, most of the items are coming from China, so yes, it is going to take awhile, if you order from them, you should expect it, the items I ordered that I have received so far, came a couple weeks early, but don't assume that will always be the case. Some of the items aren't the highest quality, but if you are paying a $1 for an item, surely you don't think you are getting Gucci items. So far I am pleased with the app.

Garbage

The items are *, the shipping is *. They put a price of let's say $1.87 for an item- then you click on it to buy it and the price says $5.00... this isn't just on an item or two- it happened MANY times. The descriptions of items are in broken English- the character items for kids are made of some strange materials. The whole thing is sketchy and too good to be true. Don't get me wrong- it's a fun idea which is what hooks you but it's a total waste. Resist temptation and go to Amazon and pay a little more. At least you know what you're getting, they will respond to you if there's a problem and if you need a return you will actually get your money... can't say the same when dealing with wish. Lesson learned- never again.

IT'S A WASTE OF TIME

I ordered 2 items on 11/14/2016 and thought I would at least get them in a say two weeks but NO! My ETA is on 12/14/2016 - (Just praying that i get them though).

I never read reviews on this sight before I placed the order, like I wouldnt have. What surprices me most is the way management of this sight have given death ears to all the nagative reviews. Smh

I will never order from here and will tell everyone not to.

I haven't had issues so far with wish. You all have to remember. Don't order something you need soon. If you order from wish EXPECT to give at LEAST 3 weeks for shipping. Its coming from CHINA... so yes its going to take a while. Its not like ebay or amazon. And you still have problems with those sites. I mean think you getting something for DIRT cheap. Remember. You get what you pay for. This website is for people who don't have a lot of money to spend on items & get what you want for a discounted price. Just keep that in mind. I like wish for the most part I just order a TON of stuff last night so we shall see how it works I have ordered a bracelet and scarf before. Granted the scarf was very cheap material but hey I paid $1.50 for it!

I ordered a couple of SD cards for $29.99 from Wish that would have cost me bet $150.00-$250 in a retail store (the EXACT same ones)
Work great in my camera. Have had no problems with them. Need SD cards for your digital camera, I would recommend Wish...$29.99 compared to $150-$250. I get them from Wish.

I have ordered many things from this site, before I actual recieve them. Once I started to recieve them, I stopped ordering from wish.com. Put off about 10 clothing items only 2 are something I can wear. 1 actually looks like a Halloween costume. The Gadgets on the other hand ate not so bad. So far they all work. The shipping time is ridiculous, nothing I ordered came before a month.

I PAID TWICE!

Here's the thing they advertise an item that's very cheap plus shipping and give you time limited discounts. Of course! I was tempted plus that time limit discount double temptation! But because of that time limit BS i had to pay twice (BECAUSE THE TIME LIMIT DISCOUNT RAN OUT AND THE PRICE HAD CHANGE) AND that first order wasn't recorded.(BUT THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT) and i contacted costumer service and asked for a refund. It happened in july and until now i haven't received my refund! HERE'S PROOF!

This is the discounted price. That they took from my account. Without recording the order
And this is the second payment because the discounted price time limit ran out. "so you have to checkout again" they say

Never again!

I have ordered a piece of furniture. After one week I have received an information that my order is delayed due to high volume of order's. I know that manufacturer have discontinued this range of furniture therefore I have requested to cancel this order. For almost 2 weeks my emails have been ignored. I have warned Homewish about consequences if I will not get my money back immediately. After 6 weeks I have finally refund. No apologies, no one even bothered to answer. I am buying lots of things via Internet but I will never ever consider this site again. Please stay away.

Customers services sucks.

No one reads the emails. The have pre-set statements and just push a button. I have 26 emails going back and forth were they haven't even read what the problem is. Calling them is a joke, the phone just rings endlessly. I will never order from wish or house again. Worst services ever
