This service is totally unreliable and ridiculous amounts of time for shipping orders. They advertise items that are not available and you do not realize this until they do not arrive after a month and you contact them as to what happened to your order. If you tell them you did not receive your order or you received wrong item but still want the item they will require a picture of wrong item and then ONLY, issue a refund and ignore your request for correct item. Then if you still want item you have to re-order item and wait another 4-6 weeks to find out if you will receive what you ordered. Stay away from this site especially if you want it in a reasonable amount of time and the correct item.

As always when buying from an app that imports from China i see alot of comments about clothes bot fitting always read the sizing chart as theit sizes are different then ours ice purchases many things in wish and other China import sires and yes some stuff is crap that's what youre paying for but they have alot of good items as well the close we buy in North america us almost all made in China or other places
If you read the sizing properly yoy will love buying on wish and the jewelry is great prices too I suggest staying away from make up ot anything that you ingest because the laws there arw different then here

Be abit weary

I brought an item on wish.com and they took the money out of my acc but I tried to look at the recent bank history and it didnt say that I had made a transaction, dont know what to think or even if im going to get that item! Wtf?

Not so bad!

I have been ordering products for months and I have been satisfied with 95% with items and items received. Their customer service is very good. I have always got a refund if I didn't receive the item. I even get to keep the item when it finally arrives. Stop complaining guys! Remember you get what you pay for. Don't trash them for you ONE bad experience.

Good Service

They are not know for fast shipping, but what do you expect when a majority of the items are coming from over seas and have to go through customs? But I had to request a refund on 1 item due to it not being what I thought I ordered, no issue at all. I had my email the very next day saying it was back in my PayPal. Today Wish app sent me 2 notifications for 2 items I have not received yet and it told me to contact costumer service. I did and they are refunding me my money for BOTH items, and I am to keep the items when they do come for my trouble. Wish is trying to be a good company, it's just the businesaes who sell on Wish are the ones NOT doing a good job in getting items out. Wish themselves should set up some kind of penalty for the sellers when that happens. But fyi a little Google, and Wish itself is ran out of California.

Their ad states "If you can wait two weeks..." but shipping actually takes 21-35 days! Items tend to be SMALLER than they appear in the pictures so make sure you read the reviews regarding size (jewelry, wall decals, stuffed animals, etc). Clothing is treacherous, as their sizing is way different from that in the USA. Be sure to again read the reviews for recommendations on how many sizes UP to order. Also, items with long sleeves have VERY THIN ARMS! Very tight & extra long! With these things in mind, shopping can otherwise be fun & inexpensive! You must have patience for the shipping.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

EVERYTHING I ordered was crap! I'm a size 7 and ordered something that was 2X just to make sure it would fit & I couldn't even zip it up! They will send you any color but the color you ordered & who's going to pay shipping back to CHINA? Too good to be true!

I have been reading all the reviews and looks like everybody is complaining about one thing or another. I placed my order on sept but I haven't received it. Its not a car just a small little thing that can be put on a box and might weight about 500grams not hard to send. I wonder how many people this site has scammed.

Disapointing

You see items they price for £300 and reduced to £30 - you might think amazing deal. Just take the item name and google it. You will see the STANDARD price is probable cheaper than their so called great deals.
Really not worth shopping from them. Use a bit of sense and check before you buy.

I ordered 7 items and only 2 are keepable and one of those is questionable... however that really isn't the issue. Items I ordered do not fit or are not as they were presented on the site and I have tried to return these items and don't even get a reply to my return request. Am I stuck with these items... probably... I will NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM WISH.COM!

Don't expect quality

I just received the two item I had ordered. They are of a very poor quality.(they look like halloween custom). No details. Hate them. Will not ware them. And will not shop at Wish ever again.

The pictures they have on products are pictures they take from other websites and the products are not the same material as what is shown. Very disappointed in the clothing I ordered.

Item Wasn't Received

I haven't received my item, delivery date keep on changed but never received it. I am trying to get the item status from the Customer Support number, *******172 but just a recorded voice to use the app. I am planning to call my credit card to get the money back.

I wanted to support startup company but it seems very risky. My order value is very small but lost my trust on this company. Wanted to give 0 start but this site doesn't allow me to do it.

Ordered from Wish in August and still have NOT delivered my curlers and its almost December. On the thing it said it would be there in September. NOPE screw this website\app I will never use it gain you guys suck.

What a piece of junk site

So... I ordered about 40 things from this site all in one night couple of things have arrived and I thought I would follow up on when the rest were due to find that they have cancelled and refunded about 35 of the items saying they are not available. What a load of rubbish! Why list them on there if they're not available... what a waste of valuable time and now I have to go and find alternate Christmas presents. Not even an email to advise me of this! I had to go looking. Terrible...

Worst - stick with eBay!

WORST. App is fine but experience is awful. Christmas presents not arriving in time because they cancelled my order with no communication or notification. Because it was a big order and they want to verify my identity - which is fine, but they didn't tell me AND CANCELLED the order. I only found out because the system alerted me when I went to buy something else! And then the system wouldn't allow me to provide the information it was asking for anyway! Contacted them but they don't care. STICK WITH EBAY!

Wish.com -- Big Fan

I leveraged Wish.com, skeptically, for my son's birthday party as we needed a bunch of items that would cost a fortune on Amazon and they came through for me. We even went through the effort to line-up a back-up ordering plan if the site was not legitimate. In the end, the purchased items were delivered about 2 weeks earlier than expected and the quality was exceptional. Further, I had some questions that were immediately answered by the Support staff. All I can say is that I am very pleased with them.

Can anyone please help me - how do I contact these people or report them? They said they refunded my full order (10 items) due to not in stock - 3 weeks and still no refund then say my acct is blocked and send them my id credit card and bank statement... um wth for? Please help me get thru if anyone knows how
