Okay. Let me start by saying that I have ordered from wish before and had no problems. I needed a new bed frame for my sons bed and I found a decent price for a twin platform bed. The next day I got a slam of emails saying "my order was received, my order was delivered, my order was processed"
I wasnt expecting it to be so fast and or confusing. When I got home from work, there was my target purchases, amazon, and something I bought from Sears. NO BED FRAME! Okay. Now, I mean I dont know for sure but im positive a bed frame doesn't come in that small of a box that its easily transparent or invisible or hard to find. Maybe a narrow box, but then it would be tall and easy to spot? Maybe collapsed and folded, but then it would be a decent size box. I contacted wish support and they KEEP REPEATING THE SAME THING
"check your surroundings" "ask who you live with" blah blah blah. As if I didnt already do all the above and made the most common sense decisions on my own, without having to be told. I ALREADY KNOW TO LOOK AROUND ME! So then I contact "FED EX" Who apparently is "claiming it was delivered" blah blah blah "someone will call you in three business days" NOW FED EX IS TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED! Contact wish help support again and again Im told to "check my surroundings" UGGH!
I bought a bed frame. For my son. I just need a bedframe.

I did an order of about 6 items, only one arrived. I have tried to contact the costumer support multiple times (within the time frame they give for refunds), unfortunately the app "blocked" me and i couldn't send the completed questionnaire because literally I could not click the "send" button. In the order history It states as "delivered item" but there is not track record to when or where, which implies it is indeed fake. Horrible costumer service, not recommend this at all.

I constantly receive emails advertising amazing prices on things such as iPhones and the like, but good luck finding those items when you use the app. In addition, all the prices you see initially on just about every product, when you click on that product to learn more, the actual price is ALWAYS higher.
I'm tired of this app wasting my time. There are so many more sites exactly like wish that are options.
Wish has done themselves in! Everything is either a scam and/or just an outright lie. Don't waste your time. Take it from someone who knows what it used to be and the drastic difference of what it is now.
They've got to be suffering. The dishonesty is so blatant now. Was not like that before.

Cheap little handed Chinese products that never come in time or are the wrong size or just wrong now there 50 cents to good to be true deals never come through only 3 reason that could be number one they have thousands of people pay 50 cents American knowing they never truly even going to sale it they take that money invest it really quickly while screwing over American banks knowing the bank has to pay you back or just so they can get bank information and take cents out every now and then that you would never notice but times that by thousands and ya but I think they just jealous cause trump the best and they can't get away with their stuff anymore I'm deleting my account after this they and copy and paste this everywhere and better business they going to get shut done

I tried to get a refund for it, because as we all know, Wish sometimes, often sells products that are not, or do not match the descriptions. The last one I ordered, was a Chuwi tablet PC, that certainly does exist, but in this case, all I got was a cheap laptop keyboard cover. So when this particular watch, ordered almost 4 months later arrived, it had no documentation, and didn't resemble the watch sold on the site. And they accused me of abusing the refund system. How? Why? I dunno. But I will never order from them again. See photos, notice a difference?

I placed an order for three items. I received "them" I guess. The engraver didn't work, the beads were smaller then I thought they were supposed to be and the epoxy resin mold set was a complete bust. The engraver was refunded the beads I decided to keep and work it out, but when it came to the mold set. I was told that I needed to send a copy of the shipping label in order to get a fund. I was on my way out of town when I checked the mail. I opened the package and it look a little strange, but I didn't compare the items to the order until after I got back home. I was denied a refund of a little less than $15 and got to keep a pieces of bull$#*!. Do not bother with them my nine year old said I could've told you not to order from them they have bad reviews everywhere. The picture on the left is what I received. The picture on the right is what I was supposed to receive.

On 20/09/2019, I purchased New product Original Bluedio H+ Bluetooth Headphone Headset from Wish.com Website. As a test I tried about 10 items all had the same result.

The website is misleading and in my opinion is a scam, using false advertising to sucker in people. The sales pitch that the item is "Free and only pay postage" is false and misleading.

In the fine print there is a statement that reads "Limited Quantity Deal: Only 1 offered at this price per day. First transaction that is fully processed will get the item. You will be notified in 24 hours if you were the first purchaser. All others will receive a full refund." is a total lie. I have attempted to buy another four different items and all have come back saying "Limited Quantity Deal: Unfortunately, your purchase was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price. We were unable to fulfill this order." I placed the order and paid for it about 24 hours before.

You've managed to take the funds out of my account immediately yet I am advised that it my take 14 working day to get my refund. Question: How many people wouldn't bother to go through the hoops to get the refund (assuming it comes anyway)? You have a large number of these scams on the website.

I have placed several orders with wish.com. In a nutshell Wish sells cheap Chinese products with no instructions of how to use the product or very brief instructions written in Chinese. You will wait weeks and weeks on any purchase. The product reviews on the site are fake simply because they all say the same thing regardless of what product it is. "Shipped so fast" never... "I haven't used it yet but it's looks great!" not... "I can't wait to use my products!" how is a review even possible if you have never even used it? Think about it... It's a very overrated "company" and if you are looking for cheap made items with no instructions and want to wait a month or more for the cheap products then Wish is for you. That is Wish in a nutshell. I am still waiting on items I purchased what seems like forever ago. I tried Wish and it's terrible so I would not recommend it it to anyone.

There is no support, first you are asked to choose from ready made sentences about your problem ***not it does not have a box for NEVER DELIVERED. Next you go to the internet and they encourage you to go to *******@wish.com... supposedly a real person asks what wrong... then you are sent a website that you pay $5.00 for an answer and will be billed monthly $10.00 month! No mistake it did it two times. Had I been a better American I would not have bought from China! American companies would never have been so shoddy... well you know the old saying, YOU GET WHAT YOU OAY FOR... stay away from this company, I WISH I HAD
