This is partly my fault for buying things that could be questionable. Wish has huge shipping costs, and says for example a T-Shirt is 2.99 great deal than when I bought it shipping was $5.00 and shirt price 10.00! What?! Than when I get it it's made of polyester and way too small! I leave a review on their site and it disappears! Here's the old adage folks IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT ISN'T! Moving forward I will shop only at Costco for discounts or a. 99 cent store. They should be investigated for fraud!
I used WISH for the first time and ordered a little straw purse for vacation. The purse came from China and took a month to get here. Now, this could be coincidental, but my debit card was used in Shanghai 16 times with debits totaling almost $1,500. So for me, I will not be using Wish anymore.
Ordered lots of seed (flowering plants). Out of around 20 packs of seeds, only had two plants come up and they weren't even close to what the were advertised as.

This is ridiculous I try to arrange the whole time via wish that I want my money back because I haven't received it yet. It has now been more than 3 months since I have had it. I try to talk to them, they say we send you on to a real person, I only get the exact same message sent back. I usually do not bother but this is more than 30 euros that I spend on this site and this makes no sense. I have never received a confirmation email or a medling that it has arrived. I want my money back and otherwise I have to take measures. I want to talk to a real person about it and not a f***** computer!

For an unknown reason I've been blocked by Wish's system, according to an email. The stupidest is that they can't remove the block.
Over a few years I have purchased items from Wish, always making sure nothing over $10 in case of problems. And up until now so far so good. I broke I own rule and ordered sneakers - wrong size - 6.5 instead of 8.5, useless. I reported this on their web site and received no response. I also could not find any reference to asking about a follow up update. I just found their 1-866 # on this site and called it. First it rang out, then I tried again. Amazing I guy answered, I told him why I was calling. The conversation went like this: "I need to return the shoes. He asked me how much I paid for them $19. He then said "You called the wrong number!" So I said "what do you mean"? Too late - he had hung up on me! Go figure.
I have been trying to get a refund for over 2 weeks. There is no way to talk to customer service. Keep getting a run around items ordered looked nothing like picture. Will never buy from wish again.
Clothes all run extremely small. Electronics support devices like charger cords are hit or miss. Make up brushes, party favors and little gimmicky items are worth getting here because you can't beat the price. Just plan well in advance because shipping takes forever and is very unreliable. On the bright side, they are more than willing to refund money and / or resend upon request and the refund process is extremely easy.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The quality is SO terrible! Nothing looks like the pictures. AND, if you wear an XS, you need to order a 5XL, and unless you're super short, it will still be too short to wear. I think their sizes must be in children's sizes, because even the sleeves are so small. If by some miracle, the shirt fit everywhere else, you couldn't fit your arms through. I literally couldn't get a small cucumber to fit through the sleeves. Six weeks later, I still haven't received everything. But, who cares? I already know that that it will be crap when/if I ever do finally get it. They count on no one willing to pay to ship the worthless crap back to China. I should have looked at the independent reviews instead of their fake reviews posted on their site. My bad. Won't EVER happen again!
Purch a t shirt 3xl it came after almost 5 weeks. When it came would barley fit a 10 year old. I contacted cust service the stated largest size they had and i pay to ship back the shirt. And were not very nice about this then they e mail to say that if i change the poor rating they will refund my purch. Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
