When ordering items that are way below the cost of similar items in the stores near you, don't expect to get a Rolex Oyster for 4$ + 4$ shipping cost. The only items that I can buy at that price, are at Dollorama or some other dollar+ store... I received the smart bracelet last Friday and it works as well as advertised. Go check out jewellery store and ask for an inexpensive watch and they will show you a variety that may start at a few hundred dollars. Having had companies myself, there are always complaints, that are quite true and personal opinions. Just remember that if you want high or better quality, why are you buying a 4$ watch, ring or necklace? They are a scam who steal your money. Their is no one ever available to chat. I sent 3 emails and no one ever responded in reference to my card being stolen and someone changed $500 to my account. I have since filed a claim with my bank
Someone had used my card to order things and i notified wish and they daid theyd help me. They showed me what email address ordered the stuff that was not my email address they also showed me the address it got sent to whivh was also not my address so i lost $57.49 and they stopped responding to my emails. Im so mad and stressed this is number 1 bull$#*!

At first it seems like a great deal, but everything takes way to long to get it, (unless you pay more) and the products are of barely "passable" quality. The upside is if you want a refund they'll give it to you immediately with not much of a fuss at all, and you get to keep the product as well! Yay right? WRONG! After months that i don't have news, i tried have the refund and they told me that i can't receive the refund because it's been too long, when they told me to wait. I ordered a product that I patiently waited for delivery of which never came. Tracking ID confirms this and they are refusing to give a refund since 30 days have lapsed. Yes. It has been over 30 days since purchase, but the problem is that the product was never delivered which is fully documented in the tracking ID and they still will not refund.
I ordered several things from wish. When i didnt receive the items i tried to use their automated system to file a claim. Their system told me i had to wait a few weeks to file the report and when i came back it said that again. So i STILL waited for the order to be delivered from china thinking maybe a backlog or something. I went to file the claim again today for over 60 dollars of products and now its saying its TOO LATE that i had to file the 2 months from when the order was placed... which i did and it wouldn't let me.
I think this company is stealing from people all over the world with its fake automated system telling people they cant file a complaint when they feel its time then refusing to give the refund. Its a whole con scam. I have filed a complaint with paypal and with the Better business bureau.
My order was to arrive in 2 months, it did not arrive, I decided to be patient and wait another month, and yet it still did not come. All communication as to the movement of the package had stopped from Wishes side. I eventually had to ask for a refund which has not yet come through. "Cheap" items just wasted my time and definitely didn't save me any money.
Slow to receive, but overall pretty satisfied with what I got. My main complaint is that I ordered two of the same bracelet, and what I received was NOT what was pictured. The picture was of a beautiful silver bracelet, but I received two UGLY ones entirely different instead. I will not bother to appeal to customer service in light of the other reviews. Of course, their gimmick is shipping charge on every item. You must decide whether the item is worth the great price after shipping is added in. I have seen some items that the shipping was more than the cost of the item. I do love to peruse the site though.

They claim for some reason your order was not able to be processed and they need to verify you are the account holder. They want you to send copy of your bank statement showing the transaction, this is not right. If you got your money just send the merchandise how hard can that be. They did this to me twice. I'm done with this company.
Ordered 2 sofa covers and was not happy with the colour. When I tried to contact them well within the 30 days limit to exchange, they would not provide me with enough info to exchange the items. Whenever I tried to contact them I had to send a photo of the items again and again and then got a standard email back that did not answer my question as to where to send them back, since the origin of the items was unknown. I would be extremely wary of dealing with this company. They market cute photos but the shopping experience for me was extremely concerning.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
