I ordered many things, but it took a day and a half to "Process" Then over the course of 5 hours, it refunded EVERYTHING. I didn't even want a refund, I waited the the things from my order. NOT a wasted 2 days of my life.

This is NOT like Amazon or ebay. Amazon does not sell fraudulent items. Ebay has an easy warranty and a numerical trust rating. Wish has nothing. I bought a night-vision infrared monocular. What I got had no night vision and no infrared capability. It was a cheap monocular with poor optics - worth about $5 at a Five-below store, if even that.
I have placed an order on 17 Oct 2019.
When I check my account on 23 Oct, to my surprise, there is another order on 21 Oct, which I have NOT committed to purchase. By the time I noticed, it is passed the 8 hours for cancellation as stated in their website. It is my oversight, although I have received many emails notices, which I assume is for the 17 Oct order. I only check when I become suspicious of the numbers of emails I received. To make the matter worst, the auto generated order on 21 Oct are numerous repeated items which I put into the cart for my review & comparison on later dates. I have cancelled my credit card & made a police report on this incident. On WISH side, I am still waiting for them to respond & reply, while continuing to receive their numerous delivery emails, which are time consuming to check all. Hate this experience.

I bought a generetor but instead I received a box of garbage about a month ago today is 10/22/19 and I still can't get a shipping level I been trading every day for the past month I have email them and is always a different person telling me the same stuff to go to the app and request a refund and I always tell them that I have their system suck please don't buy from here and help me spread the word it cost me $700 don't buy from wish.com

I'm happy with Wish products are not best quality but sometimes you get surprised with a WOW product that you got for cheap. Customer service great if you aren't satisfied with purchase they give you full refund. Only downside is if your in a hurry to get a product this site isn't for you, sometimes it can take over 1 month to receive. Oh and pay attention to shipping charges... sometimes shipping costs are higher than product. Happy shopping
I have ordered many items from Wish.com... I'm careful as to not purchase shoes, clothes or heavy items. I have purchase arm sleeves for gym, silver rings, gel polish and have not been disappointed at all. Sure they take a long time so I have to expectations of arrival. I do write the date down and I only purchase one item at a time. But I keep in mind you get what you pay for. But overall I give them a 5 star rating. If you need me I will be at Wish buying a Santa for outdoors... Thank you
Wish, what can i say about Wish? It's additicting. You find items that are free but they charge you 10.00 shipping. If you don't get the items that have the orange truck, you'll wait 2 months to get it. That's the bad part. Good part. Makeup is great! Jewellery is great. Kids clothes fit good. Order from the same shop. That way they deliver it all together!
I bought an aluminum folding table from a store on wish through the app. It was, with shipping, around $30. The tracking information said that the package was delivered on September 25th. I kindly told wish that it was not delivered to my address, and that I would have seen it had it been. They wouldn't help me at all in this matter. I contacted the post office who said that they would look into it. The post office called me back and told me that it was mailed to a completely different address in pottstown. I tried contacting wish again to tell them. Nothing happened. Even when I asked to speak to a manager. A few days later the post office contacted me back again to tell me that the tracking information wish had sent me was to a package with a different address and name on it. It wasn't my package. The seller is a scammer. I tried telling wish this again, to reopen the ticket, to recover my money. They have stopped replying to me, even after seeing the evidence, they have called it "resolved". No matter how many messages I send them, their customer service team is garbage and will not refund my money, even after looking at comments made on the sellers site (after I bought the item) showing that many people were having the same problem. And here's the kicker, they haven't shut the seller down yet. This is complete horse crap. I will never be using wish again nor will I recommend them and I will always talk bad about them after this experience.
Base on my experience, My item does not arrived for months. The problem is that the tracking was Inaccurate. Their last location was "Wishpost order has been generated" ever since after I bought it. The app said the latest will arrived at this date, but in the end they said it'll be delayed it again. The problem is that when I wanted to get a refund to the seller, it said "Failed to find product with this ID" and the Customer support wasn't even helping! Just some bot keep repeating the same question/response. What a horrible system if you asked me. Why wouldn't they allow me direct to the seller? Why couldn't they update the tracking item? Why does it need to be delayed? It make me question even more and thinking it's a scam that they delete their account away. I know that I bought the item was pretty cheap and shouldn't expect it and make a big deal out of it but since I pay for it, I still deserve to get my item. PS: I know some people here said we shouldn't trust an app that selling cheap stuffbut I don't believe that the case because I download another app which cost similar as I bought it on wish. Guess what? The item arrive on few weeks. That being said it all depends on the website and Wish isn't the one we shouldn't trust.
They sell drugs, fake silver and gold, fake medicine on the site and WISH promotes it. I tried to contact them, they refuse to respond.

My friend also had his credit card number taken INTERNALLY at WISH and used in ANOTHER country.
I got caught up in trying to score a limited items deals stating if you are first person to process payment for it. So I went ahead and ordered about 40-50 items and to no surprise i wasnt first on any of them. Now the worst part is trying to get your refund for each. The only way is to select customer support bot and click through 5 things for each the item and then multiply that times 50 items at about 2 min process click through the support bot and next thing you know an hour and 50 mins have gone by to get my refund.
They purposely made it supper difficult, when they could of let you check off multiple items at once. Then they hold your money for 2 weeks before they return it. Dont waste your time with that site-Go to ebay its much safer and efficient and every item wish has is on ebay for cheaper!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
