Fast delivery

I've just received my order and I'm really happy with it. I was sceptical because I ordered before I read the reviews, but I needn't have worried. The only thing I will say is that they are made of a stretchy material so they fit snugly. I was impressed with the speed of delivery.

Cheap stuff

I have ordered a few things from Wish. You basically get what you paid for. The jewelry is ok. My daughter liked the few necklaces I got her. The watch didn't work. Most of it broke after wearing it once. I would stay away from clothes. Ordered a couple of shirts for someone. I ordered 3x in US sizes. It was more like a Medium.

There is no uk telephone number to help you. I paid £22 foe 2 items on the 22nd October. I received i item 2 weeks ago and have not seen the other item. Complete waste of time and money steer clear of WISH.

While the product purchase platform is trusted, those who use it to sell their products are of low standard and end up being expensive and with a long delivery time; in other cases they advertise and display items from other products to tempt you at a low cost and send other than what you see, while as long as the delivery time of the product has changed the object and have put where they have sent you. Not so thrilled with shipping times

I have made many purchases via wish and have liked how inexpensive some things are. Lately items have taken almost 2 months to get to me. I understand shipping time and can wait the 4-6 weeks. Lately it as been almost 2 months for items to get to me if they do. So if you need and item quickly don't rely on the shipping times or pay extra for faster shipping.

I have been cheated by Wish! 11 of the 25 products that I ordered in August last year has still not arrived and they are refusing to give me my money back for the products that I haven't received. I have lost about R1000. Do not order from these people! You also have to pay a fortune for "Customs" at the post office when you collect your products, They don't use postnet. [SOUTH AFRICA]

This site is terrible, things were added in my cart, junk I might add, and I was charged for the crap I didn't catch when I checked out. I would never go to this site again, it is a SCAM, stay away, you will be better off... this crap comes from China and the shipping was $28.

Stay away

I ordered a smart watch. When I tried to log into the website to program, the website was marked "private". When I contacted them, I was given instructions to go to my purchased items. The watch was removed from that list. They told me that they would help but every email went to a page error, code 404 not found. After a month, I have given up.

Products recieved broken
February 25, 2018

There were 3 times out of probably 100 orders that were received broken. I couldn't get a refund because I am old school. I have a computer, house phone and regular camera that takes film. But like I said. I have had at least 100 items received from WISH. I love the items and I hope to keep ordering. The prices are affordable most of the time..

Bought earing mid april - only 15.00 including shipping. Never receive the order. O wrote them - took a while They credited the product but not shipping saying it was in it s way and keep them when they get there. Never got them. Sid we contacted merchant - will resent them. Wrote a week later - sorry merchant will not send them. Now waiting for the shipping credit.

I've been ordering from Wish for a long, long time. I have never had a problem. Yes, the shipping takes forever +a day, but it's CHINA, people! Depending on where you're from, it could take months to receive your items. Also remember that you get what you pay for. Read the fine print, and don't expect miracles in shipping times. I love Wish! Great prices and excellent selection. Just a word to the wise, the sizing charts can be off. I'm a US size medium, I always order a Large/X-Large in shirts. I always order my size (6-US) in shoes, they always fit perfec tly.

Dont bother with this place. Order on day, they take my credit card information, then next day I am told my order cant be filled. Then they want me to take there company credit. Are you $#*!ting me? You did not fill my first order. What makes you think I would ever order from you again. Then telling me it takes 14 business days to get my money back? It took you 10 seconds to take it and it should take 10 seconds to put it back. There lucky there not used for false advertisement and computer fraud. I will make a complaint to the federal folks to have them investigated for internet fraud. I sick of being lied to from the president of the United states and internet company.

NOT HAPPY

Placed my first and last order, nothing is what they make it appear to be. Really cheap products. I was told the clothing was smaller than marked, I wear a 2X so I ordered a 4X, when they arrived they are like a medium. Did not get one thing that I was happy with or that I could. Save your money and never order from this company.

Not like it used to be!

I have been a wish customer for a few years now. I order varied items. And most times, if an item was late, you'd get your refund and the item likely still showed up weeks later. However, the last time I actually received anything was early December 2016. I have since had to refund over a dozen items dating back to October 2016 when I placed the order. And this time, still no sign of the items. That's not the part I care about. I got the refund, that's fine, but there are other items I'd still like to order. There are other itens I have ordered, but were not at the refund point yet. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I've talked to other family members and friends, same issues, nothing ever arrives anymore. Did this company just go out of business or what? Why is this happening? I've sent in inquiries but never a reply. Anyone know why this is happening?

Over charge

I never had problems before but I made an order of $17.81 and suddenly I can't make my phone payment because there is a charge on my card from wish of $110.22 I am very pissed that I was over charged and pissed that I can't get ahold of there stupid people and now it's gonna take them 3 days to even read my email. I need my money back asap and that's not going to happen obviously because there is no actual way to reach this stupid place. This is ridiculous and I will never be ordering from them again after this. I should be able to dispute it with them but now I have to go to my bank. This app should be shut down with crap like this happening. One star for this $#*! hole.

Wish was offering free items. After I finished claiming the item it seems the total amount for shipping was more if I had paid for the item. I immediately canceled the order was told that my credit card would be refunded within 14 days. Next morning checking my e mail message from wish said your items has been shipped. After chatting with someone I was told no refund items was shipped already it had not been 24 hours that I was told the order was canceled. Beware of this company

Disappointment...

You see a price and you add to cart and its like 3 times that, also the shipping charges sometimes are ridiculous. I say t shirts (no brand) and hoodies with the superman logo for over 40 bucks and in Walmart those same ones are 4 bucks. Remember something. If its too good to be true... IT PROBABLY IS! Never again, i was looking at a watch that at a gas station was selling for 6 dollars and wish has it as it if was originally over $900 and now its at a special price of 29.99 and $6 shipping... hourly deal! Hahaha beauty about online businesses and lack of searching. Lmao

Not a honest business.

Wish is not an honest business. You look an item on google, the item price wish list on the page is never a true price. If you click the wish item. It will bring up wish site which shows a different price (mush higher). You would never know what are its real price and shipping cost. Wish always play game. VERY BAD. Don't waist your time.

SCAM ARTIST

I was using the app and placed an order by mistake. I thought it was asking me to continue to the cart when offering an additional discount to buy a product. Nope it charged me immediately. I quickly canceled the order. The bot asked if I wanted a refund to my account if I wanted wish cash that would be issued immediately and ready for use. I opted for wish cash and it has never shown up. I called their "customer service" but it's automated. I submitted 4 different tickets but the bots online ask me to submit a ticket from the refunded order, which you can't actually do in the system. The bot also says my refund was issued and available check my wish balance. I'm very frustrated by this horrible experience. Never ordering from here again
