Ive noticed that the photos advertised in many of their ad's are not photo's of the actual merchandise being sold. The products i received were sloppy cheap versions of the ones shown in the picture. Very deceiving. Save your $

I used to like this site often. At first I would buy a lot of really nice stuff, but then the quality of the products have been getting worse and worse. The past couple of times I tried to get a refund for my items, but it has been very difficult. This last time has been even more difficult. They required me to take photos of the products, however I did not have a camera available. There really is no phone customer service. I had to deal with third-party vendors. The only way I can contact someone is via email, which is very frustrating. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the products. I hope no one else has to go through this because I feel like I have been scammed since the quality has been so poor. I would like my refund!
Love the selection of craft items at a fraction of the price of elsewhere. Wish delivery was faster as a couple of times I've ordered the same thing twice because it takes so long I can't remember what I've ordered
I ordered seeds for succulents, lithops and blue string of pearls. Seeds came but they are not what I ordered. It took months to get the order which was understandable during the pandemic. The seeds were only labelled in Chinese, but I assumed that they were one of the 3 ordered. None of the seeds were succulents. Wish makes it impossible to contact customer service. One set of seeds took 4-5 months to arrive and are not viable! Not one sprout! Boo!

When you order from Wish, you should expect to wait a month or more to get your order. Sometimes your stuff never arrives. When/if your stuff arrives, it will be the poorest quality made-in-China * you can imagine. For example, a cell phone battery pack worked for only 3 days. Bought phone on 9/4 for £51 supposedly arriving between 15/4 - 26/6 never received Wish ignored all my emails e Capt to email I had to search everywhere, I live in cul-de-sac so know everyone, Hermes stated phone put through letter box, impossible, on 22/4, Wish would not send my money back even after approximately 50 emails, sent Hermes about 20 emails and finally, hopefully Hermes are sending my £51 back to me. Do not use Wish.com and if you do insist that they use Royal Mail for deliveries

This site is a scam. They are bunch of crooks. The items they send you is such a garbage that our maid would not even take them for free. I have disputed the charges on my American Express. They keep asking me to send them the photo of their own garbage. Not sure why they want me to send them a photo of their piece of $#*! that they have thousands of them in their store. Do not buy from this site.

When you pay 6 pound for a Nike shirt, what do you expect? The site is cheap, stuff obliviously comes from china, fake goods and copies that take forever to arrive. You might get lucky and get a bargain, you might just get a load of poo! Its the fun of shopping on wish.com
I've had a great experience when shopping for cute items on Wish. The products arrive (eventually) and are mostly as described on the website. I like that they offer a variety of items I cannot find in my homeland for a fraction of the cost. I've only had two bad experiences with different suppliers on Wish. They sent the wrong items (earrings instead of a necklace and a pink dress instead of a blue dress), but considering what I paid for them it wasn't a major financial loss. I've recommended Wish to many of my friends and I continue to purchase things here and there for my students as incentives to work harder.

I find that overall quality of items is good, and the stores I buy from are eager to please. The guarantee from Wish - they really stand by it. I have only had a few tems not show up - out of over a hundred purchased - there were no hassels over refunds. Wish is my favorite shopping place!
Some of the diamond painting need some that we not packed with with them at all. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
