I would never order or purchase from this company.
They have no customer support. I spent over a week trying to resolve an order I didn't place. I finally had to contact. Y banking institution to resolve this for me.

I used to like this site often. At first I would buy a lot of really nice stuff, but then the quality of the products have been getting worse and worse. The past couple of times I tried to get a refund for my items, but it has been very difficult. This last time has been even more difficult. They required me to take photos of the products, however I did not have a camera available. There really is no phone customer service. I had to deal with third-party vendors. The only way I can contact someone is via email, which is very frustrating. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the products. I hope no one else has to go through this because I feel like I have been scammed since the quality has been so poor. I would like my refund!

I ordered seeds for succulents, lithops and blue string of pearls. Seeds came but they are not what I ordered. It took months to get the order which was understandable during the pandemic. The seeds were only labelled in Chinese, but I assumed that they were one of the 3 ordered. None of the seeds were succulents. Wish makes it impossible to contact customer service. One set of seeds took 4-5 months to arrive and are not viable! Not one sprout! Boo!

Bought phone on 9/4 for £51 supposedly arriving between 15/4 - 26/6 never received Wish ignored all my emails e Capt to email I had to search everywhere, I live in cul-de-sac so know everyone, Hermes stated phone put through letter box, impossible, on 22/4, Wish would not send my money back even after approximately 50 emails, sent Hermes about 20 emails and finally, hopefully Hermes are sending my £51 back to me. Do not use Wish.com and if you do insist that they use Royal Mail for deliveries

This site is a scam. They are bunch of crooks. The items they send you is such a garbage that our maid would not even take them for free. I have disputed the charges on my American Express. They keep asking me to send them the photo of their own garbage. Not sure why they want me to send them a photo of their piece of $#*! that they have thousands of them in their store. Do not buy from this site.

I've had a great experience when shopping for cute items on Wish. The products arrive (eventually) and are mostly as described on the website. I like that they offer a variety of items I cannot find in my homeland for a fraction of the cost. I've only had two bad experiences with different suppliers on Wish. They sent the wrong items (earrings instead of a necklace and a pink dress instead of a blue dress), but considering what I paid for them it wasn't a major financial loss. I've recommended Wish to many of my friends and I continue to purchase things here and there for my students as incentives to work harder.

Hi i placed two orders on wish, and 2 days after, i only asked, how long do they need to send items, response great news, we cancel your order and will refund you in two weeks, for no reason and all, wish cancel my orders because they wanted to have more money for the same items afterwards, this is a scam, please do buy anything from Wish, or
Aliexpress it's the same, customer service non-existent, and the buyer money guarantee also non existent, it's a scam, and if you do get a response, then only from a robot, i mean come on now, you can get on any other sites the same deal, without been scammed, this was the first time and last time that i ordered on any Chinese website, on top i have to run after my refund. Guys please do not order anything from Wish or Aliexpress it's a nightmare, if you don't want to have the same problems afterwards.

Some of the diamond painting need some that we not packed with with them at all. The company should some place where we can be that we can get them a sad thing work your fingers off and all you get unfinished project and no one to help i have call no answer so then write no answer Back up you product is a good ides

I have ordered alot of stuff from wish never had a problem at all till now I ordered stuff in February and still have not got my two items... u go on the suit to try and talk to someone about this and they just keep saying I will get it... I'm not happy I will never order stuff on this site again
