I cancelled an order within seconds of placing it but the money was still withdrawn. Wish says it wasn't even though I could PROVE it. Another order I had already placed went through for more money than it send when I clicked submit pay. Both times I contacted CS and got the run around. Never Again!

I give you one star because I do like that the products get here quicker. Ive been shopping here for a really long time so I managed to figure out the Sizes. Back then the price you saw was the price it actually was. Now they draw you in with the fake price and then charge you three times with the price actually yes. I order lots of stuffs from wish. Then i received a note to that said there is something wrong with my user account and requested me to send the picture of my actual credit card to them. I do not know wish since this my first time so i did not send anything to wish. Now i went to check on my bank. They charged me for what i order and i do not know when i can get my refund back? If not where i can send the report to?
Everything thing is good with wish store. The bad thing is the long time sipping time is, and sometimes stuff do not arrive. But when asking for a full refund, in a matter of minutes you have your money back.

They have not responded to the BBB complaint and have allowed the guy to profit by selling stolen items-and of course, they're profiting, too aren't they? Very poor packaging, rusulting to damage product and half full item. Very poor form of delivery, for a small item i have to pay unreasonable shipping fee plus postal payment of 5$ for every item. I repeat EVERY ITEM. And i ordered more than 10 items. Not worth in addition you have to wait for almost 1 month for a it to be delivered.

On their page it says that they guarantee their stuff or your money back well that's a joke a lot of their stuff is so cheaply made I have gotten stuff from them like jewelry for instance and it has tore up the next day I've even ordered stuff from them and opened it up and it would be broken or damaged I definitely would not recommend this this site. Cheaply made stuff you will spend more in shipping and handling than you will for the item and the way it's described is not the way it looks when you get it

This site promised that they would deliver. They don't! They keep moving the estimated delivery so you are unable to claim a refund. They also say they will not refund the whole amount because they have shipping costs. The item was never shipped!

UPDATE: We finally got a customer support rep who could understand that we got an incomplete order and we were issued a refund. Once they listened, they were helpful and we are pleased with their service

We placed two orders with Wish. One was correct but we received only a partial order for the other. In spite of several explanations and images sent to Wish to prove we had received only one component of the four that made up the item, they insisted that they had sent what they were supposed to. They finally agreed to a refund, but only if I paid return shipping. Given that I had only a partial order to return we decided it wasn't worth a prolonged battle. Just as they hoped! They simply would not take the time to listen to us and try to understand the issue. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
