I have ordered several things from wish over the past year. Many get cancelled and refunded, which is not a problem at all. Of the ones that don't get cancelled, I'd say about 1/3 of my orders never arrive, and once it is past a month from your order date they will not refund you, not get in contact with the company, nothing. You are SOL and left with no product and no refund. Their customer service is an automated response that is a total joke.
Of the orders that do arrive most are cheap knockoffs of the photos shown on the site.
I give two stars because we did have one order that worked out well and was amazing quality and for the price. Also a couple others that worked out fairly well.
Overall this website definitely fulfills wishful thinking, prepare to be disappointed, it most likely IS too good to be true. And cross your fingers that you even get the product delivered to your door. Ever.
Purchased a camera pen. It was described as pen with micro SD card connector etc. Ordered it for my Grandson received it no micro SD card when you read fine print it says micro card not included. I ordered a small pool for my backyard on June 21st, then within the hour, I cancelled the order as I decided to look locally. They sent me a confirmation of my cancellation then proceeded to process the order. When I tried to cancel a second time, they denied me claiming that the order had already been processed. I have tried repeatedly to cancel this item but to no avail. Now upon tracking this order, I see that it is not due till September 11th. Disgusting and dishonest.

I was super skeptical when I first started using the wish app, so I ordered only a few things then when they weren't showing up I began to get worried, but they eventually showed up!, they are coming from China that's why they take a while lol I have only had a few problems and wish has either corrected my order or refunded me my money. I love wish I use it all the time. When ordering clothes I suggest ordering 2 sizes larger than what you buy in the store. It is my go to for clothes, phone accessories pretty much everything. As far as quality it is hit and miss ha i've gotten anything from Victoria secret to some random Chinese brand that i've never heard of, but i am usually always happy with my orders. The shipping is not always updated for example I may have received my order, but online it says its almost there or on its way. But for real I love it haha
They use a bot to communicate and if the item has been shipped they won't cancel the order. Don't buy from them. There is no customer service since it is all automated. Nearly a month and not yet received. From their tracker it looks like it went back to the original destination. I WISH I hadn't purchased from them.

I was worried about using wish and my worries have been justified. The items took ages to arrive and when they did the one was broken and of very poor quality. I have been told to pay for postage to return the item even though the product is damaged. It wiill cost me more to send it back than what it cost. The customer service is poor and I will never shop from wish again.
Every item I bought was cheap, small, colorless and looked nothing like the pictures. Also the shipping was ridiculous.The shipping was equal to or more than the item. Every item came at a different time & took a month - 2 months. Some items I still havent received. I was very dissatisfied. I will never order from WISH again :(
The header says it all. You get cheap prices for the product you want. However, you will be charged a large amount of money for shipment from China. Since it is coming from China, you will have to wait about a month before receiving the product. Also, the instructions for the product are in broken English so it is hard to understand it. If the product is electronic and it has a language selection, it is mostly in Chinese. You are better off with shopping at your local retailer. At least you can see it and feel it before buying it. The old adage, "You get what you pay for", applies.
I ordered a charger for 7$ expecting maybe 3-4 business days come to find out it would be 2 months... huge regret ordering such a waste of my money. If i wanted a charger in 2 months id go to the store in 2 months
Wish does a great job of keeping me informed. I like the rewards program. Wish is great about giving return in a timely manner. Most of the products I have bought have been great. I'd like to see more instructions and size charts thanks wish
I have been ordering products for months and I have been satisfied with 95% with items and items received. Their customer service is very good. I have always got a refund if I didn't receive the item. I even get to keep the item when it finally arrives. Stop complaining guys! Remember you get what you pay for. Don't trash them for you ONE bad experience.
And I have removed both wish.com and home.com from my computers so I have no records to fall back on. Reason being the dissatisfaction I have. Just too many refunds from items that never arrived. Items that were really wanted but again I never received.
Do to the fact that wish.com sells sex toys world wide that makes wish.com the biggest Sex Toy Store ever. If you don't believe that do a search for sex toys'. But be warned you will never get rid of them from the advertisement page.
People so earth never shop online under the app call Wish. They have the worst customer service and honestly never deliver products on its actual dis date delivery. I placed an order for a Fitbit watch, it's been almost 3 months and I still haven't gotten my month, stupid so me I got another product and it's been a month since I haven't gotten it either. Now they are telling me that they lost my $#*!en products and that I should get another one just like it, so they just want my money and never del my things on time.

If you don't get a tracking number, most likely you wont get that item and just waste time, waste the discounts.
If you do get a tracking number, 90% you'll get it.
If those sellers are unable to deliver/ship to a certain area, I suggest they refund the money right away instead of waiting for a month to refund. Unless they use this money for something else.
This company should be closed down. Is it possible to file a Class Action Lawsuit for their deception? This is the 3rd time I was sent the wrong item purchased or it did not come and a refund not issued.

A few months ago I started ordering a few things from Wish and I LOVE it! As long as you keep in mind you get what you pay for you will never be disappointed. I order clothes for my granddaughters and jewelry for myself plus small gifts for my family! Check it out for yourself!

I tried to purchase a chuwi tablet. I placed 6 different orders and each one was cancelled within 2 days. The value of the tablets were between $200-$350. No explaination. The transactions appeared on my bank statement as a debit and credit. I contacted customer service and they told me my transaction triggered an alert. Same answer 6 times. SO I ordered a $100 tablet with a memory card.The order was processed. I got a message my order was delivered by USPS. I received a USB memory card. NO TABLET. I contacted customer service and they gave me a refund. I tried 1 more order and it was cancelled. Apparently your credit card gets flagged for unauthorized use because the vendor is in China, not the US. SO only buy something under $100 from them. Buy you computers from a US based company.

I do like Wish, but so many times have not received my order, Had a big debate with them once over a cat tree I had ordered, they ended up passing the buck saying it was the courier they used and get in touch with them! Eh NO, I ordered through you and paid you So the buck lays with you. I did eventually get my money back. I just wish that when you order something and pay for it, then it should be delivered, not do you want to wait for it because the waiting for it to arrive never comes and you have to go through the rigmarol of getting a refund... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
